Abstract

Pantai merupakan satu di antara beberapa ekosistem yang telah lama dimanfaatkan oleh manusia untuk berbagai aktivitas dalam menunjang kehidupan. Fungsi pantai semakin beragam seiring dengan kemajuan peradaban dan kebudayaan manusia yang mengakibatkan fungsi dari pantai tidak sesuia dengan peruntukan unuk mendukung kehidupan organisme akuatik dan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar pantai. Hal ini yang menyebabkan penurunan kualitas pantai disebabkan oleh masuknya berbagai buangan limbah dari berbagai aktivitas manusia sehingga menyebabkan terjadi perubahan kualitas fisika dan kimia pantai tersebut. Salah satu biota laut yang diduga secara langsung akan langsung terpengaruh keberadaannya akibat penurunan kualitas air dan sedimen di lingkungan pantai adalah gastropoda. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, metode deskriptif dengan pengujian langsung di lakukan di lapangan dan di laboratorium. Hasil pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa kondisi perairan pantai berbeda antara tiap stasiun antar tercemar sedang dan tercemar ringan. Indeks Diversitas Gastropoda yang di teliti pada ketiga stasiun menunjuka perbedaan 1-2 (kategori tercemar sedang) dan pada stasiun 2 (kategori tercemar sangat ringan) dan stasiun 3 bernilai antar 2-3 (tercemar ringan).

Abstract

One type of orghanophosphate pesticide used by farmers is chlorpyrifos. Uncontrolled use of pesticides has an impact on environmental pollution, especially aquatic biota. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acute concentration of chlorpyrifos pesticide against goldfish (Cyprinus carpio). The research method was experimental with preliminary research, acute toxicity test (LC50), real test (sub lethal). The concentration of treatment in experimental animals includes the sublethal test K0 (control) 0 ppm, K1 0.25 ppm, K2 0.30 ppm, K3 0.35 ppm, K4 0.40 ppm, K5 0.45 ppm. The preliminary test results obtained an upper lethal threshold value of 0.5 ppm and a lower lethal threshold value of 0.25 ppm. Acute toxicity tests ranged from K1 0.25 ppm to K5 0.45 ppm. The results of the acute toxicity test (LC50) at K1 0.25 ppm and K2 0.30 ppm showed experimental goldfish exposed to chlorpyrifos experienced abnormal behavior, namely increased operculum movement (opening and closing) with an average of K1 = 72.405; K2 = 43.130 causes goldfish to die quickly, swim on the surface, tend to approach the aerator, and move quickly without direction. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between the amount of pesticide concentration given to the survival of goldfish. Keywords:Goldfish (Cyprinus carpio), Chlorpyrifos pesticide

Abstract

Abstract. Stunting is a health problem that can reduce the quality of human resources. One of the parties who plays an important role in overcoming stunting is posyandu cadres. The role of posyandu cadres as community empowerers is very much needed in improving community welfare through health. This research aims to determine the role of posyandu cadres in reducing stunting rates in Sakambang Wanayasa Village, Purwakarta Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and the assistance of PRA techniques. The research results show that posyandu cadres have carried out their role in carrying out the mission to reduce stunting rates, but it can be said that this is not optimal. This can be seen from the activities carried out by cadres such as providing education about stunting, measuring and weighing toddlers to detect stunting, conducting home visits, providing additional food and vitamins to pregnant mothers and toddlers. In carrying out their role, posyandu cadres also receive support from both health workers and local village officials. However, in carrying out its role there are obstacles, namely the lack of cadre knowledge and education that must be provided regularly, inadequate posyandu infrastructure, low community participation and knowledge in responding to a problem, and funding for stunting prevention that is not timely. Keywords: Role, Posyandu Cadre, Stunting Prevention. Abstrak. Stunting adalah permasalahan kesehatan yang dapat menurunkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu pihak yang berperan penting untuk mengatasi stunting ini adalah kader posyandu. Peran kader posyandu sebagai pemberdaya masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kader posyandu dalam menurunkan angka stunting di Desa Sakambang Wanayasa, Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta bantuan teknik PRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kader posyandu telah menjalankan perannya dalam misi menurunkan angka stunting, namun dapat dikatakan belum optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para kader seperti memberikan edukasi tentang stunting, melakukan pengukuran dan penimbangan pada balita untuk mendeteksi stunting, melakukan home visit, memberikan makanan tambahan dan vitamin pada ibu hamil dan balita. Dalam menjalankan perannya, kader posyandu juga mendapat dukungan baik dari tenaga kesehatan maupun aparat desa setempat. Namun, dalam menjalankan perannya terdapat hambatan di mana masih kurangnya pengetahuan kader dan edukasi harus diberikan secara rutin, sarana prasarana posyandu yang belum memadai, rendahnya partisipasi dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam menyikapi suatu masalah, dan pendanaan pencegahan stunting yang tidak tepat waktu. Kata Kunci: Peran, Kader Posyandu, Pencegahan Stunting.

