Abstract

Food security is a challenge that gets priority for achieving national prosperity in this millennium. Ngestirejo Village, Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Gunungkidul Regency has a lot of natural resources such as agriculture, plantations, livestock, and tourism. However, the use of this region's potential by the community is not optimal. This is because the community does not have the skills, experience, knowledge, and motivation to explore the potential of the region. This situation has long been occurring but there has been no effort either personally, the community, or the government to change this pattern of behavior with the willingness to utilize regional potential optimally. The condition of this problem occurred in 3 hamlets, namely Jaten Hamlet, Mrico Hamlet and Bruno 1 Hamlet. So to overcome these problems, the program was implemented, namely community empowerment to improve food security by utilizing local potential. Methods of implementing this program include: community education, technology diffusion and practice. The impact of the results of this activity is 1). Increased community insight, especially PKK mothers about utilizing local potential; 2) Increased community creativity in processing cakes from local potential results; 3) Increased entrepreneurial spirit for the community.

Abstract

One strategy to improve the satisfaction of human resources is to give fair compensation based on the characteristics of the their work. Today in PT Bita Enargon Engineering, all division managers are considered to have the same workload so that they get the same basic wage, even though the workload of each division is not exactly the same. This research will determine the base salary using the point system method. The first step of this method is to conduct a job evaluation to determine the job relative value of each position. The next step is to convert the job relative value to the money value by subsituting the job relative value into a regression equation developed from the result of a survey on the closest competitors. Based on the job relative value, the basic salary for division heads and department heads can be decided.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengukuran kinerja dalam kegiatan kolaborasi rantai pasok dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard. Rantai  pasok  yang  diteliti menghubungkan dua perusahaan, yaitu PT. X dan PT. Y. Penelitian  ini  mengidentifikasi  tujuan  strategis  dan  indikator  kinerja  serta mengembangkan peta strategi rantai pasok dari kedua perusahaan. Metodologi yang  digunakan  adalah  wawancara  semi-terstruktur  untuk  perwakilan manajemen  dari  kedua  perusahaan.  Dari  transkrip  wawancara,  dihasilkan metrik kinerja rantai  pasok.  Hasil  akhir  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  sebuah  alat  ukur untuk mengukur kinerja kerjasama dalam kegiatan rantai pasok antar perusahaan. X and PT. Y. This  research  identifies  the  strategic  objectives,  performance  indicators  and develops  a strategy map  of  supply chain  for two  companies. The methodology used is a semi-structured interviews to the management representatives of both companies. From transcript of the interview, resulting supply chain performance indicators.  Final  result  of  this research is a measurement tool to measure performance of the company. Abstract

Makalah ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan Balanced Scorecard sebagai model untuk manajemen kinerja di tingkat rantai pasokan. Rantai pasok yang diteliti menghubungkan dua perusahaan, yaitu Bengkel Otomotif X dan Pemasok Oli Y. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tujuan strategis dan indikator kinerja serta mengembangkan peta strategi rantai pasok dari kedua perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk perwakilan manajemen dari kedua perusahaan. Dari transkrip wawancara, dihasilkan indikator kinerja rantai pasok. Indikator ini kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan kategori financial atau nonfinancial, lagging atau leading, dan eksternal atau internal. Abstract

PT. Wahana Interfood Nusantara merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Perusahaan ini memproduksi berbagai jenis produk coklat. Dalam menjalankan produksinya perusahaan ini belum efisien dikarenakan masih banyak ditemukan pemborosan yang terjadi dilantai produksinya. Pemborosan yang terjadi tersebut merupakan aktifitas yang tidak memberi nilai tambah atau non value adding activities (NVA). Permasalahan tersebut dapat diminimisasi dengan menggunakan lean manufacturing. Lean manufacturing mengidentifikasi dan menghilangkan pemborosan (waste) yang diakibatkan non value adding activities. Pada kasus ini, rancangan perbaikan untuk mengurangi pemborosan berupa alat bantu serta perbaikan prosedur dan metode kerja. Dengan rancangan perbaikan ini, non value adding activities yang terjadi berkurang dari 126 menit menjadi 86.5 menit.   Kata kunci: Lean manufacturing, non value adding activities, waste ABSTRACT PT. Wahana Interfood Nusantara is a company engaged in manufacturing industry. The company produces various types of chocolate products. In running the production the company has not been efficient because there are still many wastes that occur in the production floor. The wastes are non value adding activities (NVA). That problem can be minimized by using lean manufacturing. Lean manufacturing identify and eliminate wastes caused by non value adding activities. In this case, proposed improvement to reduce waste is a material handling and procedure and work method improvement. By this improvement, non value adding activities is reduced from 126 minutes to 86.5 minutes. Keywords: Lean manufacturing, non value adding activities, waste

