Abstract

This study aims to analyze: priority weights of driving factors in the application of Lean manufacturing in Kripik Balado Mahkota. This research is classifiied as descriptive research which analyzes the effect of several variables on other variables. The population in this study were all employees at UMKM of Kripik Balado Mahkota, totaling 15 people. In this study, the number of samples was determined using a purpose sampling technique. Purposive Sampling is intended to determine information that represents a number of information needed in the study, so that the sample are the owner and 4 employees in the production sector. The method used in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy AHP. This study indicate that the alternative driving factor for the implementation of lean manufacturing with the highest global weight is the criteria of QM 3/ waste analysis which has a weight of 0,11 using AHP and criteria of QM 5/ Total Quality Management which has a weight of 0,05 with fuzzy AHP. The main criteria has the best weight is quality management with weight of o,41 using AHP and 0,22 using fuzzy AHP.

This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of top management support on the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on pt Telkom Indonesia Padang company, (2) The influence of project management against the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on PT Telkom Indonesia Padang company, (3) The influence of user engagement on the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on PT Telkom Indonesia Padang company. The population in this study is all employees who use enterprise resource planning systems with a total of 120 employees. The sampling technique used is a census method in which the entire population will be sampled. The research data collected using questionnaires were then analyzed with a multiple linear regression approach using SPSS software. This research is different from other studies, where the difference is the selection of erp implementation success factors, where most similar studies or similar research objects rarely use project management factors, and user engagement as a success factor of ERP systems is seen from various previous studies that have been done by several researchers. The results of this study show that (1) top management support has a significant effect on the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems, while (2) project management, and (3) user engagement have no significant effect on the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is usually known as a project. Projects can be interpreted as activities that take place within a limited period by allocating specific resources and are intended to produce the product of deliverables whose quality criteria have been clearly outlined. Unplanned project activities and ineffective control often cause the success or failure of project implementation, so project activities are inefficient. It caused delays, decreased quality of work, and cost overruns. Project scheduling is a critical aspect of evaluating the project's sustainability from cost and time of completion as this research at PT Royal Bridea Indonesia used the CPM and PERT methods. The results obtained from the CPM method are that a project with a duration of 195 days can be completed in 164 days with a required cost of IDR 202,967,246. While with the PERT method, the project can be completed in 166 days at the cost of IDR 200,124,020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work measurement in the process of working on pottery in Galogandang village using the stopwatch time study method. This measurement is carried out to determine the standard time of pottery processing and determine the optimal standard output. In this study, work measurements were carried out on competent 15 craftswomen. The data collection method is by observations and interviews. Based on calculations using a stopwatch time study, the results showed that the standard time for working on pottery was 126027.07 seconds or equal to 35.01 hours. Then the results for planning production targets using standard time are as many as 25 units/day for 8.88 work hours that can be a consideration or reference for pottery craftswomen to increase productivity.
