Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di madrasah aliyah dalam menghadapi tantangan era society 5.0, di mana aspek-aspek yang dikaji yaitu (1) bagaimana visi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau; (2) bagaimana proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau tertuju pada keberhasilan serta terwujudnya SDM yang berkompetensi, baik secara fisik dan psikis, sehingga mempunyai kesiapan dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 secara luas. (2) langkah-langkah SDM MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau adalah penerapan manajemen secara fungsional yaitu : (a) perencanaan, yang dilaksanakan dalam rapat kerja awal tahun yang berhubungan dengan program kerja. (b) pengorganisasian, berupa struktur organisasi, yang mana kepala madrasah membawahi wakil kepala madrasah. (c) pelaksanaan yaitu menggerakkan semua sumber daya manusia di madrasah aliyah sebagai pelaksanaan serta rencana madrasah. (d) pengawasan yaitu dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang, guru piket. (e) Evaluasi dilaksanakan secara bulanan, serta tahunan, sebagai pemahaman penyesuaian perencanaan dan pelaksanaan.

Abstract

In Learning and Training, the element of feedback is very necessary and has a very good impact if done correctly. In this study, it aims to see the effect of providing direct and indirect feedback on the improvement of basic technical skills of West Sumatra junior tennis athletes. The sample in this study is 30 junior tennis athletes in the age category of 12-14 years. The results of the study show that 1) Providing direct feedback has a significant influence marked by the calculation of tcount 5.34> ttable 2.13. 2) Giving indirect feedback has a significant influence on the ability of basic techniques of court tennis marked by the calculation of tcount 4.65>t table 2.13. 3) Providing direct feedback is not more effective than providing indirect feedback on the basic technical ability of tennis by obtaining tcalculation 1.87 < ttable 2.13.

Abstract

Parabuangan is a typical dessert from the Kurai region of Bukittinggi, which has strong cultural and customary values in Minangkabau society. However, along with the times, the younger generation, especially Generation Z, is increasingly less familiar with the existence and meaning of this parabuangan. This research aims to design a illustration book as a medium for education and preservation of Kurai's typical parabuangan culture with an attractive and interactive visual communication design approach. The design method used is the Glass Box method which includes the stages of preparation, incubation, lumination, and verification. Data was collected through observation, interviews with traditional leaders, and literature study. The results show that colourful and interactive illustrative designs can increase the younger generation's interest in traditional culinary culture. Expert validation and feasibility testing to the target audience showed that this book is well received and has the potential to be an effective educational media. The implication of this design is the importance of innovation in preserving local culture through a visual approach that suits the characteristics of today's young generation.

Abstract

Teenagers, especially in West Sumatra, do not know about kerambit as a traditional weapon originating from West Sumatra. Even though the kerambit itself was used by the US army as a military weapon, its origins were not really known by the West Sumatran teenagers themselves. This is the result of teenagers' lack of curiosity about history and a lack of media that can attract their attention. The aim of designing this 2D animation is to foster teenagers' interest in studying history with new media and provide education about kerambit and its history through 2D animation media by utilizing social media as promotional media. The method used in this design is the 4D method, which consists of define, design, develop and disseminate. Using the 5W+1H data analysis method. This design produces main media in the form of 2D animated videos, and supporting media in the form of t-shirts, printed posters, stickers, social media content, Acrylic stands, and x-banners.

Abstract

The rapid and easy access to internet technology has also increased the popularity of Muslim fashion. The easier access to the internet, affects the increase in social media users from various socio-economic backgrounds, education levels and ages, as well as the fashion industry which is no longer intended only for certain elites. Moslem Hanania is a brand that sells Muslim clothing products for women that has offline and online stores. Moslem Hanania was founded in 2019 in Jakarta. The online sales process is currently most often used, namely through WhatssApp and Shopee, the obstacle felt by the owner at this time is that the product introduction and marketing activities are deemed less than optimal. If you only rely on existing online shopping applications, the obstacle is in competition and potential customers will not focus on the products you have. The second obstacle is that the owner wants to focus more on online sales but wants to have its own characteristics in online sales, the owner wants in online sales, the brand has its own website. The UI/UX design of the Moslem Hanania Website uses the Design Thingking method, so it can be concluded that this design is a problem that comes from a sense of empathy, the need for a solution to an existing problem, then continues to test for improvement.

