Abstract : this research is motivated by the uncontrolled exercise of physicalcondition for the athlete of the mandiri united table tennis club at kampar district. Thisstudy purpose to determine the profile of physical condition for the athlete of themandiri united table tennis club at kampar district. This research is a quantitativedescriptive. The method used is the survey method. The subject of this research is theathlete of the mandiri united table tennis club at kampar district, for 10 people. Theinstruments used were Sit-ups, shoulder and wrist-elevation test, 30 meter run test, Ttestand Multistage fitness test. The data analysis technique used is the castingfrequency in a precentage. The results of this study indicate that the profile of thephysical condition for the athlete of the mandiri united table tennis club at kampardistrict is moderate with the consideration of the highest frequency in the moderatecategory with 6 athletes or 60%. Profile of the physical condition for the athlete of themandiri united table tennis club at kampar district, which is a very good category 1person or 10%, good 1 person or 10%, medium 6 people or 60%, less 2 people or 20%,less than 0 people or 0%.Key words : Physical Condition And Table Tennis

The aim of the research is to synthesize the compound of Precursor of ABA from MSG the starting material by structural modification as well as to determine the characteristics and physical properties of the synthesis compound. It was done by modification of chemical structure starting with glutamic acid isolation from MSG. Then it isolate reacted with AlCl3 to obtain the ABA compound precursor. The rendemen was 18.5%, of synthesis identification obtained of white powder, odorless, dissolves in hot water and melt at a temperature of 187-189 0C. The UV-Vis spectrophotometry showed that the synthesis process formed a new compound. Confirm with HPLC analysis.

Antibiotics are drugs used by doctors for the treatment of infections caused by microbes such as bacteria. Problems arise in the use of antibiotics that are not correct. Inappropriate use of antibiotics. The use of antibiotics that do not kill bacteria so that bacteria are resistant and antibiotic treatment does not work. The purpose of this community service is to remind you of the correct use of drugs and the consequences if antibiotic treatment is not correct. The method used is a lecture about antibiotics and infectious diseases that often occur in the community. The result of this service is that knowledge about antibiotic drugs and how to use them by Aisyah's caretakers is getting better which is reinforced by a high posttest score compared to the pretest value. The conclusion of the community service to the management of Aisyah's mothers is that their knowledge of antibiotics is getting better and those who have forgotten are reminded of their knowledge of antibiotics and their use.

The social society 5.0 era increases the number of technology. There are some opportunities and challenges that remain. However, the lack of education when using technology can bring negative impacts. Therefore, the answer to solving this problem by digital literacy. Digital empathy is one of the strategies of digital literacy to foster the student’s character. This research aims to describe how to internalize digital empathy in social society 5.0. The type of this research used is a qualitative approach with study literature. The results showed that the way to foster digital empathy is by revitalizing education. Furthermore, revitalizing education is upgrading some points such as curriculum, media, method, teacher, and synergy among all school elements.

Abstract: This study aims to improve the quality of the implementation process of learning short story writing skills using the imaginative suggestion method through the media of class IX A students' songs at SMP Negeri 6 Nanga Pinoh. The procedure for carrying out and implementing the action uses the imagination suggestion method through the media of the song. Data were obtained using observation guidelines, questionnaires, interview guidelines, and written tests. Data analysis techniques include a class action research process that is carried out qualitatively, descriptively, and analyzes the results of students' short story writing scores. The results showed that there was an increase in the implementation of the learning process on student activity. Students look active and interactive in asking questions about learning to the teacher. The teacher answers questions clearly and concisely. Students are enthusiastic and eager to pay attention to the teacher's explanation, and seriously do the assignments given by the teacher. This can be known through observations made during the learning process. Product improvement can be seen from the increase in product results before the action is taken, the average student score only reaches 64.10. After the action was taken in the first cycle, the average student score increased to 69. In the second cycle, the overall average score of students reached 78.23. Keywords: short story writing skills, imagination suggestion method, song media Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan menulis cerpen dengan metode sugesti imajinasi melalui media lagu siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 6 Nanga Pinoh. Prosedur pelaksanaan dan implementasi tindakan menggnakan metode sugesti imajinasi melalui media lagu. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan pedoman pengamatan, angket, pedoman wawancara, dan tes tulis. Teknik analisis data mencakup proses penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan secara kualitatif, deskriptif, dan analisis hasil skor menulis cerpen siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran pada keaktifan siswa. Siswa terlihat aktif dan interaktif dalam mengajukan pertanyaan seputar pembelajaran kepada guru. Guru menjawab pertanyaan secara lugas dan jelas. Siswa antusias dan bersemangat dalam memperhatikan penjelasan guru, serta secara sungguh-sungguh mengerjakan penugasan yang diberikan oleh guru. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui pengamatan yang dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Peningkatan produk dapat diketahui dari peningkatan hasil produk sebelum dilakukan tindakan nilai rata-rata siswa hanya mencapai angka 64,10. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 69. Pada siklus II, skor perolehan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan siswa mencapai angka 78,23. CV. Budi Mandiri is a company engaged in the services sector that was built in 2005 at Pakis 86 Surabaya. At the inception of a company stand, the owner of CV. Budi Mandiri only handle a request driving course, but over time, CV. Budi Mandiri open a business as the Salon car or washing polishes car. Business activity in the CV. Budi Mandiri are driving course registration and payment, sales of car polish cleaning services, and payments of cash or purchase equipment polishing car wash. For process reporting a transaction is still recorded manually. The owner did not know the income received for never making a finance report in detail. The waterfall model is one method of system development SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) that are typical in the execution of each phase, each phase of the waterfall must be completed before proceeding to the next development phase. Waterfal model used in application design financial reports on the CV. Budi Mandiri .And stages through Waterfall models are determination and specification analysis, system design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. Report Finance Aplication is a system that can archive data on revenues and cash expenditure company. Penerapan pembelajaran problem posing untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi aritmetika sosial SMP kelas VII Rima Febriyanti; Slamet Slamet

