Abstract

This study was aims to determine the agribusiness taro in Darussalam Village District Sinaboi Rokan Hilir Regency. This research was conducted in Darussalam Village, Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency by using survey method. The technique of taking respondents is done by purposive sampling. The results showed that the total production cost of taro farming in one season in Darussalam village was Rp 9.431.770/ha. Average taro yield of 7.052 Kg/ha/MT resulted in net income or farming profit of taro average Rp 13.134.630, -/ha/MT. These results indicate that taro farm in Darussalam Village is efficient and feasible to be continued as indicated by Return Cost Ratio (RCR)> 1 (2.41). Farmers harvest handling is only collecting, sorting and transporting activities whereas the transportation is not done by farmers. The marketing channel of taro in Darussalam village there is only one marketing channel that is from farmer to tauke. Supportive institutional subsystems are farmer group institutions, capital lending institutions, agricultural extension agencies, and government agencies, but not all of them have worked well.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach was to analyzed the leaf vegetable farm income, household income of vegetable growers and analyze the contribution of leaf vegetable farmers' income. This reseach used 9 (nine) population assisted leaf vegetable farmers of Agriculture and Livestock of Riau Province. The research method used survey method, to perform the analysis of farm income, household income and contribution formula wass the formula used some production costs, equipment depreciation, farm income, household income, as well as revenue. The results showed that the average net income per season vegetable farming Rp.5.783.611,86/ leaf plant, with total costs amounting to Rp.12.573.610,37/season planting. The average household income was obtained by Rp.5.100.853,93/month, derived from vegetable farming income amounted Rp.2.955.483,86/month and other revenues amounted to Rp.2.145.370,07/month. The average contribution of leaf vegetable farm income to household income is 57.93% or by Rp.2.955.483,86 included in the high category. The growing season for all commodities leaf vegetables in this study are assumed to have the same time frame that is 90 days or 3 months.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity level of tofu agroindustry Mr. Henry in Pandan Wangi Village Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses case study method and the number of respondents at agroindustry Mr. Henry in Pandan Wangi Village Indragiri Hulu Regency. The financial feasibility analysis of tofu agroindustry using investment criteria, such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The result of the research shows that agroindustry business is feasible to be developed based on its investment criteria, which shows that NPV (positive) is Rp.121.502.767, Net B / C is 4.72 (Net B / C> 1), IRR is 89.97 % (IRR> DF 12%), and PP for 3 years 3 months, which means the business has been able to cover the investment cost before the end of business. Sensitivity analysis can be concluded that soybean increasing price by 4% effort still feasible because NPV (positive), Net B / C> 1, IRR> 12%, and PP for 7 years, while at soybean price rose by 5% and 61%, Business is not feasible because NPV (negative), Net B / C <1, IRR = 12%, and PP cannot cover investment cost before the end of business. A 10% reduction in production scale business is not feasible because NPV (negative), Net B / C <1, IRR <12%, and PP cannot cover the investment cost before the end of the business ends.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the marketing of Siamese citrus in Kuok Village based on market performance. The location of research is determined purposively, that is the village which become the center of citrus production. Method of sampling the farmers was conducted by simple random sampling. Determination of sample marketing agency used snowball sampling method by following the marketing channel. Analysis of data included marketing cost analysis, marketing margin, marketing advantage, marketing efficiency, farmer's share and profit to cost ratio. The results showed that there are three marketing channels of citrus, namely the marketing channel I (farmers - collector traders – for Grade A, Grade B and Grade C), marketing channel II (farmers to retailers) and marketing channels III (farmers sell directly to end consumers). The analysis of market performance showed that the most efficient channels, based on the calculation of marketing costs, marketing margins, marketing advantages, marketing efficiency, farmer's share and profit-to-cost ratio is marketing channel II.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect customer satisfaction in shoppingat Mall SKA Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted at SKA Mall Pekanbaru. Themethod used is survey method with non probability sampling of accidental sampling. Thenumber of samples taken is 200 samples. The analysis used in this research is StructuralEquation Modelling (SEM) method. The results showed that reliability and responsiveness arethe factors that mostly influence consumer satisfaction of all factors. The result showed thatreliability has value of Critical Ration (CR) of 3,756 with p = *** and responsiveness has CRvalue of 1,972 with p <0.05 = 0,046.

