The Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Experience on the Performance of Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) Employees Mediated by Professionalism. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 50 respondents. The purpose of this research is 1) To test and analyze whether organizational culture has a direct effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 2) To test and analyze whether organizational culture has a direct effect on the professionalism of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 3) To test and analyze whether work experience has a direct effect on the professionalism of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 4) To test and analyze whether work experience directly influences the performance of Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) employees. 5) To test and analyze whether professionalism has a direct effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). 6) To test and analyze whether organizational culture has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Pamekasan Regency which is mediated by professionalism. 7) To test and analyze whether organizational work experience has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) mediated by professionalism. The research results show that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.233. 2) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.427. 3) Work experience has a significant positive effect on the professionalism of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.503. 4) Work experience has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.182. 5) Professionalism has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) with an original sample value of 0.564. 6) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.241. 7) Work experience has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.283.

Abstract

Café Teras Muzaka established since 2020 is a contemporary café that stands in the center of Lubuk Basung sub-district, this café carries an elegant and minimalist concept. Café Teras Muzaka is always the first choice, a lot of people from various circles come to celebrate moments, meetings or just spend their free time. The findings of the problems of Café Teras Muzaka, namely in terms of publicity, have not used effective promotional media, resulting in a lack of Brand Awareness of consumers and potential consumers of Café Teras Muzaka. Therefore, this design aims to design a Company Profile video that can be a source of information for the public about Café Teras Muzaka. The design uses the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Therefore, by using video company profile as the main media, it is possible to produce a company profile that can not only increase Brand Awareness, but also become an effective publicity media.

Abstract

The solar system is one of the materials from natural science lessons taught in elementary school. However, many students have difficulty understanding and memorizing material about the solar system because of the many different characteristics of each planet. This happens because of the limited learning media provided by the teacher when introducing parts of the solar system. The delivery of material to students must be with a fun method so that students are not easily bored and easy to understand every side of learning. games have great potential in educating children about the solar system, of course, using games that are fun and fun will be more effective for children to absorb all the information contained in the games they play. The design of this game uses the Design Thimgking method, so it can be concluded that this design is a problem originating from a sense of empathy, the need for a solution to an existing problem, then continue to test for improvement. Then the game is created as the main media, then accompanied by other supporting media such as Posters, X-Banners, Game Cards, Stickers, Keychain, and Pins.

