Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh nilai tambah ekonomi, profitabilitas, dan arus kas operasi terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan Manufaktur Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2019. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 44 perusahaan. Data dari perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah ekonomi, profitabilitas, dan arus kas operasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Secara parsial hanya profitabilitas yang berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan nilai tambah ekonomi dan arus kas operasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen

Abstract

This research aims to describe the moral values and educational values in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. Novels are complex stories and involve various problems. The novel Land of the Bandits by Tere Liye tells the story of Padma, a young woman who has been training physically, mentally, mentally and spiritually since childhood. He was trained by a grandfather named Abu Syik. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source for this research is the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. The research data used is a choice of words, phrases and sentences that show aspects of moral values and education in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. The data collection technique used by researchers to obtain data is in two stages, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique used in the research uses interactive Miles and Huberman which consists of; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show thatthe moral values and educational values found in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye, namely moral values consisting of; moral values related to relationships with God, moral values related to relationships with other humans, and moral values related to relationships with oneself. The educational value found in this research consists of; honest, disciplined, hard working and independent.

Abstract

Kupu-kupu merupakan salah satu kekayaan hayati yang dimiliki Indonesia dan harus dijaga kelestariaannya dari kepunahan maupun penurunan keanekaragaman jenisnya. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mendata jenis kupu-kupu dan pola sebaran kupu-kupu (Ordo lepidoptera) yang terdapat di Sekitar Kawasan Danau Rano. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan diperoleh jenis kupu-kupu (Lepidoptera) di Desa Rano Kecamatan Balaesang Tanjung Kabupaten Donggala yaitu 19 jenis kupu-kupu. Nilai Pola sebaran kupu-kupu (Ordo lepidoptera), di Desa Rano terdapat dua pola sebaran yaitu, pola sebaran seragam dan pola sebaran mengelompok.

Abstract

Green economy policy No. 21 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Carbon Economic Values has become a necessity in Indonesia. Environmental damage arising from greenhouse gas emissions requires companies to take responsibility and establish strategies to combat and mitigate negative impacts. Carbon costs and waste costs are corporate policy instruments that can encourage greenhouse gas emission reductions. This study investigates the effect of carbon costs and waste costs on the cost of capital in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study consisted of 912 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. Secondary data sources were from company sustainability reports. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 85 companies with a total of 255 observations over 3 years. This study used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) version 4.0 analysis. The results indicate that waste costs affect the cost of capital, while carbon costs do not. While carbon costs can influence a company's strategic decisions, their impact on the cost of capital is not always significant, especially in sectors not subject to strict emissions regulations. While waste costs indicate that poor waste management can potentially increase capital costs, good management can reduce these costs by reducing corporate risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare how business continuity in insurance companies before and during the Covid-19 pandemic using the Springate (S-Score) method. This research employed quantitative descriptive method. The research population is insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2021, with a total population of 16 companies. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling using saturated sampling in order to obtain as many as 16 research samples. The research data uses secondary data obtained from the documentation of financial statements found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) web page. Analysis of the data used in the form of descriptive statistical tests and paired sample t-test using SPSS 26 data application. The results of the study explain that there are several companies that have been in a healthy condition since the beginning of the 2016-2021 period. There are also companies that have been in bankruptcy since the beginning of the 2016-2021 period, while other companies fluctuate every period. After the paired sample t-test was carried out, the results show that there are differences in the business continuity of insurance companies before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the village government and village communities apply the principles of village financial management in reporting and accountability of village funds, as the implementation of good governance in several villages in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using interviews. Interviews were conducted with parties from the District, representatives of the village community, and village government, such as the Keuchik, the Village Secretary, the Head of Financial Affairs, the Representative of the BPD (Village Consultative Body) / Tuha Peut. The results of this study indicate that the application of the principles of village financial management in reporting and accountability of village funds in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency has been implemented, but not yet fully implemented to the maximum.

Abstract

This research aims to describe social critism of economic problems in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. This research is based on the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye, a story that raises the themes of caurage, friendship, and the spirit of fighting for justice. The novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye is very interesting to study using the theory of genetic structuralism because the novel contains criticism of social problems. This research method uses the hermeneutic method. The approach used is a descriptive approach. The data source for this research is the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. This research data is in the form of words, phrases or sentences that express aspects of social criticism of economic problems contained in the novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye. The data collection tecnique used in this research is in two stages, namely observation, and documents. The data analysis tecnique for this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the social criticism of economic problems in this research incudes; unemployment, poverty, corruption, value of money, profits, stealing, and debt.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemakaian labeling pada tokoh utama dalam novel Koella karya Herlinatiens. Labeling adalah pemberian tanda bagi orang yang menjadi bagian konsep orang. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh pelabelan yang ditunjukkan oleh orang-orang terhadap tokoh utama, yakni orang memberi label pada keluarga PKI, orang melihat bahwa keluarga PKI, orang melihat bahwa keluarga PKI adalah keluarga yang merugikan bagi banyak orang, tetapi tokoh utama merasa bahwa dia adalah individu yang buruk dari label dan berusaha untuk menjaga keinginannya dari orang-orang di sekitarnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis wacana kritis teori Teun A. Van Dijk dalam novel Sesuk  karya Tere Liye. Penelitian ini mengkaji teori analisis wacana kritis dari segi kognisi sosial dan konteks sosial. Pada kognisi sosial terbagi skema peran dan skema peristiwa, sedangkan pada konteks sosial terbagi menjadi praktik kekuasaan dan akses memengaruhi wacana. Data penelitian berupa informasi tentang analisis kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat pada novel tersebut. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan kognisi sosial digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan skema peran dan skema peristiwa yang terjadi di sebuah keluarga, sedangkan konteks sosial menggambarkan peran orang tua yang memegang penuh tentang akses yang dapat memengaruhi suatu wacana.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the educational context requires teachers to possess adequate digital literacy competencies to integrate technology into learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital transformation in building a digital literacy culture among teachers at SMP PGRI, Pondok Labu District, South Jakarta. The research approach used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the digital transformation process has been ongoing but is not yet optimal. Teachers still experience obstacles in the use of digital devices, utilization of learning platforms, and consistency in implementing digital literacy practices. The main inhibiting factors include limited training, unstable network infrastructure, and low teacher confidence in using technology. Nevertheless, the school is committed to providing technological facilities and encouraging a shift in work culture towards a digital-based learning environment. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous training, technological assistance, and the provision of adequate infrastructure to accelerate teachers' digital literacy culture comprehensively.
