Abstract

Kemajuan pesat inovasi kesehatan digital—terutama telemedicine dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI)—telah secara signifikan mentransformasi penyelenggaraan layanan kesehatan baik dalam skala global maupun lokal. Dipicu oleh pandemi COVID-19, integrasi telemedicine telah memperluas akses, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan menurunkan biaya pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di daerah terpencil atau kurang terlayani. Demikian pula, teknologi AI telah menunjukkan akurasi tinggi dalam diagnosis, pemantauan efektif terhadap penyakit kronis, serta optimalisasi pengambilan keputusan klinis, yang menghasilkan manfaat ekonomi yang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan komprehensif mengenai evolusi dan implementasi inovasi digital dalam bidang kesehatan, serta menganalisis efektivitas biaya dalam menurunkan biaya operasional dan beban pasien. Sebuah tinjauan literatur sistematis dilakukan terhadap studi-studi terpublikasi dalam jurnal bereputasi antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025, dengan fokus pada evaluasi ekonomi intervensi kesehatan berbasis telemedicine dan AI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi kesehatan digital dapat menghasilkan penghematan biaya yang substansial—hingga 40%—serta meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Namun, sejumlah tantangan masih ada, khususnya di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, fragmentasi regulasi, dan rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan tenaga kesehatan maupun pasien. Mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut melalui penyelarasan kebijakan, pelatihan tenaga kerja, dan investasi infrastruktur menjadi sangat penting untuk memastikan adopsi berkelanjutan dari solusi kesehatan digital yang dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi kesehatan yang efisien dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

The Ngargogondo tourist village is one of the tourist villages in the Borobudur Village Economic Hall area (Balkondes Borobudur). The community service program carried out in Ngargogondo Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency aims to find out the obstacles or problems experienced by MSME actors so that the problems can be identified which will then be used as guidance material for each MSME so that MSMEs can develop forward and encourage the community's economy. around. The methods used are counseling, tutorials and discussions. This article was analyzed descriptively qualitatively with the results of the service carried out, namely that Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to apply the entrepreneurial management knowledge and skills they acquired to manage and run their businesses, Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to formulate and implement business strategies, Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to innovate products in their respective MSMEs, Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to carry out digital marketing to expand market reach and Ngargogondo MSME participants who take part in the training know alternative markets for the products they produce.

Abstract

The poem “Mayat Politik Ditutupi Koran Pagi” by Afrizal Malna presents sharp social and political criticism through the use of irony and complex metaphors. This study aims to examine how these two linguistic devices are employed to reveal the socio-political realities of post-reform Indonesia. Using a stylistic approach, the research explores the forms, functions, and meanings of irony and metaphor that appear within the poem’s structure. The analysis shows that irony serves to express dissatisfaction and satire toward political conditions that appear orderly but are actually filled with deception and manipulation. Meanwhile, metaphor provides a symbolic depiction of the role of mass media as an instrument of power that conceals the true political reality behind public discourse. Through the interplay of these two stylistic elements, Afrizal Malna succeeds in presenting a poetic representation of society’s anxiety over media domination and the blurring line between truth and political interest. This study is expected to enhance the understanding of literature’s role as a reflective and critical medium in uncovering the relationship between language, power, and ideology within Indonesia’s socio-political dynamics.

