Abstract

Prioritizing school building maintenance solely based on structural damage often leads to inefficient budget allocation and fewer beneficiaries. The research introduced an integrated Cost-User Effectiveness Ratio (CUER) to establish maintenance priorities by combining three critical factors: damage severity, maintenance costs, and the number of affected students. The CUER formulation employed the Geometric Mean or the root mean multiplication of the cost effectiveness and user effectiveness ratio to balance these factors systematically. The methodology encompassed several steps, including damage assessment and calculation of component importance weights using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), to determine integrated damage levels, costs, and student weights. These inputs were subsequently used to generate priority rankings of schools requiring maintenance. As a result, the case study in Wonogiri Regency illustrates the superiority of the proposed method over the conventional method. While the conventional approach prioritizes 27 schools benefiting 2,442 students, the CUER approach prioritizes 33 schools benefiting 2,957 students, demonstrating increased efficiency and broader impact. The CUER-based model presents a systematic and equitable solution to prioritize school building maintenance, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and maximizing benefits within existing budgetary constraints. This innovative approach addresses current challenges in maintenance planning and offers significant implications for improving the management of educational infrastructure.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Lestari berada di Desa Panti, Kecamatan Panti, Kabupaten Jember. Desa Panti adalah wilayah dengan mayoritas penduduk berprofesi sebagai petani yang tergantung pada pupuk dan pestisida anorganik. penggunaan produk sintetis secara berlebihan berdampak pada kelestarian lingkungan dan keberlanjutan pertanian. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam berupa daun mimba, daun pepaya dan bawang putih kepada kelompok tani Lestari sebagai pengendali hama ulat grayak. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan 2 metode yaitu sosialisasi tentang serangan ulat grayak, potensi sumber daya alam Panti, dampak penggunaan pestisida kimia secara terus menerus, kandungan bahan pestisida nabati serta cara pembuatan dan metode aplikasinya. Kegiatan kedua adalah kegiatan demonstrasi cara pembuatan pestisida nabati dan aplikasinya pada tanaman jagung. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk pestisida yang diaplikasikan langsung kepada tanaman milik anggota kelompok tani. Penyuluhan ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mitra, yaitu; 1) peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok tani tentang pembuatan pestisida nabati sebagai pengganti pestisida sintetis, 2) Kelompok tani bisa menggunakan pengolahan pestisida nabati sebagai sumber pendapatan melalui usaha penjualan produk 3) Ibu rumah tangga anggota kelompok tani dapat menggunakan produk pestisida sebagai pengendali OPT pada tanaman hias, 4) Kelompok Tani Lestari dapat menyelesaikan masalah meningkatnya harga pestisida dengan subtitusi pestisida sintetis dengan pestisida nabati yang lebih ekonomis dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang ada di sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership, technological literacy, and digital facilities on teaching performance of teachers at Rabbaanii Islamic Elementary School. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample consisted of 40 teachers using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using SPSS. The results show that simultaneously, digital leadership, technological literacy, and digital facilities have a significant effect on teacher teaching performance with a contribution of 51.7%. Partially, only technological literacy proved to have a significant effect on teacher teaching performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while digital leadership (sig. 0.214 > 0.05) and digital facilities (sig. 0.088 > 0.05) did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that teachers' readiness and ability to use technology plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching processes. The research provides implications for school administrators to strengthen digital literacy programs for teachers and improve more participatory digital leadership strategies as well as optimize the utilization of digital facilities.

Abstract

Lokalan.id merupakan start-up yang dibangun oleh pemuda daerah dengan mengembangkan tanaman lokal salah satunya Luffa cylindrica untuk dimanfaatkan menjadi produk yang bernilai lebih. Luffa cylindrica atau dikenal sebagai gambas atau blustru merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang dapat dikonsumsi, sebagian orang jaman dulu menfaatkan tanaman ini sebagai spons cuci piring atau penggosok badan. Potensi tanaman ini masih dapat dikembangkan mejadi berbagai macam produk yang ramah lingkungan pengganti produk yang berbahan dasar plastik. Namun dalam praktiknya masih sedikit petani yang berminat untuk menanam dikarenakan harga jual yang rendah. Untuk itu, guna meningkatkan hasil produksi serat tanaman gambas diperlukan wawasan dan informasi perihal sortasi dan penyimpanan benih agar mampu mempertahankan viabilitas benih untuk digunakan di musim tanam selanjutnya, sehingga mampu memberikan hasil produksi serat yang optimal. Kegiatan edukasi dilakukan dengan metode ceramah menggunakan platform zoom dilanjutkan dengan praktik penyimpanan benih menggunakan wadah yang kaca. Kegiatan edukasi penyimpanan benih dapat terlaksana dengan baik, tim lokalan.id dapat memahami bagaimana melakukan sortasi dan penyimpanan benih yang baik.

Abstract

This study explores the fundamental differences in the approach and application of the rules of war between Operations Trikora and Dwikora, two significant milestones in Indonesian history related to the defense of national sovereignty and territorial integrity. Operation Trikora was a military campaign against Dutch efforts to seize the territory of West Irian, demonstrating Indonesia's commitment to asserting its claim over Papua and achieving unification with the homeland. Dwikora, on the other hand, was a confrontation with Malaysia that began in 1963, aiming to strengthen national identity and defend sovereignty. The research employs descriptive qualitative analysis, supported by literature reviews, scientific journals, anecdotes, relevant documents, and theoretical frameworks. Through this approach, the study highlights how differences in the rules of war between Trikora and Dwikora reflect each conflict's distinct historical and strategic contexts and their impact on how Indonesia defended its sovereignty and territorial integrity.  The findings offer insights into the dynamics of war and diplomacy in Indonesian history and their implications for the development of nationalism and foreign policy. The study concludes that understanding these differences is crucial for appreciating the complexities of war and diplomacy in the context of Indonesian history and its influence on the country's national identity and foreign policy. The analysis provides valuable knowledge that can guide future research and policymaking in related areas.

