Abstract

Tingkat penggunaan marketplace semakin meningkat, salah satu yang terkenal di Indonesia adalah Shopee. Penyedia layanan marketplace selalu memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan elektronik yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen elektronik. Kemudian etika perilaku penjual diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen elektronik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui E-Servqual dan etika perilaku penjual secara parsial dan simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen elektronik. Metode penelitian ini dengan kuantitatif. Ukuran populasinya adalah 1.729 mahasiswa secara purposive sampling. Maka sampelnya adalah 292 berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael pada taraf 5%. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data angket skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa E-Servqual memilki kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Etika perilaku penjual memilki kriteria baik dan sangat baik. E-Customers Satisfaction memiliki kriteria puas dan sangat puas. Kemudian E-Servqual dan etika perilaku penjual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap E-Satisfaction secara parsial dan simultan..The level of marketplace usage is increasing, One of the most popular marketplaces in Indonesia is Shopee. marketplace service providers always pay attention to e-Service quality which increases e-customers satisfaction. Then ethical sales behavior is needed which is an effort to increase E-Customers Satisfaction. The Purpose of this Research is to know E-Servqual and ethical sales behavior that partially and Simultaneously affects E-Customers Satisfaction. This research method with quantitative. The population size is 1,720 students In Sampling Purposive. Then the sample was 292 based on Isaac and Michael's table at the 5% level. While the analysis used is multiple linear regression with Likert scale questionnaire data. The results show that E-Servqual has good and very good criteria. Ethical Sales Behavior has good and very good Criteria. E-Customers Satisfaction has satisfied and very satisfied criteria. Then E-Servqual and Ethical Sales Behavior affect significantly E-satisfaction partially and Simultaneously.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan perkoperasian ini terntu harus memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas dan jabatan apa saja yang harus ada didalam koperasi tersebut. Serperti pengurus dan pengawas serta pegawainya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan analisis jabatan untuk merancang setiap jabatan pada koperasi tersebut.Metode penulisan ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan obsevasi. Analisis data menggunakan penggabungan studi literasi dengan wawancara sehingga menghasilakan job description dan job specification. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari buku, jurnal, internet serta dokumen-dokumen yang lain yang relevan. Hasil penulisan artikel ini mengenai hasil dan pembahasan mengenai produk dari suatu analisis jabatan yaitu deskripsi jabatan dan spesifikasi jabatan pengurus sebagai contohnya pada organisasi koperasi yang diperoleh dari beberapa tahap analisis jabatan. Namun penulisan artikel ini tidak membahas korelasi analisis jabatan dengan praktik MSDM lainnya seperti remunerasi,beban kerja dan penilaian kinerja pada setiap jabatan.Kata kunci: Analisis Jabatan, Koperasi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of financial technology in UMKM in Subang to improve financial literacy. In this study, researchers took three samples at random, from Subang Regency and Subang City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to use data reduction data and then the presentation of the data and the last is drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the four informants as a whole accepted the presence of fintech because fintech could assist UMKM actors in providing convenience and efficiency in terms of technology-based financial management, including digitizing financial reports, payment technology and online loans. However, of all the roles of fintech, UMKM actors in this study did not fully know what the role of fintech was because of the lack of socialization about fintech in UMKM. Most UMKM actors still choose to pay for business capital, many still choose banks because banks are trusted and there are legal institutions that regulate them. Of the four UMKM actors, the impact after using fintech is more positive or the many benefits obtained after registering for fintech for their business, the more efficient and effective business activities are, which makes the implementation of fintech and the development of the times to demand business people to use fintech which has many advantages to improve literacy. finance for UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the company's financial performance using financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used are the ratios of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis using quantitative data calculations in the form of financial statements. Based on the results of the overall liquidity ratio, the company's state is in good condition. Based on the sovability ratio in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2016-2019 was declared in good condition because it was considered capable of meeting its long-term debt. For solvency ratios in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2020-2021 was declared in a bad state because it could not meet its long-term debt. Based on the ratio of Activity as measured by receivable turn over, Fixed Asset Turn Over, Inventory Turn Over in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2016-2021 was declared in good condition. However, the ratio measured by total assets turn over is considered less than optimal because in 2020-2021 there has been an increase in total assets. Based on profitability asio at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2016-2021 was declared in a bad state. PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, must be able to manage its assets properly in order to be able to generate maximum profit from sales. PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, must be able to manage the company's assets and capital to increase sales so that the profits generated exceed the assets and capital owned.

