The result in this research show that the Women's Involvement variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Company Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.022. Apart from that, as a second hypothesis, the researchers also believe that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Women's Involvement variable on Company Performance because basically women are detailed and diligent, and will be even more detailed and diligent if accompanied by strong commitment. So the results of the second row of table 3 of the Jlaur Coefficient in the research show that the Commitment variable can moderate this influence because the P-Values value is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.022. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

Abstract The Jakarta International Stadium, abbreviated as JIS, was claimed by the Minister of PUPUR, the Minister of SOEs who is also the General Chair of PSSI, and the leadership of PT. Rama Prima's work does not meet FIFA standards and must be renovated immediately. This has caused a polemic among the people because JIS has been a symbol of achievement echoed by former governor of DKI Jakarta Anis Rasyid Baswedan. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively analyze the polemic of JIS renovation from a social and political perspective. From the social side, this researcher uses the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. Meanwhile, from a political perspective, this research relates Anis Rasyid Baswedan as a presidential candidate and Erick Thohir as a vice presidential candidate. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through the library method and analyzed using observation, selection, reduction and conclusion analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the fairness of JIS claims that are not FIFA standards has sparked polemics in the community and it is better if these claims are immediately announced by FIFA. In addition, this polemic is very easily associated with politics because Anis Rasyida Baswedan is a presidential candidate and Erickt Thohir is a vice presidential candidate who has the highest electability compared to other candidates. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary data that researchers obtained from users of shopee, tikthok shop, and facebook marketplaces spread throughout Indonesia. The data was collected in the form of a questionnaire from 24 questions from 300 users of shopee, tiktokshop, and the Facebook marketplace mentioned above. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show shows that the first and second hypotheses used in this article can be proven and accepted. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.021. This is because the more product variations make buyers more interested in making purchasing decisions, the less easily bored, and so on which make purchasing decisions even greater. In the next row, the results answer the second hypothesis where the Celebrity Endorser variable can strengthen the influence of the Product Variation variable on Purchasing Decisions. This is because the same thing is the P-Values that are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is smaller than direct testing of 0.021. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven. Abstract

Abstract The existence of investors is the most important thing for a company to continue to grow and develop. Investors will be more diligent in investing on a large scale if the results obtained or the reciprocity/share returns are also smooth. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of RNI subsidiaries spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained was analyzed with smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that first, the Solvency variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Company Stock Return variable because the T-Table value is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.011. This means that the more debt a company has, the more investors will think the company has a big vision for growth. Second, Liquidity variables can moderate the Company Stock Return variable because the t-table value is positive and is below 0.05, namely 0.004. Even more significant than direct testing is 0.011. This means that even though investors believe in companies that can utilize debt to grow bigger, investors will believe again if this utilization is accompanied by smooth liabilities and total assets that continue to grow. Abstract

One of the most important components in realizing health development in realizing the 2045 golden generation in Indonesia is the availability of health infrastructure. Therefore, the Ministry of Health is disbursing a health welfare budget of 5% of the APBN and APBD to cities and districts, which is expected to play a role in helping improve health infrastructure and superstructure for the community, especially communities in villages where the development and provision of health facilities is not evenly distributed. As for appropriate and targeted health infrastructure, village communities can influence the implementation of health programs in the village. Uneven implementation of health infrastructure can cause difficulties for individuals to reach the necessary health facilities. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to determine the urgency of the influence of providing health infrastructure in improving the quality of life and health of people in villages so that they can create the 2045 Golden Generation in Indonesian. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational and outreach effort to the people of Garung Village, Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. This effort was motivated by the lack of knowledge about the provision of health infrastructure in villages which is very useful for improving the quality of life and health of the community. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely; 1.) Accessibility of Health Service Infrastructure, availability of medical personnel, supporting facilities, quality of service, and regional disparities are factors that influence the provision of health infrastructure in villages. 2.) Knowledge, community views, education and health infrastructure are factors that can influence village communities in obtaining information to improve the quality of life and health of the community so that they can create the 2045 golden generation Indonesian generation.
