Abstract

Sexual harassment is a problem that is no longer public. In ancient times the child who was the victim of adult sexual harassment, but today is precisely the child who is the perpetrator. The BAPAS of Class II Jember is a pranata with the main task of providing public guidance with the form of mental coaching to be able to increase confidence and social functioning back in the community. The problem of this research is how mental tutoring services help the child's social functioning be faced with criminal acts of sexual harassment. The study aims to describe mental tutoring services in helping the social functioning of children face the crime of sexual harassment. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Determination of informant with Purposive technique. Data collection techniques using non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and verification. The validity technique of data uses the triangulation source and method. The results of this study showed that advisers in the early stages of establishing relationships with clients, conducting assessment, intervening by determining the plan of guidance and Counseling program, monitoring and termination.

Abstract

Abstrak Fenomena Covid-19 yang saat ini masih menjadi problem masyarakat khususnya pada masyarakat rentan yakni para penyintas Covid-19 di Desa Sumbergondo Kecamatan Glenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dampak-dampak Covid-19 dirasakan oleh para Penyintas Covid-19 baik dirasakan dari dalam diri para penyintas Covid-19 maupun dari luar yang mengakibatkan ketidakoptimalan jalanya keberfungsian sosial bagi penyintas Covid-19. Ketidakoptimalan para penyintas Covid-19 terjadi karena adanya permasalahan pada aspek-aspek biologis, psikologis dan sosialnya. Keberfungsian sosial dipengaruhi oleh sumber-sumber internal dan eksternal yang tidak dapat terlepas dari aspek biologi, psikologis, dan lingkungan sosial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai keberfungsian sosial para Penyintas Covid-19 di Desa Sumbergondo dengan menggunakan assessment biopsikososial. Tujuanya adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, serta mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif keberfungsian sosial penyintas Covid-19 di Desa Sumbergondo berdasarkan Assessment Biopsikososial Pada penelitian ini yang dikunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik pengumpulan data dan Analisa serta uji keabsahan sehingga hasil penelitian dianggap valid dan kredibel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ketidakoptimalan para penyintas Covid-19 yang dilihat dari 3 sudut pandang keberfungsian sosial yakni kemampuan pemenuhan kebutuhan biologis, kemampuan memerankan peran sosial, dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah yang dipicu karena masih adanya kendala dari aspek-aspek biopsikososial. Abstract

Social change makes people have knowledge in terms of tourism management. The change is made by Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis). This group is formed both a booster in growing community participation and as an effort in improving community welfare through Lider waterfall management activity. The research problem was how the community development carried out by Pokdarwis in Lider waterfall as the local tourism. Therefore, this research was aimed to find out and describe the community development process carried out by Pokdarwis. This descriptive research employed a qualitative approach. The research informants were determined by using purposive technique. The research data were collected through non-participant observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by using data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. To test data validity, researchers used source triangulation technique. The findings indicated that the community development conducted by Pokdarwis was able to increase the economy of the community, to increase social relations, and to grow community participation. Furthermore, there were two existing programs carried out by Pokdarwis, namely increasing human resources and increasing creativity and innovation
