Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study are:1) To find out the implementation of the operational system of data processing of students by using a management information system in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq Makassar. 2) To find out the data processing process of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq Makassar. 3) To find out the impact of the use of management information systems on data processing of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq Makassar.  The type of this study is a qualitative field research using data collection methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq based on management information systems is carried out using the online EMIS application, the process of data processing of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasrul Haq follows four main steps, namely data collection, data input, information storage and retrieval to be used and the use of management information systems in the management of student data in Nasrul Haq Ibtidaiyah Madrasah provides benefits in the form of ease of data storage, information retrieval processes, data security and access to student information wherever and whenever needed.

Abstract

Abstract:This research discuss the relation between teacher recruitment strategies and achievement awards toward work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar with the aims: 1) to find out the teacher’s recruitment strategies at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 2) to discover the teacher’s achievement awards Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 3) to determine the work motivation Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 4) to examine the correlation between teacherss recruitment and work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 5) to examine the correlation between achievement awards and work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; and 6) to examine the correlation between the teacher’s recruitment, the achievement of work motivation toward work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar. This research is a quantitative by ex post facto method. Instrument used is a questionarre than analyzed by using product moment correlation. This research indicate that: 1) the teacher’s recruitment strategy was in the very good category of the criteria set; 2) achievement awards for teachers were in the medium category 3) the teachers work motivation was in the medium category 4) the correlation between recruitment and selection of educators with work motivation showed a positive at a strong relation level; 5) the correlation between achievement awards for teachers with work motivation showed a positive and significant correlation at a moderate level of relation; 6) the correlation between recruitment and selection of teachers and achievement awards together with work motivation showed a positive and significant correlation at a strong relation level.

Abstract

This study discusses about the teachers performance in optimizing learning in the Full Day school program at SMAN 22 Makassar. This research was qualitative research.  Data collection methods obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, verifying data, and validating data (triangulation). The result of the research showed that; the first was the teacher performance at SMAN 22 Makassar has improved such as planning, implementation and evaluation. The second was Full Day school at SMAN 22 Makassar about school schedules based on school rules. The third was Effective efforts to optimize learning are carried out by teachers and schools. The teacherteach the learning to the students, gave some motivation and learning methods. The school helps teachers by school rules, teaching and learning process (PBM picket) and controlled by hand master in the school.

Abstract

Abstract: The Relationship Between The Entrepreneurial Competence of Madrasah Principals and The Welfare Level of Madrasah TeachersThis article aims to test: 1) The level of correlation between the innovation ability of madrasah principals with the walfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency; 2) The level of correlation between the ability to work hard at madrasah principals with the walfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency; 3) The level of correlation between the ability of madrasah principals to provide motivation with the welfare of Madarasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. The type of research used is correlational research with a positivistic-quantitative methodological approach with sociological and psychological studies. The population in this study were 77 teachers. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents and analyzed using product moment correlation analysis. The results sho wed that: (1) There is a positive correlation between the innovation ability of madrasah principals with the welfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency; (2) There is a positive correlation between the ability to work hard at Madrasah principals with the welfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency; (3) There is a positive correlation between the ability of madrasah principals to provide motivation with the welfare of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. Abstrak: Hubungan antara Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Kepala Madrasah dengan Tingkat Kesejahteraan Guru MadrasahArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) Tingkat hubungan antara kemampuan inovasi kepala madrasah dengan kesejahteraan guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamtan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone; (2) Tingkat hubungan antara kemampuan bekerja keras kepala madrasah dengan kesejahteraan guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone; (3) Tingkat hubungan antara kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam memberikan motivasi dengan kesejahteraan guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan metodologi postivistik-kuantitatif dengan kajian sosiologis dan psikologis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa:  (1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan berinovasi kepala madrasah dengan kesejahteraan guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone; (2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan bekerja keras kepala madrasah dengan kesejahteraan guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone; 3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan kepala madrasah memberikan motivasi dengan kesejahteraan guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