Abstract

The development of the region's potential encourages awareness that the area has the potential to become a tourist destination, especially in the form of a tourist village. In this regard, visionary and proactive figures are needed to unite all components of the community to collectively build and actively participate in attraction activities during tourist visits. The management of this effort is directed and organized by the community itself, and the youth, as initiators and movers, are equipped with skills to publicize and promote their tourist village using information technology, especially digital marketing.The utilization of digital marketing is a primary strategy in marketing and promoting the tourism potential of Desa Wisata Wonolopo. Information technology is used to disseminate information through social media and other digital platforms, so that the potential of Desa Wisata Wonolopo can be widely recognized by the public. The optimization of information technology usage, particularly through digital marketing, becomes a crucial means to promote and publicize Kampung Jamoe in the village of Wonolopo. This is particularly strategic in introducing the potential of traditional baby-carrying herbal products to a broader audience, with the hope of reviving the local economy in that area.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan desain digital berbasis UI/UX bagi siswa SMK Negeri 4 Semarang sebagai respons terhadap terbatasnya pemahaman dan kemampuan siswa dalam bidang ini, yang menjadi hambatan utama dalam persaingan kerja di era digital. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis UI/UX melalui pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan proyek berbasis tim. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan terstruktur, bimbingan praktis dalam pembuatan prototipe interaktif, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan prinsip UI/UX, baik dalam proyek individu maupun kolaboratif. Dampaknya, siswa kini memiliki portofolio digital yang memperkuat daya saing mereka di industri kreatif dan teknologi, serta membuka peluang magang dan pekerjaan di sektor terkait.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat inap di Puskesmas Kabupaten Karawang masih rendah, meskipun jumlah Puskesmas rawat inap bertambah dan angka kesakitan masyarakat tetap tinggi. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi rendahnya pemanfaatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat inap di Puskesmas Kabupaten Karawang tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan rancangan potong lintang. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien rawat inap Puskesmas tahun 2023 dengan total 5.564 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 373 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner meliputi variabel pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, sarana prasarana, biaya, perilaku tenaga kesehatan, dan ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan. Analisis data dengan uji chi-square dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, sarana prasarana, biaya, perilaku tenaga kesehatan, ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan memiliki hubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat inap di Puskesmas (p < 0,05). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat inap di Puskesmas Kabupaten Karawang. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat inap di Puskesmas dipengaruhi oleh faktor predisposisi (pendidikan) dan faktor pendorong (ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan). Disarankan agar Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang meningkatkan upaya promosi kesehatan, dan pemenuhan tenaga kesehatan esensial.

Abstract

This community service activity stems from a core challenge faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City: the difficulty in consistently producing high-quality promotional visual content, primarily due to budget constraints and the lack of professional design skills. This condition severely hampers their competitiveness in the digital marketplace. The main goal of this activity was to enhance the technical capability of MSME participants in using Gemini AI as a multimodal model to generate professional, ready-to-use visual assets, thereby achieving significant cost and time production efficiency. The solution offered was a hands-on training focusing on Prompt Engineering defined as the art of formulating detailed commands to control the AI's output. The activity was conducted through an intensive workshop and case study mentorship for 25 MSME actors. The evaluation results demonstrated a highly significant increase in competence. The participants' average cognitive score drastically rose from 48.5% on the pre-test to 87.9% on the post-test, proving the successful mastery of Prompt Engineering. Applied results showed that participants were able to produce product visual assets with an average quality of 87.5%. Participant satisfaction reached 95.0%, especially concerning the indicators of cost and time efficiency. This activity successfully democratized design, empowering MSMEs to be self-sufficient in content production, and tangibly strengthening their brand identity and competitiveness across digital platforms.

Abstract

Waste management in Daleman Kidul Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency, is not yet optimal even though there are waste banks in three hamlets. The main problem is the lack of systematic and integrated institutions and low community participation in waste management. Therefore, the PPK Ormawa HMJM FE Program seeks to form the “Nawasena Kemala” institution as a village-level Digital Waste House that focuses on managing organic and inorganic waste. Through empowering PKK mothers, youth of Karang Taruna, and village residents, this activity develops skills in processing waste into products with economic value. As a result, villagers in eight hamlets are able to manage waste effectively through digital applications and contribute to improving the local economy. This program has succeeded in increasing environmental awareness and community education through sustainable activities.

Abstract

Unlimited availability of content provided by users on social media and websites facilitates aggregation around a broad range of people's interests, worldviews, and common narratives. However, over time, the internet, which is a source of information, has become a source of hoaxes. Since the public is commonly flooded with information, they occasionally find it difficult to distinguish misinformation disseminated on net platforms from true information. They may also rely massively on information providers or platform social media to collect information, but these providers usually do not verify their sources. The purpose of this research is to propose the use of machine learning techniques to establish hybrid models for detecting hoaxes. The research methodology used here is a feature extraction experiment, in which a series of features will be analyzed and grouped in an experiment to detect hoax news and hoax, especially in the political sphere by considering five modalities. The outcome of this research indicates that the relation between publisher Prejudice and the attitude of hyper-biased news sources makes them more possible than other sources to spread illusive articles, besides that the correlation between political Prejudice and news credibility is also very strong. This shows that the experiment using a hybrid model to detect hoaxes works. well. To achieve even better results in future research, it is highly recommended to analyze user-based features in terms of attitudes, topics, or credibility.

In carrying out television broadcast production, the activity organizer has a very important role. Good cooperation between personnel in this system is very necessary to achieve the desired broadcast production. The implementation of television broadcast production has a production working group. The production work group is a work unit that will handle production work together until the production is declared ready for broadcast. The work groups in television broadcasting include: Production/Broadcast Work Unit, Public Facilities Work Unit, Technical Operator Work Unit, Technician Work Unit.
