Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media pembelajaran digital terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa di era teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa perguruan tinggi yang mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis media digital. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran digital berperan dalam meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa melalui penyajian materi yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan variatif. Media digital juga mendorong keaktifan mahasiswa, memberikan fleksibilitas dalam proses belajar, serta membantu pemahaman materi pembelajaran. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa hambatan dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital, seperti keterbatasan akses internet, perbedaan tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa, serta desain media pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas media pembelajaran digital sangat bergantung pada kualitas perancangan media dan kemampuan dosen dalam mengintegrasikannya ke dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran digital merupakan sarana pendukung yang penting dalam meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa, terutama apabila dikombinasikan dengan pembelajaran tatap muka melalui pendekatan blended learning.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) knowing the opportunities for implementing independent campuses in 3T areas; and (2) knowing the challenges of implementing independent campuses in 3T areas. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data source used in this research is a library source. Researchers collected library sources to find out the opportunities and challenges of independent campuses in the 3T area. The data analysis technique used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results of this research show that; (1) Mapping opportunities for implementing MBKM on Teaching campuses in 3T areas shows opportunities for students to hone their skills before entering the world of work and opportunities for students to be able to develop and improve the quality of partner schools; and (2) the paradigm that occurs in practice shows that the implementation of the MBKM policy encounters various challenges, namely school facilities and infrastructure that do not meet standards such as difficulty in internet access and road access to schools in 3T areas, limited teacher competency, and students who take part in campus teaching programs. Most people who come to the 3T area come from outside the 3T area and are not familiar with the social and cultural conditions of the local area.

Abstract

The development of fast food restaurant business services is increased and expanded. This fast food business competes on quality, price, and service. Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurant in Tomohon City is competing to serve fast food that pampers its consumers. Thus, departing from this problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the right marketing strategy for fast food products to satisfy the consumer desires. Method of analysis used in this research is the quantitative method with analytical descriptive approach. The results show that KFC restaurant in Tomohon has made strategic efforts with product safety compliance that maintains the high quality standards, creating innovation and having qualified Human Resources (HR). The quality of service to consumers is well maintained. The restaurant uses the Customer Service Excellence (CHAMPS). CHAMPS is applied to ensure the restaurant Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy in receiving and preparing orders, Maintenance of best facility, Products with high quality, and Speed with service. The conclusion states that the restaurant needs to maintain the successful performance of fast food business in its competition. Furthermore, the restaurant should remain obedient to their company management by conforming the laws and regulations and realizing the company's vision and mission as well.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ibu rumah tangga dalam mengembangkan keterampilan produktif guna mendukung ekonomi keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan berupa pelatihan berbasis praktik yang partisipatif dan aplikatif, disertai dengan pendampingan untuk mendukung implementasi keterampilan dalam aktivitas ekonomi rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta tidak hanya memperoleh pemahaman konseptual, tetapi juga mampu menghasilkan produk bernilai ekonomi serta mulai menginisiasi usaha skala rumah tangga. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan sikap yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kepercayaan diri, motivasi, dan kesadaran akan peran ekonomi perempuan dalam keluarga. Pada tahap implementasi, sebagian peserta telah memasarkan produk secara sederhana, baik melalui jejaring sosial maupun media digital. Di sisi lain, program ini turut memperkuat pemahaman dasar manajemen usaha dan mendorong terbentuknya jejaring sosial antar peserta sebagai modal sosial. Meskipun demikian, beberapa kendala masih dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan modal, konsistensi produksi, dan rendahnya literasi digital. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan dan dukungan multipihak untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian ekonomi ibu rumah tangga, serta berpotensi memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi keluarga secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought significant changes to various sectors of life, including higher education. This study aims to analyze the impact of the hybrid learning model on student competency and achievement in higher education. The hybrid learning model is a combination of face-to-face and online learning designed to increase the flexibility and effectiveness of the learning process. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of students who have participated in hybrid learning for at least one semester. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure student competency (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor), and documentation of academic grades to measure learning achievement. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression tests, after first undergoing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the hybrid learning model had a positive and significant effect on student competency and achievement. Hybrid learning was able to improve conceptual understanding, learning independence, and skills in using digital technology. In addition, there was an increase in students' academic grades after implementing this learning model. However, this study also found several obstacles, such as limited technological infrastructure and differences in digital literacy levels.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital-based authentic assessment in assessing student competencies and identify factors that influence its success. The approach used was qualitative with a descriptive design. The research subjects included teachers and students who had implemented digital-based assessment in the learning process. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that digital-based authentic assessment was able to provide a more comprehensive picture of student competencies, covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The implementation of this assessment encouraged increased student engagement, creativity, and critical and collaborative thinking skills. In addition, the use of digital technology facilitated the management of assessment data, the provision of feedback, and increased the transparency of the evaluation process. However, several obstacles to its implementation existed, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among some teachers and students, and the potential for academic dishonesty.
