Dalam penelitian ini, saya menyimpulkan bahwa Nabi sebagai sumber penyampai hadis pertama disampaikan melalui alam pikiran semiotik kita melalui beberapa komponen komunikasi. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by many scholars who challenge NU, which is considered a moderate Islamic organization, and the meanings of the word moderate vary. On the other hand, moderate Islam is a solution to many students' radical thoughts and terror. By taking Unisma as the research object, this article focuses on two topics: NU students' interpretation of moderate Islam and the factors that influence this interpretation. This article is qualitative research using in-depth interviews with 12 students with various study program characteristics. The findings obtained from this study are, first, NU students interpret moderate Islam with three models: teachings, nation and state, and relations with modernity. These three understandings are separate from NU's moderate principles. Most NU students accept moderate Islamic terminology, but a small number of them reject it. Second, the moderatism of NU students is influenced by many factors, including family background, education, social media, environment, and association. Furthermore, this study accepts that moderatism in NU is not on the same line but also rejects research suggesting that NU students tend to be radical and intolerant. And association. Abstract

Using a qualitative approach and the type of library research, this article concludes that Schacht does have a fairly strong influence in Indonesia; most of the writings that discuss the study of hadith among orientalists, with any character, do not forget to present Schacht as an important figure. Furthermore, hadith scholars are divided into three camps in responding to Schacht's ideas, namely the contra, the pros, and the middle. The arguments that are carried out are also different, ranging from academic to ideological ones. The main current that appears in the thought of Indonesian hadith scholars is against Schacht, which is motivated by subjectivity as a Muslim, in addition to Schacht's thinking which is problematic and has many problems.

Abstract

This study investigated four moderate indicators coined by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (M0RA) among Muslim students. This study is essential because the MoRA has claimed moderation in its institution, but it has been questioned whether Muslim students studying at Islamic universities have implemented the practice. This article is the result of research with a qualitative approach conducted by conducting interviews with 36 students studying at three Islamic universities in Malang using purposive sampling. It has two focuses: 1) students' religious understanding and practice related to the four moderate indicators of the MoRA; and 2) the cause of the articulation of moderation, which leads to the implication of how to build moderate thoughts in students. The result of the study shows that there are differences in religious understanding and practice regarding the four moderate indicators of the MoRA. Indicators that have problems are tolerance and anti-violence in the intra-religious area, especially among minority sects. Meanwhile, two other indicators, namely national commitment and accommodativeness to local culture, appear to be in a safe area. The study also finds that "problematic" students were from social-humanities and religious study programs. Second, there are many reasons for the emergence of moderation among students, ranging from family background to the organization they are involved in. Thus, the authors present internalization and normalization as means of building moderate thoughts and attitudes in students.

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of Turnitin scanning at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang which was carried out at the Research and Academic Writing Center (Pusat Penelitian dan Academic Writing, PPAW) on student proposals and thesis. The existence of Turnitin scanning itself is due to seeing the phenomenon of plagiarism among students which until now has been included in the category of concern, so efforts are needed to prevent the negative behavior in the world of education. This article is the result of research that uses a qualitative approach, which is carried out by analyzing the data from Turnitin proposals and thesis for FITK students at PPAW. With purposive sampling method, there are three sample study programs, namely Islamic Religious Education (PAI), Islamic Education Teacher Education (PGMI), and Social Science Education (PIPS). The data analysis in this study uses Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are two conclusions, first, the Turnitin scanning process at PPAW begins with sending proposals and student thesis through the google form that has been provided previously. When getting the similarity results as determined, the student will be sent a plagiarism-free certificate. However, if they fail, the student will be given information regarding this and sent a scan of Turnitin as revision material. The process from start to finish takes 1-5 working days. For students who fail, the submission of new revisions can be done after seven days. Second, it can be concluded in general that Turnitin scanning in PPAW is effective in tackling plagiarism among students, even though there are various delinquency committed by them, namely reducing or adding letters, changing into images, using inappropriate direct quotations, deleting parts that have high similarity, and sending revisions that are not in accordance with a predetermined schedule. Finally, to be more effective, this study recommends several further policies, namely sending in word form with a few exceptions for pages with image formats, examining all files and changing the color to black, making Turnitin scanned files as manuscripts for proposal seminars and munaqasyah, and lastly, providing training on how to write good scientific papers.

Abstract

The intellectual contribution of al-Zarnuji has significantly impacted the field of Islamic education. However, certain elements of society perceive his ideas as potential hindrances to contemporary progress. This article attempted to comprehensively reinterpret al-Zarnuji's beliefs through the lens of Islamic epistemology to promote constructive discourse between al-Zarnuji’s intellectual heritage and the dynamics of the modern era. It used a qualitative approach and a literature review method, with the book Ta’lim al-Muta’allim as the primary source. Through an examination of topics related to the diversity of knowledge and its legal dimensions, the intentions underlying the act of learning, and the reverence for knowledge and scholars, this article presents findings that elucidate al-Zarnuji's advocacy of two distinct epistemological paradigms: Bayani and Irfani. Among these paradigms, it is evident that Irfani's epistemology is more dominant than Bayani's. Irfani's reasoning significantly contributes to cultivating moral and spiritual aspects in learners. However, this thinking must not exert excessive hegemony over Islamic education. The most prudent course is maintaining a harmonious equilibrium among the three epistemologies–Bayani, Burhani, and Irfani–to ensure that Islamic education continues to progress.
