Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership in enhancing employee engagement  in private companies. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 100 employees through a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) regression, assisted by SmartPLS version 3.29. The results reveal that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, indicating that employees who experience a better work environment and balance tend to be more engaged in their work. In contrast, Transformational Leadership do not have a significant impact on employee engagement. These findings suggest that private companies seeking to increase employee engagement should not rely solely on leadership factors, but should also focus on developing strong organizational motivation that strengthens engagement at all levels of the organization.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Village Facilitators in strengthening public financial governance through the implementation of government financial policy in village fund management. Using a qualitative approach based on observations, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, the study explores how facilitators enhance accountability, transparency, and allocative efficiency in decentralized financial systems. The findings show that Village Facilitators act not only as administrative supervisors but also as strategic intermediaries who translate financial regulations into practical governance mechanisms. Through social mapping, participatory planning, and community organization, they improve financial decision-making and accountability structures. However, challenges such as political dynamics, limited institutional capacity, and uneven digital literacy constrain effectiveness. This study highlights the importance of intermediary actors in linking financial policy and governance outcomes to achieve sustainable and accountable public financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of online shopping experience quality on customer satisfaction among e-commerce users. Data was obtained from 200 respondents through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and interviews to enrich the explanation of the quantitative results. The instrument was developed through focus group discussions and validated by academics and e-commerce practitioners. The analysis was conducted using SPSS, including validity, reliability tests, and both simple and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the quality of the online shopping experience significantly affects customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination of 0.63. Delivery speed and accuracy emerged as the most dominant factors (β = 0.56; p < 0.001), followed by customer service quality (β = 0.49; p < 0.01), website ease of use (β = 0.42; p < 0.01), and transaction security and payment methods (β = 0.32; p < 0.05). A total of 73% of respondents were satisfied to highly satisfied, with an average score of 4.2 on a 1-5 scale. The findings suggest that logistics performance, customer service responsiveness, interface design, and payment security are the primary factors contributing to customer satisfaction on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: The prevalence of underweight in children aged 0-23 months in Indonesia has increased from 16.3% to 17% based on data from the 2021 Indonesian Nutritional Status Study (SSGI). Underweight is a nutritional problem identified using the BB/U indicator (comparing the child's relative weight to age). The direct cause of underweight is infectious diseases (ARI, diarrhea, measles, pulmonary TB)Objective: To determine the relationship between infectious diseases and the occurrence of underweight in children aged 0-23 months in Indonesia.Method: The research method used in this study is a literature review. This research was conducted by collecting and analyzing data from written sources such as scientific journals, books, articles, and other documents related to the research topic. Results: This literature review study shows that several infectious diseases that often occur in toddlers such as ARI and diarrhea, result in underweight if not handled quickly and appropriately. Factors that influence the occurrence of ARI and diarrhea are the availability of drinking water sources, types of feces disposal and waste disposal that do not meet requirements and are far from being adequate or dirty. Conclusion: The results of the entire literature review indicate that there is a relationship between a history of ARI and diarrhea and the incidence of underweight in toddlers aged 0-23 months. Toddlers aged 0-23 months are more likely to be underweight than children who do not have a history of infectious diseases in the last three months. Keywords: infectious diseases, underweight, toddlers ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Prevalensi underweight pada usia 0 – 23 bulan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dari 16,3% menjadi 17% berdasarkan dari data Studi Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2021.