Abstract

Strategi Pengembangan UKM Sentra Pengolahan Kicimpring menggunakan matriks perumusan strategi. Sentra pengolahan kicimpring merupakan salah satu UKM yang bergerak didalam bidang makanan ringan. Desa Pager Wangi Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung merupakan satu satunya UKM pengolahan kicimpring di Kabupaten Bandung. Proses produksi pengolahan kicimpring tidak terlepas dari bahan baku yaitu berupa singkong. UKM sentra pengolahan kicimpring perlu merancang strategi dengan tepat untuk dapat bersaing dipasaran, sehingga harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek, seperti aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman, serta memperhatikan faktor-faktor kemampukembangan UKM. Penyusunan strategi dilakukan menggunakan matriks perumusan strategi. Salah satu hasil dari matriks perumusan strategi menonjolkan kualitas produk untuk menarik investor. Sentra Pengolahan Kicimpring is one of the SMEs engaged in the field of snacks. Pager village Wangi District Lembang Bandung Regency is the only SME kicimpring processing in Bandung. The production process is inseparable from the kicimpring processing of raw materials in the form of cassava. SME Sentra Pengolahan Kicimpring need to design a strategy with the right to be able to compete in the market, so it must consider several aspects, such as aspects of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as pay attention to the factors kemampukembangan SMEs. Preparation of the strategy is done using a matrix formulation of the strategy. One of the results of the matrix formulation of the strategy highlight the quality of products to attract investors. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kelayakan usaha terhadap Jegud Milk, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kapasitas produksi Jegud Milk dalam pengolahan susu sapi murni Di Kota Bandung. Pengembangan kapasitas produksi dilakukan untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar dan ekspansi pemasaran yang lebih besar. Untuk mengembangkan kapasitas produksi, dibutuhkan investasi yang tidak sedikit, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu analisis kelayakan usaha pengolahan susu sapi murni yang berkaitan dengan lima aspek, yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek legal dan lingkungan, aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan aspek finansial. Berdasarkan kelima aspek tersebut, dihasilkan parameter kelayakan berupa Payback period (PP) 2 tahun 1 bulan, Nilai Net Persent Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 1.379.738.166,36 dan Nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 31,4%. Kata Kunci: Kapasitas Produksi, Susu Sapi Murni, Investasi, Analisis Kelayakan Usaha.   ABSTRACT This research is a feasibility study to Jegud Milk, this research conducted to develop capacity Jegud Milk production in the processing of cow's milk in Bandung. The development of production capacity aims to meet market demand and expansion of larger marketing. To develop the production capacity, it takes no small investment, so it needed a feasibility analysis of cow's milk processing business related to five aspects, that is market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, legal and environmental aspects, human resource management aspects, and financial aspects. Based on the five aspects, is produced feasibility parameters, including Payback Period (PP) for 2 years 1 month, Net Persent Value (NPV) of Rp 1.379.738.166,36 and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 31,4%. Abstract