Abstract

Desain Karakter merupakan salah satu unsur utama dalam memproduksi film animasi, karena lewat desain karakter animasi mampu menjadi jembatan jalan cerita kepada penonton. Ide perancangan desain karakter yang bersumber dari unsur budaya menjadi salah satu karakteristik visual yang mesti terus dikembangkan agar dapat dijadikan sebagai ide penciptaan. Agar potensi unsur budaya tersebut dapat dimaksimalkan maka dirancang sebuah desain karakter yang idepenciptaannya bersumber dari unsur budaya di minangkabau untuk memperkaya desain karakter yang berasal dari indonesia. perancangan desain karakter ini menggunakan penyederhanaan bentuk deformasi yaitu menggambar objek yang hanya mewakilinya saja. Objek utama yang mengalami deformasi bentuk adalah pakaian adat Minangkabau, dalam perwujudan desain karakter tersebut pakaian adat minangkabau yaitu baju penghulu mengalami penyederhanaan dari bentuk hingga warna. Terdapat beberapa unsur visual lain yang dianggap mewakili budaya minangkabau dan mengalami perubahan bentuk deformasi. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk memaksimalkan potensi unsur budaya agar dapat bersaing dengan desain karakter animasi dari luar negeri.Kata kunci: Deformasi, Desain Karakter, Animasi

Abstract

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is often used to shorten recovery time after surgery, including after colon anastomosis surgery. Studies showed that NSAIDs might involve in the development of colon anastomotic leakage. However, the effect of NSAIDs in colon anastomosis leakage is still a subject of controversy. Studies indicated that selectivity of COX-2 might have a role in the deleterious effect of NSAIDs in colon anastomosis. Disruption of VEGF-A by NSAIDs also suspected to be the culprit in the development of anastomosis leakage during NSAIDs treatment. This study aimed to investigate the NSAIDs effect toward VEGF-A and COX-2 mRNA in rat primary colonic fibroblast. The in vitro study was conducted using fibroblast isolated from rat colon. The isolated fibroblast was divided into 4 groups of treatment i.e.controlgroup, acetaminophen group, metamizole group, and ketorolacgroup. After 48 h of treatment, the cell was harvested and the RNA was isolated. The expression of VEGF-A and COX-2 mRNA was conducted using semi-quantitative PCR(sq-PCR). Both VEGF-A and COX-2 were not expressed in untreated rat colon fibroblast. However, VEGF-A mRNA washighly expressed in the ketorolacgroup. Interestingly, COX-2 mRNA couldbe seen in the ketorolac and metamizole groups but not in the acetaminophen group. The COX-2 mRNA expression wasthe highest in ketorolac treated rat colon fibroblast. It can be concluded that the effect of various kinds of NSAIDs towards VEGF-A and COX-2 mRNA expression of colon fibroblasts is different. This condition is duetotheir different inhibitory selectivity towards COX-1 and COX2.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning facilities refers to the facilities and infrastructures utilized to support the learning activities in order to achieve the goals of education. Motivation is a condition that encourages someone to do an activity so that he can achieve his goals. This research utilized a quantitative research method, namely ex post facto research. The data were analyzed by using prerequisite test and t test. The conclusion of the t test revealed that the score of tcount (3.681) > ttable (1.706) with a significance of 0.001≤0.05. Therefore, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that learningfacilities affected the learning motivation of grade III students at SDN I Notorejo, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Tulungagung in the academic year 2018/2019. The results of this research were used as an effort to improve the quality of learning, especially in the availability of adequate learning facilities as a supporting factors to increase the students’ learning motivation.
