Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, work environment, and workload on employee turnover intention in the Conventional Financial Institution. The object of this research is employees on the Conventional Financial Institution in Jakarta. The sampling method used is a saturated sample of 30 respondents. The data collection method used a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with data processing through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

PT. JR DKI Jakarta Branch as a state company engaged in social insurance, as well as other companies that need Human Resources who are competent and able to compete and help the company achieve its vision and mission so that the company continues to grow and continue in the future. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable at PT. JR DKI Jakarta Branch. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the relationship and influence between variables, with 75 respondents. The sample selection uses the saturated sample method and data collection uses a questionnaire. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SMART-PLS. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and compensation have a significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction, while compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership Style and Compensation have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction which is mediated by work motivation

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of workload, job stress, and leadership style on job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia, Fatmawati branch. The research method used is causal research. The subjects in this study are 73 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, Fatmawati branch. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT. Pos Indonesia, Fatmawati branch employees, with an original sample value of 0.475 and T-Statistic 3.225 > 1.96. Job stress does not significantly affect the job satisfaction of PT. Pos Indonesia, Fatmawati branch employees, with an original sample value of 0.206 and T-Statistic 0.604 > 1.96. Leadership style does not significantly affect the job satisfaction of PT. Pos Indonesia, Fatmawati branch, with an original sample value of 0.100 and T-Statistic 0.167 > 1.96. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Fatmawati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pos Indonesia cabang Fatmawati sebanyak 73 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Fatmawati dengan nilai original sample 0,475 dan T-Statistic 3,225 > 1,96. Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Fatmawati dengan nilai original sample 0,206 dan T-Statistic 0,604 > 1,96. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Fatmawati dengan nilai original sample 0,100 dan T-Statistic 0,167 > 1,96.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Compensation of Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The object of this research is employees who work at Koperasi Pegawai Bank Indonesia (KOPEBI) located in Central Jakarta. The study was conducted on 65 respondents using quantitative descriptive. The sampling method uses the saturated sample technique. Data collection methods using survey methods, with research instruments is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that the Work Motivation, and Work Environment Compensation variables show a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at Bank Indonesia Employee Cooperatives (KOPEBI).

Abstract

The FoMO phenomenon usually occurs in individual behaviour on social media. However, recent research in the industrial context has investigated anxiety, fear of being left behind, fear of losing market advantage, and fear of losing competitiveness. This reinforces the still rare term FoMO as an important antecedent of business performance. Highlighting FoMO, as prior research has been limited, is the best way to fill the gap. As a result, an exploratory approach is used, and selecting the SEM-PLS analysis method is the right approach because it is predictive. The results of this study reveal that both direct and indirect effects between FoMO, intention to collaborate, intention to share knowledge, and innovation performance can be accepted and justified empirically. In addition, the mediator of the intention to collaborate is the one that contributes the most to influencing FoMO on the intention to share knowledge. Afterward, the mediator from the intention to share knowledge influences the intention to collaborate on innovation performance. This study confirms that the FoMO concept embedded in the minds of travel agency entrepreneurs is meaningful for success towards competitive innovation performance through the intention to collaborate and share knowledge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesehatan keuangan perusahaan dengan pendekatan Altman Z-score, dimana dalam hal ini, studi dilakukan terhadap PT ABC pada periode 2014-2018.Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari sumber data internal yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik telaah dokumen.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatifyang didasarkan pada rumus yang relevan dalam konsep Altman Z-score.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara rata-rata,PT ABC dapat dikatakan sehat karena memiliki nilai Z-score diatas titik cut-off.

Abstract

PurposeThis study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance and its implications for the organizational performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University. MethodologyThe research method used in this research is causal research. The object of this research are 60 employees of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana University. The data analysis methods used in this research are SPSS and Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of PT ISS Indonesia at Mercu Buana. Suggestion Need to improve the balance between tasks or work and increase discipline in the implementation of work targets to increase efficiency in the implementation of tasks that will increase organizational performance by producing products efficiently.

Abstract

Purpose The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy and risk tolerance on generation Z's stock investment interest in the digital era. Methodology This research includes survey research. The population in this study were Mercu Buana University students who were of productive age range (17-26 years) with a sample of 46 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this research are Instrument Testing, Structural Model or Hypothesis Testing (Inner Model), Measurement Evaluation (Outer Model) and Hypothesis Testing. Findings The research results show that: (1) Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on generation Z's investment interest in the capital market; (2) Risk Tolerance has a positive and significant effect on generation Z's investment interest in the capital market. Suggestion Advice to investors and generation Z who intend to invest, they need to pay attention to risks and understand finances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi didalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 karyawan yang berasal dari bagian penanganan prasarana dan sarana umum kelurahan Kapuk dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 71 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode non probabilitas. Didalam metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least square. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelatihan dan kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian penanganan prasarana dan sarana umum Kelurahan Kapuk sedangkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian penanganan prasarana dan sarana umum Kelurahan Kapuk.

Abstract

Background: An employee who works at a company may intend to resign from his job for various reasons. Employee Turnover Intention (TI) occurs because it is related to career commitment and the expected utility of the current job in achieving valuable career outcomes. Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of work relationships, workplace welfare, and compensation on TI mediated by work stress.Design/methodology/approach: PT PICID MM Bogor was used as the research object, and as many as 135 factory employees were respondents. The analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is the Structural Equation Model (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS).Findings/Result: The research found that work relationships positively affected work stress, while TI did not. Workplace well-being does not affect work stress, while TI has a positive impact. Compensation has a positive effect on TI and work stress. Job stress directly influences TI and indirectly mediates the influence of employee relations and compensation on TI.Conclusion: Employee relations have a positive impact on work stress. That is, there is a good employee relationship so that employees have positive perceptions or experience stress towards their work. Employee relations do not affect TI. Employee relations do not cause employees to decide to move to another company. Workplace well-being does not affect work stress. Employees feel well-being but do not experience prolonged negative stress. Workplace well-being has a positive impact on TI. The well-being experienced by employees at work causes work stress and has the potential for employees to experience TI.Originality/value (State of the art): This study considers work stress a mediating variable of work relationship factors, workplace well-being, and compensation about turnover intentions. The findings contribute significantly to developing previous empirical literature on human resource management regarding the relationship between work stress and TI.