CV Kurnia Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pembuatan alat-alat kontruksi besi yang berlokasi di Cikarang Utara. Saat ini, jumlah pesaing di sekitar CV Kurnia Jaya sebanyak 28 perusahaan. Untuk menghadapi banyaknya pesaing tersebut, CV Kurnia Jaya harus memiliki strategi yang tepat dengan memperhatikan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal mengacu kepada aktivitas-aktivitas rantai nilai Porter (2011). Faktor eksternal mengacu kepada Five Force Model dari Porter (2011) dan lingkungan makro dari Nilasari (2014). Metode yang digunakan untuk merancang strategi perusahaan yaitu matriks EI, analisis SWOT, dan matriks BCG. Karena adanya keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan, maka dilakukan penentuan skala prioritas strategi menggunakan QSPM. Strategi yang diprioritaskan QSPM adalah meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan. Kata kunci: Perumusan Strategi, Strategi Perusahaan, Meningkatkan Daya Saing ABSTRACT CV Kurnia Jaya is a company engaged in the manufacture of steel construction tools located in North Cikarang. Nowadays, number of its competitors is 28 companies. In order to compete with its competitors, CV Kurnia Jaya should have effective strategies by observing internal and external factors. Internal factors refer to the activities of Porter’s (2011) value chain. External factors refer to Porter’s (2011) Five Force Model and Nilasari (2014) macro-environment. The methods used to design the company's strategies are the EI matrix , SWOT analysis, and the BCG matrix. Due to limited resources of the company, then the strategies are prioritized using QSPM. Abstract

PT. Panairsan Pratama merupakan perusahaan terkemuka dalam penyediaan peralatan pengujian material, peralatan laboratorium dan rekayasa teknik. Dalam menghadapi era yang kompetitif, maka PT. Panairsan Pratama dituntut untuk mampu menyusun manajemen strategis dalam rangka mengembangkan perusahaanya agar mampu bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan. Dalam menyusun suatu manajemen strategis, perusahaan harus mengetahui secara tepat tingkat kinerjanya. Saat ini PT. Panairsan Pratama hanya menggunakan laporan keuangan sebagai satu-satunya tolak ukur kinerja bisnisnya. Pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan hanya pada sektor keuangan, memiliki beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperhitungkan, diantaranya tidak menggambarkan proses bisnis secara keseluruhan. Balanced Scorecard merupakan metode yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam perancangan alat ukur kinerja perusahaan secara menyeluruh yang mengandung ukuran finansial dan non finansial. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan pengukuran kinerja dengan 17 sasaran strategis dan 28 indikator serta inisiatif strategis untuk mencapai sasaran strategis. Kata kunci: Pengukuran kinerja, Balanced Scorecard, Visi dan Misi   ABSTRACT PT. Panirsan Pratama is a leading company on material tersting equipments, laboratory equipments and engineering system. In the face of competitive era, then the company is required to preparing a strategic management plan for develop the company to be able to survive and win the competition. In preparing a strategic management, companies must know exactly the level of performance. Currently PT. Panairsan Pratama only uses financial reports as the sole benchmark business performance. Performance measurement is performed only on the financial sector has some shortcomings that need to be taken into account, of which does not describe the overall business processes. Balanced Scorecard is a method that can be implemented to contrive overall companies performance measurement tools containing financial and non financial measures. This research resulted in the design of performance measurement with 17 targeting strategic and 28 indicators and strategic initiatives. Abstract

Permintaan susu sapi meningkat setiap tahunnya. Sama halnya dengan konsumsi susu sapi di Kota Batu Malang yang juga semakin meningkat. Namun kenyataannya, usaha pengolahan susu sapi di Kota Batu Malang masih belum bisa mencukupi permintaan pasar. Makalah ini memuat penelitian untuk analisis kelayakan usaha pengolahan susu sapi. Dalam melakukan analisis kelayakan usaha ini, dilakukan analisis aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek legal dan lingkungan, aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta aspek finansial. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa investasi usaha pengolahan susu sapi layak layak untuk direalisasikan. Dengan target produksi sebesar 700.000 liter per tahun didapatkan Payback Period (PP) selama 3 tahun, Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 2.232.741.372,00, dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 36,47%. It has the same with consumption of cow’s milk in Batu City Malang which increases every year. But, in fact, cow’s milk processing business in Batu City Malang still can not meet the market demand. This paper contains a research for cow’s milk processing business feasibility analysis. The feasibiliy analysis consists of the analysis of market, technical, legal and environmental, human resource management, and financial. The study concluded that cow’s milk processing business investment is feasible to be implemented. With a production target of 700.000 litre per year, the company will reach Payback Period (PP) in 3 years, earn Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 2.232.741.372,00, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 36.47 %.
