Abstract

This research aims to produce a learning media product, the Cheerful Box, with QR Code technology to instill the concept of geometry in elementary schools. This research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this research were class II students at MIM Krakitan, Bayat. The research data were obtained from observation, interviews, expert validation, pretest-posttest questions, and student response questionnaires to the developed media products. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data analysis techniques used interactive analysis at the product development stage and content analysis at the product appraisal stage, while quantitative data analysis techniques used expert validation tests at the product trial stage and testing with a paired sample t-test at the product assessment stage. The results showed that the learning media of the Cheerful Box with the QR Code technology that was developed was worth it and very valid, with an average score of 90% for material expert validation and 89% for media expert validation. This learning medium is also declared effective for instilling the concept of geometric shapes and shapes in elementary schools, as the results of the paired sample t-test show a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <  0.05, so there is a significant difference between the average pretest-posttest results, and there is a significant effect of the use of the Cheerful Box learning media with QR Code technology on the results of students' understanding of geometric shapes and geometric shapes in elementary schools.

Abstract

The teacher's ability to communicate with students is one of the main factors in classroom learning. Communication is one of the factors that causes students' interest in learning, because when teachers are not good at communicating, students' enthusiasm for learning in class will decrease. The aim of this research is to describe communication between teachers and students using good and correct Indonesian in accordance with PUEBI rules at SDN 1 Tarub, so that students' interest in learning during learning can increase well. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects consisted of homeroom teachers and students at the elementary school. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers use source triangulation as a data validity tool. Interactive data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and verification processes. The findings of this research show that there are two errors in learning interactions, namely phonological errors (language sounds) and spelling errors in the proper and correct use of Indonesian according to PUEBI rules. Teachers and students still use regional languages to communicate in class during learning. So, it is hoped that this research can increase and implement a sense of love for one's country by using good and correct Indonesian language communication during learning.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to improve mathematics learning outcomes and interest through the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach among fifth-grade elementary school students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR), with the research subjects being 28 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Soropadan in the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection methods included observation and tests. Observation was used to collect data on students' interest in learning mathematics, while test results provided data on learning outcomes. The collected data were analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results showed that (1) there was an increase in the average score percentage of students' interest in learning mathematics by 13.9%, from 57.4% in the first cycle to 71.3% in the second cycle; and (2) there was an improvement in the average score of mathematics learning outcomes by 30%, from 66.33 in the first cycle to 81.67 in the second cycle. Based on the findings, the application of the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach in mathematics subjects in Grade V of SD Negeri Soropadan can enhance both students' interest and learning outcomes in mathematics.

Abstract

Abstract: The research objectives are 1.) Describe the implementation of differentiated learning at Muhammadiyah Nurul Ilmi Elementary School. 2.) Describe the impact of differentiated learning in improving the quality of learning at Muhammadiyah Nurul Ilmi Elementary School. 3.) Describe the factors inhibiting the implementation of differentiated learning at SD Muahammadiyah Nururl Ilmi. This research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were the Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes interactive data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that 1.) The implementation of differentiated learning at SD Muhammadiyah Nurul Ilmi has been implemented with three differentiation strategies, namely content differentiation, process differentiation and product differentiation. 2.) Impact on the quality of learning. 3.) Factors inhibiting the implementation of differentiated learning. Mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SD Muhammadiyah Nurul Ilmi. 2.) Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penghambat implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SD Muahammadiyah Nururl Ilmi. Penelitian termasuk deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, Guru kelas, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data interaktif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pada penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa 1.) Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SD Muhammadiyah Nurul Ilmi telah diterapkan dengan tiga strategi diferensiasi yaitu diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses, dan diferensiasi produk. 2.) Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of the study are: (1) To describe the implementation of school culture in realizing the religious character of grade 4 students at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong; (2) To describe the obstacles in implementing school culture in realizing the religious character of grade 4 students at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong. The study is a descriptive qualitative study. The study was conducted at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong. The subjects of the study included: the principal, vice principal for student affairs, grade 4 teachers and grade 4 students. The object of the study was school culture in realizing religious character. Testing the validity of the data with source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis with interactive techniques. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The implementation of school culture in realizing religious character, includes: habituation through routine activities (by reading the Qur'an, memorizing the class entrance password, muroja'ah and congregational prayer (dhuha prayer and dhuhur prayer)), strengthening children's character in morals (by praying, 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan and santun) and manners of eating), strengthening children's character through role models from teachers in behaving and providing motivation and evaluation of activities; (2) Obstacles to the implementation of school culture in realizing religious character, include: different student characteristics, teachers have not played their role as role models and children receive less attention from their parents. The study is expected to provide new information regarding school culture in realizing religious character in elementary schools, so as to foster good personalities in students. Keyword: character; religious character; school culture Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Mendeskripsikan penerapan budaya sekolah dalam mewujudkan karakter religius siswa kelas 4 di SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong; (2) Mendeskripsikan kendala penerapan budaya sekolah dalam mewujudkan karakter religius siswa kelas 4 di SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong. Penelitian termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong. Subjek penelitian meliputi: kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan, guru kelas 4 dan siswa kelas 4. Objek penelitian budaya sekolah dalam mewujudkan karakter religius. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data dengan teknik interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan budaya sekolah dalam mewujudkan karakter religius, meliputi: pembiasaan melalui kegiatan rutin (dengan membaca Al-Qur’an, menghafalkan password masuk kelas, muroja’ah serta sholat berjamaah (sholat dhuha dan sholat dhuhur)), penguatan karakter anak dalam berakhlak (dengan berdo’a, 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan dan santun) dan adab makan), penguatan karakter anak melalui keteladanan dari guru dalam bertingkah laku dan memberikan motivasi serta evaluasi kegiatan; (2) Kendala penerapan budaya sekolah dalam mewujudkan karakter religius, meliputi: karakteristik siswa yang berbeda-beda, guru belum menjalankan peranan sebagai teladan dan anak kurang mendapat perhatian orang tua. Penelitian diharapkan memberikan informasi baru mengenai budaya sekolah dalam mewujudkan karakter religius di sekolah dasar, sehingga menumbuhkan kepribadian yang baik pada siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh inovasi produk dan pemasaran melalui influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian produk KAFH. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada 87 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik inovasi produk maupun influencer memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dari kedua variabel tersebut, inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan influencer dalam mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 62,9% menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi keputusan pembelian. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi produk yang berkesinambungan serta optimalisasi strategi promosi melalui influencer dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk KAFH.

