Abstract

One of the problems that makes the competitiveness of MSMEs is still low is the limited ability of business actors in doing marketing. This community service activity is carried out to introduce cassava chips MSME products to a wider market, increase MSME competitiveness through the use of digital marketing. In this service, the method used to solve problems is to provide counseling, training, and assistance to MSME actors who become partners. This activity was carried out in stages over 2 months. From the activities that have been carried out, partners understand enough about the concept of digital marketing and are able to use the internet to do marketing. The increased ability of partners in marketing is expected to help partners to gain a wider market and increase the competitiveness of partners as MSME actors.

Abstract

Petanang Village is located in the Muara Enim Regency of South Sumatra Province. It is one of the communities in the Lembak District. The land around Petanang Village is suitable for the cultivation of cassava plants. Producing goods that have been processed is one way to make the most of this potential. At the moment, numerous processed products made from the primary ingredient of cassava are available in Petanang Village. These items include chips, sweet potato crackers, and class. In this PKM activity, we want to develop local products from the Petanang village by going through several stages, the first stage being the preparation and survey stage, the second stage being the implementation stage, and finally the evaluation stage of some of these stages, we decided to make cassava chips because in this Petanang village, no one has sold them because cassava chips are easily tough, which is why we want to develop cassava chips that are crispy and not tough.

Abstract

Petanang Village is one of 10 villages in the Lembak District. whose livelihood is as a farmer. The utilization of these agricultural products is a partner of the Community Partnership (PKM) program, especially processed from cassava into cassava chips whose packaging is still fairly unattractive. Digital Marketing is a promotional activity and market search through digital media online by utilizing various means, such as social networks. The virtual world is no longer only able to connect people with devices, but also people with other people around the world. Digital Marketing which usually consists of interactive and integrated marketing facilitates interaction between producers, market intermediaries, and potential consumers. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality and quantity of cassava chip processing through dissemination of packaging development, digital marketing and product logo creation, so that the output issued will be more attractive and of course will increase the profit of each cassava chip business actor in the Petanang village, Lembak sub-district.

Abstract

Petanang village is a village located in Lembak sub-district, Muara enim district, South Sumatra. In 2022, the population will be around 2,020 people or 689 families, residents per square kilometer. Most of these residents develop cassava into processed chips with the basic ingredients of cassava, which are named Kelasan. Class is a type of snack such as chips that comes from Petanang village, Lembak sub-district, Muara Enim Regency. From this process, a home-based MSME is created which is carried out by the residents of the Petanang village. Sales of first-class products are carried out within the village and also outside the village of Petanang. To further increase the potential that exists in Petanang village, Indo Global Mandiri University students try to help develop innovations for Cassava Processing in Petanang Village and Media Functions for Digital Promotion Applications for the MBKM Thematic Community Service Program, Indo Global Mandiri University students make new product innovations, namely Roasted Beef Flavored Cassava Chips. In addition to helping MSME actors create new products that can be marketed in digital media to increase the income of rural communities. Students also provide direction on financial reports and how to market a product in order to dominate the market.

Abstract

The natural resources produced by Petanang Village are very abundant, but the natural resources owned by Petanang Village have not been fully utilized by the community, so there is a need for guidance or assistance to the community to take advantage of the existing potential. One of them is by utilizing processed cassava / sweet potato products that are made into a food with a high selling price. Seeing the problems and potentials that exist, the village community is considered to need to know more about how to process and benefit from cassava / sweet potato so that it can increase profits or can be used as a source of additional income for the community. Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using technology via the internet, social media, cell phones, or other digital media. It is also an umbrella term that can cover a variety of digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), as well as email marketing. This digital marketing strategy is different from traditional marketing such as print media, billboards, and TV. This digital marketing strategy is certainly data driven. The purpose of digital marketing is to attract consumers and potential customers quickly. As you know, the acceptance of technology and the internet in society is very broad, so it is not surprising that digital marketing activities are the main choice for every company. As a result, every company competes with each other and competes in creating interesting content to be displayed in its marketing in cyberspace.

Abstract

This study aims to find information on the factors that cause homelessness in Western Australia and efforts to overcome these factors by using the interview method. In this study, researchers conducted interviews with 20 homeless people with managers/organizers, instructors, and inmates. This interview aims to obtain research information, namely about the guidance applied, the methods used, the motivating and inhibiting factors, as well as efforts to overcome the obstacles followed by the provision of food on Moore Street which was obtained from the soup kitchen or bakery. The findings in this study, in the life of the homeless, it can be seen that the occurrence of homeless people and beggars can be divided into two causal factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include lazy, unwilling to work, not mentally strong, physical or psychological disabilities. While external factors include social, cultural, economic, educational, environmental, religious and geographical factors.