Abstract

Research on Rubber Marketing Analysis (Hevea Brasiliensis) in Sarak Island Village Kampar Sub-district Kampar Regency aims to (1) know the marketing channel of rubber (2) analyze cost, margin, profit and farmer share, (3) analyze the efficiency level of rubber marketing in Sarak Village village Kampar Kampar District. The research was conducted on October 2017 until May 2018, The method used survey method with purposive sampling sampling with criterion of farmer who have wide of land of 1-2 hectare, taken samples counted 35 farmer, sampling of merchant conducted by snowball sampling method. The result of the research is 3 marketing channel of rubber that is marketing channel 1 from farmer to collecting merchant to factory, marketing channel 2 from farmer to collecting trader, wholesaler and to factory, marketing channel 3 from farmer to Joint Business Group then to factory. Marketing channel I obtained total marketing cost Rp1.568 / kg, total marketing margin of Rp1.549 / kg, and marketing profit of Rp791 / kg and farmer share of 83.10 percent. Marketing channel II obtained total marketing cost Rp1,807.45 / kg, total marketing margin of Rp1.585 / kg, and marketing profit of Rp634 per kg and farmer share of 82.71 percent. Marketing channel III obtained total cost Rp1.386 / kg, total marketing margin of Rp600 / kg and marketing profit of Rp150, 25 / kg and farmer share of 93.57 percent. The marketing efficiency of marketing channel I is 17.10 percent, marketing channel II marketing efficiency of 19.71 percent, and marketing channel III marketing efficiency of 14.86 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) analyze production cost, income, efficiency and feasibillity of cassava farming, (2) identify problem in conducting cassava farming. The method used in this research is survey method with technique of sample selection by Random Sampling method. The number of respondents is 25 respondents. The results showed that the characteristics of farmer aged 30-56 years old with formal education to senior high school, the most experience for 11-15 years, almost all respondents have the number of dependents of families as many as 1-2 people and no toddlers, the land area ranges from 0.5 -1 Ha, and more than 50% of respondents have main occupations as farmers. The efficiency of cassava farming is 1,65 and the feasibille of cassava farming is 65,54%. It means cassava farming is worth to be develop.

Abstract

Rubber farmers of KUB members are rubber farmers who are members of KUB, farmers who are involved in the marketing of rubber produced to be sold directly to the factory through KUB so that farmers get high prices and affect the income received by farmers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the income and efficiency of KUB rubber farmers farming in Rambai Island Village, Kampar Timur Sub-District with the consideration that Desa Rambai Village has the highest production in Kampar Timur Sub-District. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is income analysis of rubber farmers by calculating production cost, gross income and net income and farm efficiency analysis. The results showed that the net income of rubber farmers of KUB members was Rp 21.142.903,24 /ha/year with total production cost of Rp 17.569.832,96 /ha/year. The value of farming efficiency or RCR of rubber farmers members of KUB > 1 is 2,20 means that farming by KUB rubber farmers in Desa Rambai is efficient and feasible to be developed.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine consumer perceptions of the marketing mix in the business of O'Chicken. Survey method used in this research and purposive sampling was used to get 50 business customers of O'Chicken as sample. This research took place at the O'Chicken business. Qualitative analysis was quantitatively used in this study. The results showed that consumer perceptions of the marketing mix of product variables, price, place, promotion and service got an average score of 4.25, categorized as very well. Indicators in the product variables are trademark, product packaging, product quality and service score average 4.27, categorized as very well. Indicators on price variables were affordability, price appropriateness with product quality, price competitiveness, price appropriateness with production and price benefits affect consumer purchasing power gets an average score of 4.42, categorized as very well. Indicators in place variables were access, visibility, spacious and safe parking lots and the environment gets an average score of 4.42, categorized very well. Indicators on promotional variables were sales promotion, public relations and mouth-to-mouth information scored an average of 3.77, good categorized. Indicators in service variables were services when product offerings, services in the sale of products and services when delivery of products sold with an average score of 4.35, categorized as very well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) find out marketing function and marketing channel of cassava, (2) analyze cost, margin, efficiency marketing and farmer share of cassava. The method used in this research is survey method with technique of sample selection by Random Sampling method. Technique of marketing institution by Snowball Sampling method. The result showed there is two marketing channel, channel I is farmer-collecting merchants-consumer and  channel II is farmer-home industry. The result of this research showed that the marketing cost in channel I is Rp 48,59 and in  channel II is Rp. 27,00. Efficiency marketing in I channel is 1,62% and channel II is 1,57% that means channel II is more efficient. Margin is in channel I. Farmer share channel I is 56,27% and channel II is 100%.