Abstract

This study tries to see how the forms of accommodation and interaction models between Arab, Chinese, and Malay communities are so that they live side by side in Palembang that this city gets the title of a Zero Conflict city. This study uses an ethnographic approach by recording events that affect intercultural interactions. In addition, the data collection technique was carried out by engaging the three communities, interviewing, observing, and documenting the object under study. This study concludes that the three ethnic groups live in Palembang’s same social and economic ecosystem and adapt well. However, there have been conflicts involving the Chinese community in Palembang. The interaction pattern between the three tribes is based on values ​​, which is transactional harmonious inter-ethnic integration.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di kelas seringkali mempunyai tujuan terhadap kemampuan untuk memahami materi saja. Dalam kenyataannya dimana siswa seharusnya meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan sistematis, namun tidak dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya tersebut. Tujuan penelitian menyajikan strategi dalam menemukan model pembelajaran yang sesuai serta relevan terkait dengan peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dikarenakan masa pun sudah berubah menuju era society 5.0. Strategi yang dipakai oleh pendidik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, tetap selalu mengupdate pengetahuan untuk menghadapi perubahan. Sehingga siswa memiliki menstimulus supaya mempelajari Pendidikan Agama Islam agar mampu menghasilkan orang-orang yang memberikan mashlahat terhadap dirinya, keluarga dan masyarakat, kasus demi kasus yang ada di negeri ini dapat diminimalisir melalui pemahaman siswa terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dan teknik mengumpulkan data melalui berbagai artikel dan buku-buku yang relevan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis diskriptif, dan yang terakhir yaitu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dari artikel ini merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang wajib dimiliki oleh guru yang disesuaikan dengan era society 5.0 yang cocok dengan perkembangan zaman sekarang ini. Adapun strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam era society 5.0 tersebut yaitu strategi inquiry learning, strategi discovery learning, strategi blanded learning, strategi project based learning, dan strategi problem based learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di madrasah aliyah dalam menghadapi tantangan era society 5.0, di mana aspek-aspek yang dikaji yaitu (1) bagaimana visi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau; (2) bagaimana proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau tertuju pada keberhasilan serta terwujudnya SDM yang berkompetensi, baik secara fisik dan psikis, sehingga mempunyai kesiapan dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 secara luas. (2) langkah-langkah SDM MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau adalah penerapan manajemen secara fungsional yaitu : (a) perencanaan, yang dilaksanakan dalam rapat kerja awal tahun yang berhubungan dengan program kerja. (b) pengorganisasian, berupa struktur organisasi, yang mana kepala madrasah membawahi wakil kepala madrasah. (c) pelaksanaan yaitu menggerakkan semua sumber daya manusia di madrasah aliyah sebagai pelaksanaan serta rencana madrasah. (d) pengawasan yaitu dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang, guru piket. (e) Evaluasi dilaksanakan secara bulanan, serta tahunan, sebagai pemahaman penyesuaian perencanaan dan pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Pendidikan bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk mengintegrasikan media dan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, terutama pada era digital 4.0 yang menekankan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Salah satu pendekatan inovatif yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran adalah e-learning, yang mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk menciptakan proses belajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan terstruktur. Namun, survei menunjukkan rendahnya tingkat pemahaman guru terkait implementasi e-learning, seperti yang ditemukan di SDN 57 Kota Ternate, Maluku Utara, meskipun sarana pendukung telah tersedia. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dirancang program pelatihan berbasis e-learning menggunakan platform Sevima Edlink. Platform ini dipilih karena kemudahan penggunaannya yang menyerupai media sosial, sehingga menarik minat guru dan mempermudah proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan Sevima Edlink sebagai media pembelajaran, serta mendukung kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan pada 8 Juni 2024 di SDN 57 Kota Ternate dengan metode penyampaian materi, pendampingan praktik, pemberian panduan, dan monitoring daring. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan di SDN 57 Kota Ternate. Program ini memberikan model yang dapat direplikasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan e-learning di sekolah.

Abstract

After the pandemic, there has been many cases where a students acted rudely towards their teachers and seniors because of a low morals. With this reason, the designer is interested in teaching the old proverb from Minangkabau, “kato nan ampek”. Kato nan ampek taught us on how to communicate better to someone older, younger, and the same age as you. Designer obtained data through surveys, interviews, and literature data. Then designer analyze the data with a problem solving method 5W + 1H and the design method 4D model. The results will be an informative animation entitled “Pepatah Minang ‘Kato Nan Ampek’ Melalui Animasi 2D”.

Abstract

Learning Management System is a software platform designed to support and manage online teaching and learning activities. One of the educational institutions that have used the LMS platform is Padang State University. The UNP LMS platform itself has been released since 2019 which is called E-Learning UNP. At that time its use was fairly rare because it was still in the development period. However, the use of the UNP LMS platform has problems with its user interface and user experience which causes online teaching and learning activities to be less effective. The unrest felt is the usability of the UNP LMS platform which still cannot meet user needs efficiently and effectively. The design of the Padang State University mobile learning management system application uses the Design Thimgking method, so it can be concluded that this design is a problem sourced from empathy, the need for a solution to an existing problem, then continue to test for improvement. Then the mobile learning management system application was created as the main media, and accompanied by other supporting media such as Motion Graphic, Poster, X-Banner, Sticker, Acrylic Stand, and High Fidelity Flow.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Islamic education values based on prophetic communication in forming akhlakul karimah at MTs Darul Ulumissyar'iyyah Telang Karya in producing quality students. The research methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results obtained show that efforts to produce quality students are implemented to be able to create students with a spirit of humanization (amar ma'ruf), liberation (nahi munkar), and transcendence (tu'minu billah). The implications of implementing Islamic education values based on prophetic communication at MTs Darul Ulumissyar'iyyah Telang Karya include (a) humanization: mutual respect, tolerance, social care, love of the country, compassion, respect for differences, mutual help among others; (b) liberation: high learning motivation; (c) transcendence: discipline, having responsibility in matters of worship.