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce the role of AIS and IT and increase the capacity of human resources of BUMDes managers. BUMDes are important in driving the village economy, but often experience constraints in efficient financial and operational management. Effective implementation of AIS and IT can help overcome these obstacles, but requires adequate understanding and HR skills. This activity involves intensive training and mentoring to BUMDes managers. The method used is a participatory approach with workshops, seminars, and practical training sessions. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews to assess the effectiveness of the program. The results show an improved understanding and skills in using AIS and IT to support BUMDes management. They are better able to implement an integrated accounting system and utilize IT to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency. The program also identified challenges, such as limited technology infrastructure in the villages and the need for ongoing support.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of product promotion, service, and customer satisfaction training on the competitiveness of SMEs on the Go-Food platform. Additionally, this research aims to identify strategies that can enhance visibility, sales, and customer loyalty. The research methods used include analyzing product quality, service quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction. This approach includes the use of social media, SEO, paid advertising, and loyalty programs. Data was collected through surveys and customer feedback. The research findings indicate that effective training in product promotion and service can improve customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of SMEs. The implementation of strategies such as the use of social media and loyalty programs has proven to increase visibility and sales. Quick and professional responses to customers, as well as maintaining cleanliness standards and product quality, also contribute positively. Therefore, it can be concluded that training on product promotion, service, and customer satisfaction is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness and success of SMEs on the Go-Food platform. With the right strategies, SMEs can achieve long-term growth and improve customer loyalty.

Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan bentuk pengembangan pariwisata berbasis pemanfaatan potensi lokal dan kearifan budaya yang ada di desa. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, konsep desa wisata telah mendapatkan perhatian luas karena potensinya dalam menggerakkan perekonomian desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Pengembangan desa wisata tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan, tetapi juga memberdayakan masyarakat lokal sebagai pelaku utama dalam pengelolaan potensi alam, budaya, dan tradisi. Namun, keberhasilan pengembangan desa wisata sangat bergantung pada kemampuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, khususnya internet, sebagai alat promosi dan pengembangan. Program "Internet Masuk Desa" yang dilaksanakan oleh KKN Tematik Mahasiswa UIGM dirancang untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan teknologi informasi kepada masyarakat desa. Pelatihan ini fokus pada pembuatan konten digital, pengelolaan media sosial, dan branding digital yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata desa. Hasil program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat desa dalam memanfaatkan internet. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan rendahnya literasi digital masih menjadi kendala. Oleh karena itu, dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan penyedia layanan internet sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program ini, sehingga desa wisata dapat berkontribusi lebih optimal terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui pengembangan sistem dan praktik akuntansi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, akuntansi manajemen lingkungan memiliki prinsip utama biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk mencegah buruknya kualitas barang dan jasa yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, penekanan pada biaya lingkungan dan bahan baku yang berasal dari limbah yang terbuang dapat meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan dan organisasi. Biaya lingkungan timbul karena perusahaan menghasilkan unsur-unsur yang dapat merusak lingkungan tetapi dapat dikendalikan oleh perusahaan sehingga tidak mencemari lingkungan. Lingkungan perusahaan bekerja dengan perangkat teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk mengubah aktivitas yang mencemari lingkungan menjadi sumber keuangan perusahaan sebagai dasar informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan penilaian kinerja lingkungan perusahaan. Realitas memiliki berbagai masalah termasuk masalah pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian, pengungkapan kondisi yang berubah dan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan informasi akuntansi manajemen lingkungan sesuai kebutuhan. Metode ini menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif, alat uji statistik SEM Lisrel survey dilakukan pada 215 sampel perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit dipulau Sumatera. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan informasi lingkungan, akuntansi manajemen lingkungan dan kinerja lingkungan keuangan perusahaan merupakan kinerja ekonomi suatu organisasi dapat membantu lingkungan perusahaan untuk melaporkan informasi lingkungan kepada para pemangku kepentingan pada akuntansi manajemen lingkungan dan inovasi produk. Kata Kunci : Strategi Lingkungan Perusahaan, Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan, Penerapan Akuntansi   Manajemen Lingkungan, inovasi produk lingkungan.