Abstract

Some research were done to determine several factors that cause low work productivity. One of them is leadership, but there are inconsistencies in the influence of leadership on productivity. Therefore, an intermediate variable that links leadership with productivity is needed, namely work motivation. Besides, organizational culture can affect productivity through work motivation. Effective leadership at this time is leadership that has entrepreneurial characteristics. Thus, the purpose of this study will be to examine the significance of work motivation as a mediator on entrepreneurial leadership and organizational culture on work productivity. This research method is descriptive verification that examines causality between variables using SMART PLS-SEM analysis. The population of this study is 132 employees and a sample of 99. The results of the study state that entrepreneurial leadership is quite good, organizational culture is quite strong, work motivation and work productivity are high enough. Entrepreneurial leadership and organizational culture partially have a significant effect on work motivation. work motivation significantly affects work productivity, and work motivation mediates entrepreneurial leadership and organizational culture affects work productivity. Abstract

Employee service performance is one of the important factors to achieve company goals. Good service performance is needed so that the entire service process carried out by employees supports the achievement of the company's vision. Employees must be truly competent in their fields, able to serve optimally and be able to serve the needs of internal and external customers well. The purpose of this study is to explain the service performance of employees, both to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, and external customers at PT Fuji Seat Indonesia, by existing procedures in the company. It is hoped that the results of this study can evaluate the service performance of employees so far and can improve service performance in the future optimally. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the sample is 101 employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia, and primary data is collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using factor analysis. The results of the study indicate that the factors that affect the service performance of employees at PT Fuji Seat Indonesia consist of interpersonal impact factors with members of this factor, namely feelings of pleasure, leadership motivation, leadership appreciation, and completing work without waiting for orders; timeliness factor with the members of this factor is punctuality, time discipline level, service process, and load fulfillment; and the need for supervision factor with members of this factor, namely target achievement and leadership support

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on the innovative behavior of the management of the student organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Buana Perjuangan University, which still has the task of increasing the ability of its administrators to be able to support national scale academic achievements that can be obtained by student organizations of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, this research is aimed at organizational management of the Faculty of Economics and Business from the period 2021 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative descriptive verification. The total population in this study is all administrators of student organizations for the period 2022-2023. Faculty of economics and business, Buana University. Karawang struggle, amounting to 85 students. This study used the Slovin formula in determining the research sample with a total of 70. Based on the results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded as follows: the knowledge sharing category in student organizations is at a good level and innovative behavior has a good category. The influence of Knowledge sharing which is an activity in the circulation of information within the organization has a good effect on the innovative behavior of student organizations of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Buana Perjuangan University, in this case knowledge sharing is an important activity in organizations that includes aspects of human resource development in the organization. with the emergence of innovative behaviors from student organization administrators in organizational progress and the progress of Buana Perjuangan University.

Abstract

Social restrictions during the MSMEs pandemic are being tested in their business continuity. The performance of SMEs has decreased significantly. Several government efforts have been made. However, more is needed. Internal factors, such as entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies, need to be improved to improve MSME performance. This study aims to examine the role of entrepreneurial competence as a mediator in the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics on the business performance of MSME traders. The research design is descriptive verification regarding the mediating role of entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial characteristics in influencing the performance of MSME traders. The population of this study was 120 MSME traders, and 92 respondents were sampled with the 5% slovin formulation by taking a random sample. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics and Sem Smart PLS analysis. The results of this study describe that the entrepreneurial characteristics of MSME traders are pretty strong, and the entrepreneurial competence and performance of MSME traders are quite good. On the other hand, entrepreneurial characteristics significantly influence entrepreneurial competence. Entrepreneurial competence influences MSME performance, while entrepreneurial characteristics can significantly affect the performance of SMEs either directly or mediated by entrepreneurial competence.

Abstract

King Kobia is a rising marine fish commodity and continues to be socialized by cultivators in Pangandaran. Weaknesses of fishery products include the fast decay process, so to prevent this process, proper handling techniques are needed so that the freshness and quality of the fish are guaranteed. This study aimed to map the flow of king cobia products, analyze the king cobia value chain, analyze the added value, and describe the obstacles that exist in the processing and marketing of product value. The type of research used is descriptive research. Descriptive research aims to describe something by describing, recording, analyzing, and interpreting the conditions in a value chain of king cobia fish commodities. Data collection through literature study, observation, documentation, and interviews with fishermen, MSME actors, and fish traders. Data analysis using Value Chain Analysis. The study found that value chain analysis helps add value in every production stage and delivery of products or services to consumers. This value chain consists of two parts, primary activities, and supporting activities. In contrast, the added value analysis is fish nuggets as an effort to increase the value of frozen fish products.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several things, including the incompetence of employees, which certainly hurts the company. Company efforts in improving performance can be made with job training. This research was conducted to see and determine the effect of job training on work performance which is mediated by the workability of employees. Data analysis used path analysis for verification tests and scale-range analysis to test descriptively, describe all exogenous and endogenous variables and verify hypotheses and the extent of their effects. The sample of respondents in this study is saturated, taking all 77 employees as respondents. This study uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions using path analysis. The test results that have been carried out prove that employee performance and abilities are in the excellent category and job training is in the category according to needs. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by training either directly or indirectly by mediating workability. Thus, proper job training will improve workability so that it has a good effect on employee performance.
