Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Intelektual, Dan Minat Belajar Terhadap Tingkat Pemahaman Akuntansi Pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Angkatan 2020-2021. Sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 55 responden. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (data primer). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data dengan bantuan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara vaariabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Sedangkan variabel minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada transformasi moralitas individu, integritas, dan etika mahasiswa dalam hubungannya dengan perilaku kecurangan akademik di dunia pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, kami mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perubahan moral dan etis di kalangan mahasiswa serta bagaimana integritas diuji dalam konteks akademik. Kajian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tekanan akademik, kurangnya pemahaman etis, dan lingkungan yang permisif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap meningkatnya perilaku kecurangan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pendidikan moral dan etika yang komprehensif dalam kurikulum untuk membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang lebih integritas. Temuan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi efektif untuk mengurangi praktik kecurangan akademik dan membangun budaya integritas di institusi pendidikan.Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriiptif. dengan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Versi 26. Abstract

The aim of PKM training is to implement applications to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in BUMDes. The presentation of financial reports to BUMDes by Indo Global Mandiri University lecturers involved three (3) lecturers and four (4) students so that students could put into practice the theories they had gained from studying in the industrial world. The results of PKM activities are so that BUMDes can make financial reports guided by PSAK 1, namely transparent and accurate, for stakeholders to understand the use and management of resources better. This application can help BUMDes to manage and present financial reports more efficiently, saving time and resources that can be allocated to activities that support the achievement of sustainable goals, namely Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at BUMDes in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations while still complying with regulations. and minimize the risk of non-compliance. Through financial reports produced by BUMDes, BUMDes can monitor financial performance over time, identify trends and patterns that can assist in decision making to achieve sustainable goals. The application of financial reports that are presented in a structured and accurate manner for BUMDes can increase access to external financial resources, such as loans or grants, which can be used to support initiatives.

Abstract

This service activity was carried out in Thailand in the context of joint International PKM in order to realize effective marketing communications management which is the key to business success in the current digital era. Collaboration in the field of business digitalization offers great opportunities for economic growth and wider market penetration. This PKM aims to explore how collaboration in the PKM International Mobility Consortium can encourage innovation in the field of marketing communications management through business digitalization in Thailand. Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and content analysis, collecting data from business stakeholders, academics and practitioners in Thailand. The pretest and posttest results show that collaboration in the International PKM consortium encourages the exchange of knowledge and resources between organizations from various countries, enriching local perspectives with a global view. Business digitalization developed through collaboration results in more adaptive and effective marketing communications strategies, enabling MSMEs in Thailand to reach a wider audience and increase competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar tumbuh inovasi di masyarakat guna memberi kemajuan dalam bidang digital marketing laporan keuangan dan inovasi produk. Mitra pada pengabdian ini adalah UMKM Usaha Mandiri yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Bidang usaha yang dilakukan adalah pengolahan pedo serbuk sebagai produk bernilai ekonomis tinggi yang berasal dari ikan anak sungai Rupit. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatan pada softskill, hardskill inovasi teknologi dan marketing bisnis, serta pencatatan keuangan. Tujuan pelatihan digital marketing agar produk dapat dikenal oleh konsumen secara luas dan dapat melakukan pencatatan laporan keuangan secara akurat dan tepat waktu dari Tim Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. Sistem evaluasi dilaksanakan guna mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman kualitas produk, digital marketing dan cara membuat laporan keuangan, guna peningkatan penjualan produk ikan pedo serbuk. Rata-rata peningkatan keseluruhan mencapai 1.78%, hal ini menunjukkan dampak pelatihan PKM dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang rumit.Abstract: This Community Service aims to grow innovation in society in order to provide progress in the field of digital marketing, financial reports and product innovation. The partners in this service are the Mandiri Business MSMEs located in North Musi Rawas Regency. The line of business carried out is processing pedo powder as a product of high economic value originating from fish tributaries of the Rupit River. The results of this community service increase soft skills, hard skills, technological innovation and business marketing, as well as financial recording. The aim of digital marketing training is so that products can be widely known by consumers and can record financial reports accurately and on time from the Indo Global Mandiri University Team. The evaluation system was implemented to determine increased understanding of product quality, digital marketing and how to make financial reports, in order to increase sales of powdered pedo fish products. The overall average increase reached 1.78%, this shows the impact of PKM training in overcoming complex problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi, kinerja individual, dan tata kelola organisasi terhadap pengembangan sistem informasi akuntansi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Desa Surabaya, Kecamatan Madang Suku III, OKU Timur. Seiring dengan perkembangan digitalisasi, pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing UMKM. Namun, adopsi teknologi tidak selalu optimal tanpa didukung oleh kinerja individu yang baik dan tata kelola organisasi yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden pelaku UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan sistem informasi akuntansi. Kinerja individual juga memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem informasi. Selain itu, tata kelola organisasi yang baik berkontribusi dalam menciptakan sistem informasi yang lebih terstruktur dan akurat. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan sistem informasi akuntansi di UMKM. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan literasi digital dan manajerial bagi pelaku UMKM guna memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi. Dengan pengelolaan yang baik, UMKM dapat meningkatkan transparansi keuangan, efisiensi operasional, serta daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat menuntut dunia pendidikan tinggi untuk beradaptasi dan menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi akademik, tetapi juga keterampilan praktis berbasis teknologi. Kantor Jasa Akuntansi (KJA) sebagai mitra strategis memiliki peran penting dalam menjembatani kebutuhan dunia kerja dengan kompetensi mahasiswa, khususnya dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA). Sinergi antara kampus dan KJA melalui program workshop, pelatihan, dan kolaborasi pengabdian masyarakat menjadi langkah konkret guna memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran akuntansi yang relevan dengan perkembangan industri. Penerapan SIA tidak hanya mendukung proses akuntansi yang lebih efisien dan transparan, namun membekali mahasiswa dengan kemampuan analisis data, pemahaman praktik bisnis, serta pemanfaatan teknologi akuntansi terkini. Adanya sinergi ini, mahasiswa sebagai calon akuntan dapat berkembang menjadi tenaga profesional yang unggul, berintegritas, dan adaptif terhadap era digital. Hasil dari kolaborasi ini diharapkan mampu mencetak akuntan yang siap menghadapi tantangan global, meningkatkan daya saing bangsa, serta berkontribusi dalam pembangunan ekonomi berbasis teknologi.  Kata kunci: sinergi kampus; kja; penerapan sia; mencetak  akuntan unggul; profesional berbasis teknologi. AbstractThe increasingly rapid development of information technology requires higher education to adapt and produce graduates who possess not only academic competence but also practical technology-based skills. The Accounting Services Office (KJA), as a strategic partner, plays a crucial role in bridging the needs of the workforce with student competencies, particularly in the application of Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Synergy between the university and KJA through workshops, training, and collaborative community service programs is a concrete step towards strengthening the quality of accounting learning that is relevant to industry developments. The implementation of AIS not only supports more efficient and transparent accounting processes but also equips students with data analysis skills, an understanding of business practices, and the use of the latest accounting technology. This synergy enables students as prospective accountants to develop into superior professionals with integrity and adaptability to the digital era. Abstract