Abstract

The application of the sharia sales concept also influences consumer buying interest through the mechanism of fair pricing. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the sharia sales concept on consumer buying interest at Sejati Baru Jewelry Store in Plaza Kebun Sayur Balikpapan from an Islamic economic perspective. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the sharia sales variable significantly contributes to variations in consumer buying interest, with an R square value of 0.285, indicating that 28.5% of the variation in buying interest can be explained by this variable. Additionally, the F test and t test also show strong significance, with p-values well below 0.05.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian 1) Terdapat pengaruh Insentif (X1) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung untuk variabel X1 (Insentif) sebesar 2.876, sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk n = 50 sebesar 2.008. Jadi thitung > ttabel atau 2.876 > 2.008, dan dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Insentif (X1) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). 2) Terdapat pengaruh Kedisplinan (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), hal ini dapat dibuktikan nilai thitung untuk variabel X2 (Kedisplinan) sebesar 6.409, sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk n = 50 sebesar 2.008. Jadi thitung > ttabel atau 6.409> 2.008, dan dengan nilai probabilitas (signifikansi) = 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kedisplinan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). 3) Terdapat pengaruh Insentif (X1) dan Kedisplinan (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 49.198 sedangkan Ftabel (a 0,05) untuk n = 50 sebesar 2.79. Jadi Fhitung > dari Ftabel (a 0,05) atau 49.198 > 2.79, dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Insentif (X1) dan Kedisplinan (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), dan dari nilai nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.663, hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 66.3% variabel Insentif (X1) dan variabel Kedisplinan (X2) secara simultan (bersama-sama) berhubungan dengan variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dan sisanya sebesar 33.7% berhubungan dengan faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of employee competence and discipline on performance in a company in Pamekasan Regency. Although previous research has linked competencies to performance, the specific interaction between discipline and competencies and their combined effect on performance is less explored. This study aims to fill this knowledge gap by assessing how competence directly affects performance and how it affects employee discipline which in turn affects performance. Using structural equation modeling on data from 39 respondents, findings show that competence significantly improves performance directly, and also indirectly through improved discipline. However, the direct effect of competence on performance is stronger than its indirect effect through discipline. These insights emphasize the importance of integrating a competency-based approach with a disciplined work environment to optimize employee performance. This study contributes to the competency-based performance literature and offers practical implications for improving employee productivity through competencies and targeted discipline. Highlights: Direct Impact of Competence: Competence significantly enhances employee performance directly, highlighting its pivotal role in productivity. Role of Discipline: Discipline not only supports but also mediates the relationship between competence and performance, indicating its crucial function in organizational success. Comparative Influence: The direct influence of competence on performance is more pronounced than its indirect effect through discipline, suggesting primary focus on competence development for immediate performance gains. Abstract

ABSTRACT Monitoring child growth and development at the community level is essential for the early detection of growth delays and developmental disorders. However, many Posyandu cadres still face difficulties in interpreting growth indicators due to limited technical training and the absence of effective visual media. This community service program aimed to improve the competence of Posyandu cadres in monitoring child growth and development through training on the use of visual aids. The program was implemented at the Tahtul Yaman Public Health Center, Jambi City, involving 30 cadres from 12 community health posts. The activities included needs assessment, development of flipcharts and posters, training and simulation sessions, field implementation, and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in cadres’ knowledge, with the mean score increasing from 55 (pre-test) to 82 (post-test), representing a 49% increase. Participant feedback indicated high satisfaction, and the use of visual aids facilitated better understanding and interaction during health education sessions. This program demonstrates that visual-based participatory training effectively enhances cadres’ knowledge, confidence, and communication skills, and can be replicated to strengthen community-based early detection and stunting prevention programs. Namun, banyak kader Posyandu masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menginterpretasikan indikator tumbuh kembang karena keterbatasan pelatihan teknis dan tidak tersedianya media visual yang efektif. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kader Posyandu dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak melalui pelatihan penggunaan alat bantu visual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Tahtul Yaman, Kota Jambi, dengan melibatkan 30 kader dari 12 Posyandu aktif. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan flipchart dan poster, pelatihan serta simulasi, implementasi lapangan, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan kader, dengan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 55 (pre-test) menjadi 82 (post-test), atau peningkatan sebesar 49%. Umpan balik peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, dan penggunaan media visual mempermudah pemahaman serta interaksi selama kegiatan edukasi kesehatan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan partisipatif berbasis media visual efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan komunikasi kader, serta dapat direplikasi untuk memperkuat program deteksi dini dan pencegahan stunting berbasis masyarakat. Abstract

Sambirejo Timur Village was established on June 15, 1999. Services at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office begin with the reception of visitors who come for various administrative purposes. The purpose of this research is to ensure that all village administrative activities are neatly recorded, as well as to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of service quality. This procedure is expected to create a transparent and accountable environment in every service to the people of Sambirejo Timur Village. The research problem that occurs is that there are many suggestions and criticisms from the community about the services provided at the Village Office, but the delivery is not given directly through the criticism and suggestion box but through expressions from the surrounding community. In this study, the application of the service quality method is used to determine the quality of service at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office. The results of this study will be the application of the service quality method to determine the quality of service at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office, which is made in the form of a web application. The contribution of this research is to use the application of the digitalization/web-based service quality method at one of the agencies, namely the Sambirejo Timur Village Office.