This study aims to produce mathematics worksheets for high school students that are in accordance with the characteristics of students and meet valid and practical criteria. This worksheet is expected to be used as one of the learning media for students to develop their special abilities in mathematics. This research is a research and development using the Instructional Development Model (MPI). The product developed in this study is a Think Talk Write (TTW)-based math worksheet. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the data analyzed using data analysis techniques of validity and practicality. The results showed that the TTW-based math worksheets that met the criteria were valid and practical. So it is recommended for further research in order to continue by reviewing its effectiveness in improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis efektifitas implementasi budaya literasidi MIN 1 Kota Makassar ".Penelitian ini bertujuan1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran budaya literasidi MIN 1 Kota Makassar. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas budaya literasidiimplementasikan pada MIN 1 Kota Makassar Makassar. 3) Untuk mengetahui apa kendalaimplementasi budaya literasi di MIN 1 Kota Makassar. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini, penelitimemilih jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan pedagogis, dan pendekatan sosiologis.Untukmemperoleh data, penulis melakukannya dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasiuntuk teknik pengolaan data dan analisis data digunakan reduksi data, displaydata, Kesimpulan danverifikasi menguji keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi data.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1)Gambaran efektivitas implementasi budaya literasi ditandai dengan adanya pembiasaan kegiatanmembaca surah-surah pendek dan doa-doa harian sebelum pembelajaran dimulai . Disamping itudilihat dari sarana dan prasarana seperti fasilitas pendukung perpustakaan sangat tidak mendukung,sehingga peserta didik kurang berminat membacabuku, karena di perpustakaan itu tidak ada halyang menarik yang dapat merangsang perhatian peserta didik untuk mengunjungi perpustakaan. (2)terdapatfaktor pendukung kegiatan budaya literasi diantaranya ialah: keteladanan guru dalammembimbing peserta didik dan buku pembelajaran dan buku berjenjang. Sedangkan yang menjadifaktor penghambatnya ialah: sarana dan prasarana, keteladanan peserta didik, keterbatasanekonomi dan kondisi social rumah tangga, lingkungan di luar sekolah

Abstract

Stimulating six aspects of early childhood development is very important, especially in the aspect of religious values, especially in the achievement of developing worship. One way that can be done in improving the ability to do worship at an early age is to use the advice method. This service research aims to provide stimulation to aspects of children's value development in accordance with STTPA, namely to increase worship using the advice method at the age of 5-6 years. This community service research in the form of service learning was carried out at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal II Kindergarten Perumnas with a total of 4 children. The instrument used was an observation sheet and an evaluation of the implementation of the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the use of the advice method can improve the ability to do worship in children aged 5-6 years. The findings in this study imply that the advice method can be used for learning activities, especially in stimulating religious development.

Abstract

Children Religious development, especially for children's knowledge about the virtues of fasting for Muslims, is very important to be stimulated because it becomes the basis for children to be able to know their religion. Through stories directly, it can stimulate children's development, especially about knowledge of the virtues of events for Muslims in the world. This study aims to determine the knowledge of knowing the age of child after the application of the storytelling method to children 5-6 years old. This community service research in the form of service learning was carried out at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal II Kindergarten Perumnas with a total of 4 children with 2 girls and 2 boys. The instruments used were picture paper, observation sheets for children and intervention implementation sheets. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that children were able to increase their knowledge through storytelling activities. The findings in this study imply that the increase in knowledge of 2 girls is better than the increase in knowledge of 2 boys.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the problem of the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning (PBL) on students’ mathematics learning outcomes to see the differences in learning outcomes of those who learn and without applying the model of Problem Based Learning (PBL). This research is a quasi-experiment, the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The population is all class VIII students at MTs Madani Alauddin with a sample of class VIIIA (so the experimental class) and also class VIIIB (so the control class). The instrument applied was an essay test which was then analyzed descriptively as well as inferential. The results of the descriptive posttest calculation showed that student learning outcomes with the PBL model were higher than those who did not apply PBL. Inferential statistical analysis shows that there is a fairly strict difference between learning and the PBL model and not. In this study, using the PBL model can help students develop their knowledge and understand mathematical problems related to everyday life.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Model, Problem Based Learning Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas terkait efektifnya model problem based learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan maksud melihat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran PBL dan siswa yang belajar tanpa menggunakan PBL. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis quasi experiment, dengan desain penelitian berupa the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah semua siswa kelas VIII di MTs Madani Alauddin dengan sampel kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIIB sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah test bentuk essay yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan juga inferensial. Dari hasil perhitungan posttest secara deskriptif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan mengaplikasikan model PBL lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar yang tidak mengaplikasikan PBL. Analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang cukup ketat antara pembelajaran dengan mengaplikasikan model PBL dan yang tidak mengaplikasikan PBL. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan pengetahuannya serta memahami masalah-masalah matematika yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari.