The rapid development of the internet has resulted in profound changes that impact people's lives, enabling them to engage in both offline and online shopping. While traditional offline shopping involves physically visiting stores, online shopping offers the convenience of making purchases remotely. In order to explore the advantages and disadvantages of offline and online shopping, a shopping activity was conducted on Friday, October 14, 2022, on Jalan Pelita, where food was purchased both online and offline. The objective was to identify the benefits and drawbacks of each method. The findings of this study reveal that offline and online shopping have their own distinct advantages and disadvantages, allowing individuals to adapt their choices to their specific needs. Online shopping is advantageous when speed and practicality are desired, especially for repeat purchases. On the other hand, offline shopping is preferred by those who value relaxation, enjoy the ambiance of a physical mall, and appreciate the tactile experience of directly interacting with products and food.

Abstract

This research aimed to utilize pine wood waste generated from furniture production that is no longer in use. The waste consists of small pieces of wood that can be repurposed into new products. The design process focused on creating souvenirs that align with the material's characteristics. The objective was to transform the pine wood waste into small-sized products with market value. The research was conducted in several stages, including data and information collection from furniture workshops in Palembang. Alternative designs were then developed and represented in 3-dimensional digital models, followed by the creation of prototypes using the pine wood waste. The results include several new design alternatives, representing souvenir products for families. These findings are expected to offer opportunities for the furniture business to explore new ventures using previously discarded materials.

Abstract

Shoes play a significant role in today's fashion and style. Consequently, consumers consider various factors such as product quality, price, and promotions when making purchasing decisions. In this regard, we, as students of Indo Global University, conducted independent research and socialization activities at the online shoe retailer "Laroza Second Brand." Utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, online businesses effectively promote and sell shoes. Social media, as an online tool with human users, facilitates live broadcasts for promoting and selling products. With this in mind, we visited the location to observe and assist in understanding how social media technology is utilized to generate revenue. This community service initiative involved collaboration between lecturers and students from Indo Global Mandiri University to support MBKM (Community Service Learning).