Abstract

Rancangan ruang kemudi pada mobil listrik sangat mempengaruhi performa pengemudi dalam mengemudikan mobil listrik. Kurang ergonomisnya desain ruang kemudi pada prototype mobil listrik “Ababil I” mengakibatkan kurang maksimalnya pengemudi dalam menjalankan mobil listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang ruang kemudi mobil listrik “Ababil I” menjadi “Ababil II” untuk mengetahui perbedaan pada performa pengemudi dalam mengemudikan mobil. Desain ruang kemudi mengacu pada desain ergonomis dan ukuran antropometri pengemudi. Ruang kemudi yang ergonomis dapat membuat pengemudi nyaman sehingga meningkatkan performa pengemudi dan mobil dapat melaju dengan kecepatan maksimal dan penggunaan bahan bakar yang minimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengukur antropometri tubuh pengemudi yang dijadikan dasar dalam pembuatan rancangan ruang kemudi. Rancangan “Ababil I” dan “Ababil II” yang telah dibuat, dilakukan uji coba sebanyak dua belas kali dengan enam persneling yang berbeda untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari dua rancangan tersebut. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan rata-rata kecepatan dan waktu tempuh untuk prototype mobil listrik “Ababil I” adalah 40.5 km/jam selama 3.65611 menit, sedangkan untuk prototype mobil listrik “Ababil” II adalah 50.17 km/jam selama 3.04218 menit. Sehingga terdapat perbedaan antara dua rancangan ruang kemudi mobil listrik. Penelitian selanjutnya sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan performa mobil listrik dan juga mengembangkan ruang kemudi yang telah dirancang pada penelitian awal.

Abstract

Jumlah kendaraan yang semakin hari semakin bertambah, membuat jumlah energi fosil di dunia semakin menipis. Instansi pemerintahan dan perguruan tinggi merupakan pihak yang berperan penting dalam permasalahan sumber energi tersebut. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta adalah salah satu universitas yang melakukan upaya untuk menemukan energi alternatif selain bahan bakar fosil. Melalui Fakultas Teknik khususnya Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin dan Teknik Industri Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta berpaya menciptakan kendaraan roda empat hemat bahan bakar yang dikenal dengan nama urban concept car. Perancangan urban concept car dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan data berupa regulasi yang dikeluarkan oleh panitia pada ajang Kontes Mobil Hemat Energi yang kemudian data tersebut digunakan sebagai parameter dalam penyusunan quality function deployment yang selanjutnya di proses sehingga melahirkan spesifikasi teknik dalam hal material, dimensi, serta aksessoris yang telah dilakukan benchmarking dengan tim lain yang mengikuti kompetisi pada ajang Kontes Mobil Hemat Energi 2018. Spesifikasi desain yang telah didapatkan selanjutnya akan digunakan sebagai acuan pada proses desain 3 dimensi dan proses manufaktur body urban concept car.

Abstract

Despite being regulated by the Presidential Decree No 25 of 2008, which then was simplified by the Law No 24 of 2013, the registration of birth and death in Indonesia does not automatically promote the scope of birth and death certificate in Indonesia. Local governments are with their respective innovations on these issue, yet these inovations tend to add more bureaucracy and create new problems. The purpose of this study is to examine how the real practice of birth and death registration, as well as to identify the problems, implications, and the causes of the registration implementation. This study was conducted in 2015 in two districts and two municipalities in Banten and West Java Provinces using descriptive research method and descriptive-qualitative analysis. This study found that birth and death registration are still referring to the Presidential Decree No 25 of 2008 which implementation is still adapting the “convenience” of the Law No 24 of 2013. The implementation of birth and death registration still experiences many obstacles, such as: the lack of death reporting by the head of neighborhood (RT); applicants still experience tiered bureaucracy that leads to a lengthy process of completing the document, limited access in the district area, and time service mismatch; human resources in the ub-district/village that are not adequately supportive to the civil registration services; and documentation process in the implementing agencies still relies on manual systems.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method for food product development by integrating the Kano model and sensory profile analysis using Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA) into the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix. The Kano model was applied to identify and categorize customer expectations, while QDA was used to characterize the sensory attributes of four steamed brownie samples—one of which was the target for improvement. Twelve quality attributes were identified, comprising both intrinsic (taste, aroma, texture, appearance) and extrinsic (packaging, labeling, branding, distribution) factors. Kano analysis revealed that two attributes were classified as Attractive, eight as One-dimensional, and two as Indifferent. Sensory profiling showed key differences between the developed product and a superior competitor. HOQ analysis indicated that improvements in formulation (composition of ingredients) and packaging design were critical for increasing consumer satisfaction. Unlike conventional QFD, which primarily translates customer requirements into technical specifications, the proposed integrative approach explicitly distinguishes attributes based on their impact on satisfaction (via Kano) and links them to measurable sensory characteristics (via QDA). This combination provides clearer prioritization and more actionable insights for product developers. Therefore, this study offers a structured and consumer-focused strategy that strengthens QFD’s applicability in the food industry by improving both accuracy and relevance in decision-making.