The purpose of this study is to improve the critical thinking skills of Class VII Middle Scool students in social arithmetic material by applying problem posing learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Kemmis and Mc Taggart models with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, observation sheets, and final cycle test sheets. The results showed that the application of problem posing learning with the following steps: the stage of apperception and motivation, the stage of conceptualization, the development and discussion stages, and the stage of correcting answers can improve the critical thinking skills of Class VII Middle School students in social arithmetic material. The average percentage of the test results of students' critical thinking skills in the first cycle was 55.2 percent and increased by 20.6 percent in the second cycle to 75.8 percent, so that this study could be said to be successful. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan langkah-langkah pembelajaran problem posing yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMP Kelas VII pada materi aritmetika sosial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, lembar observasi, dan lembar tes akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran problem posing dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : tahap apersepsi dan motivasi, tahap penyampaian konsep, tahap pengembangan dan diskusi, serta tahap mengoreksi jawaban dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMP Kelas VII pada materi aritmetika sosial. Persentase rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa siklus I sebesar 55,2 persen dan meningkat 20,6 persen pada siklus II menjadi 75,8 persen, sehingga penelitian ini dapat dikatakan berhasil.

This study aims to determine the process of applying problem posing learning that can improve the creative thinking skills of class VIII-1 students at SMP Negeri 23 Malang on the subject of polyhedron. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which lasts two cycles. The instruments used in this study are validation sheets, observation sheets and test sheets. Based on the results of the study indicate that the application of problem posing learning with steps that include: the stage of apperception, the stage of delivering learning objectives, the stage of delivering motivation, the stage of understanding the material, the presentation stage, the stage of submission of questions, the stage of problem solving, and the conclusion phase creative class VIII-1 SMP Negeri 23 Malang on the subject of polyhedron with evidence in the first cycle there were 58.06 percent of students who reached the category of "good" and and increased by 25.03 percent in the second cycle to 83.09 percent students who reach the "good" category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penerapan pembelajaran problem posing yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 23 Malang pada pokok bahasan bangun ruang sisi datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang berlangsung selama dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, lembar observasi dan lembar tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran problem posing dengan langkah-langkah yang meliputi: tahap apersepsi, tahap penyampaian tujuan pembelajaran, tahap penyampaian motivasi, tahap memahami materi, tahap presentasi, tahap pengajuan soal, tahap penyelesaian soal, dan tahap kesimpulan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 23 Malang pada pokok bahasan bangun ruang sisi datar dengan bukti pada siklus I terdapat 58,06 persen siswa yang mencapai kategori “baik” dan dan meningkat sebesar 25,03 persen pada siklus II menjadi 83,09 persen siswa yang mencapai kategori “baik”.

This study aims to describe the steps to implement the application of RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) to improve the learning outcomes of class VII students of MTs Al-Hikmah Bululawang on the subject to support and change values. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data collected in this study include: 1) the results of observations of teacher activities and student activities, 2) results of field notes, 3) results of the final cycle test. RME is carried out by the following steps: 1) solving contextual problems, 2) resolving contextual problems, 3) comparing and discussing answers, and 4) comparing the learning outcomes of class VII students of MTs Al-Hikmah Bululawang on approved and changed values. This increase was discussed based on the final test results of students who achieved KKM Increasing the increase by 20 percent from before the implementation of RME and 23 percent from cycle 1 to cycle 2 and supported by the level of delay in the learning process seen from the results of "Very Good", so this study was successful. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan pendekatan RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Hikmah Bululawang pada pokok bahasan perbandingan senilai dan berbalik nilai. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini meliputi: 1) hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa, 2) hasil catatan lapangan, 3) hasil tes akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan RME yang dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah berikut: 1) memahami masalah kontekstual, 2) menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual, 3) membandingkan dan mendiskusikan jawaban, dan 4) menyimpulkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Hikmah Bululawang pada materi perbandingan senilai dan berbalik nilai. Peningkatan ini ditunjukkan berdasarkan hasil tes akhir siswa yang mencapai KKM mengalami peningkatan sebesar 20 persen dari sebelum diterapkannya RME dan 23 persen dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 dan didukung oleh taraf keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang dilihat dari hasil observasi kegiatan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa yang menunjukkan kategori “sangat baik”, sehingga penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil.