Abstract

Abstrak:.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak sosial media marketing, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap minat beli. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah Bumiayu, menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan melibatkan 99 responden. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dalam analisis data, termasuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik seperti uji heteroskedastisitas, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi yang dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosial media marketing, kualitas produk, dan harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen produk Aqua.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to: 1) Understand the teacher's role in character building in Mim Krakitan Bayat. 2) Analyze the methods used by the teacher to strengthen student learning discipline using YouTube media. 3) Identify teachers' challenges and solutions to improving the character of learning discipline. Research approach: descriptive-qualitative. Data: observation, interviews, documentation, analyzed inductively. Result: Teaching the character of discipline through YouTube at Mim Krakitan Bayat brings positive changes to students' behavior. They become more disciplined in terms of collecting assignments, homework, time management while studying, polite behavior in class, and a more regular study pattern. The teacher's role in strengthening the character of learning discipline has proven to be very significant because it forms the mindset and behavior of discipline from an early age. The use of the YouTube platform as a reinforcement tool is also very effective because it is easier for students to understand and apply concepts through the visual format presented in the video. Within a certain period of time, positive changes in students become increasingly visible. In the process of strengthening character, teachers face several challenges, but they manage to overcome them with creativity and the right strategy. These solutions help teachers build and strengthen student discipline in learning contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1. Describe the implementation of the School Literacy Movement Program through the Reading Corner; 2. Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the School Literacy Movement Program through the Reading Corner; and 3. Identify effective solutions to improve the success of the School Literacy Movement Program through the Reading Corner. Descriptive qualitative research was used. The object of the study was related to the implementation of the School Literacy Movement through the Reading Corner. The subjects of the study included the principal, vice principal for curriculum, homeroom teacher, and students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. triangulation of sources and techniques to evaluate the reliability of information. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are all included in the category of interactive data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1. The Reading Corner at SD Aisyiyah Unggulan Gemolong has succeeded in increasing students' interest in reading and building a sustainable literacy culture through the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) Program, 2. The success of the program is supported by active student involvement, collaboration between teachers, and community contributions, but is constrained by limited book collections, minimal teacher training, and lack of budget allocation, especially during the pandemic, and 3. The proposed solutions include improving the quality and quantity of books, involving parents and communities, developing varied activities, utilizing technology, establishing literacy clubs, and routine program evaluations.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide an effective teaching training based on TSAC (Teaching Skill Assessment Checklists) for elementary school teachers in Central Java. The strategic and appropriate target audience involved in this activity were elementary school teachers in Central Java as many as 20 person (Surakarta, Klaten, Karanganyar, Demak, Sragen, Brebes). The service materials are as follows: (1) Creating a supportive and warm classroom climate (2) Using waiting time during questions (3) Arranging content for effective presentations (4) Assessing, commenting, and discussing homework (5) Multitasking. A question and answer session was held and a discussion on the problems encountered in the field. After that, to determine the success of the implementation of this activity, an evaluation is carried out at the end of the implementation of the activity. The results of the implementation showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating the training. From the results of the question and answer, there are also many problems that exist in the elementary school in Central Java.
