Abstract

King Kobia is a rising marine fish commodity and continues to be socialized by cultivators in Pangandaran. Weaknesses of fishery products include the fast decay process, so to prevent this process, proper handling techniques are needed so that the freshness and quality of the fish are guaranteed. This study aimed to map the flow of king cobia products, analyze the king cobia value chain, analyze the added value, and describe the obstacles that exist in the processing and marketing of product value. The type of research used is descriptive research. Descriptive research aims to describe something by describing, recording, analyzing, and interpreting the conditions in a value chain of king cobia fish commodities. Data collection through literature study, observation, documentation, and interviews with fishermen, MSME actors, and fish traders. Data analysis using Value Chain Analysis. The study found that value chain analysis helps add value in every production stage and delivery of products or services to consumers. This value chain consists of two parts, primary activities, and supporting activities. In contrast, the added value analysis is fish nuggets as an effort to increase the value of frozen fish products.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several things, including the incompetence of employees, which certainly hurts the company. Company efforts in improving performance can be made with job training. This research was conducted to see and determine the effect of job training on work performance which is mediated by the workability of employees. Data analysis used path analysis for verification tests and scale-range analysis to test descriptively, describe all exogenous and endogenous variables and verify hypotheses and the extent of their effects. The sample of respondents in this study is saturated, taking all 77 employees as respondents. This study uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions using path analysis. The test results that have been carried out prove that employee performance and abilities are in the excellent category and job training is in the category according to needs. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by training either directly or indirectly by mediating workability. Thus, proper job training will improve workability so that it has a good effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kota karawang merupakan kota yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini karena merupakan kota industry dan banyak pekerja yang sekaligus menjadi mahasiswa sehingga banyak konsumen yang memerlukan smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peta merek smartphone Samsung, oppo, apple,xiaomi dan vivo dikalangan mahasiswa.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korespondensi dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dan dalam menentukan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil sampel sebanyak 203 responden mahasiswa manajemen universitas buana perjuangan karawang sebagai pengguna smartphone. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket(kuesioner) dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa smartphone Samsung menjadi smartphone dengan atribut citra merek melekat,hal ini menunjukan bahwa smartphone Samsung lebih menggunakan strategi pemasaran citra merek melekat pada konsumen. Smartphone oppo menjadi merek smartphone dengan keunggulan aplikasi yang legal, hal ini menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran oppo lebih mementingkan aplikasi yang legal. Smartphone apple dengan keunggulan strategi yang jelas, hal ini menunjukan Apple mempunyai strategi pemasaran yang jelas dibandingkan smartphone lainnya. Smartphone xiaomi memiliki keunggulan harga sesuai dengan kualitas, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Xiaomi strategi pemasaran menggunakan penyesuaian harga dengan kualitas dan smartphone vivo memiliki keunggulan dalam kemudahan informasi, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Vivo lebih mengungulkan strategi pemasaran melalui kemudahan informasi.

Although Lots thing that can done employee something business For increase results performance is important for they For prioritize discipline work and compliance to standards that have set . Objective from study This is For test connection between culture work and discipline Work to performance employee at the district ministry of religion karawang . Researcher in study This use methodology quantitative and amount sample taken _ 63 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Karawang Regency . Study done with method survey , with analysis range scale and multiple linear regression data analysis were used for the descriptive test , respectively . Analysis statistics used For gather proof hypothesis that culture work and discipline Work own significant influence _ to productivity employee . With the R2 value is 0.663 and the magnitude effect of 0.627 ( or 62.7%), variable additions that don't researched is the rest of 0.373 ( or 37.3%).

Abstract

Kinerja yang diberikan pegawai kurang efektif karena masih banyak kesalahan yang dilakukan dan masih rendahnya disiplin yang ditunjukkan oleh pegawai, terutama sebagai akibat dari faktor yang berhubungan dengan budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja. Sesuatu organisasi Untuk meningkatkan hasil kinerja harus mengutamakan disiplin kerja dan kepatuhan terhadap standar yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menguji hubungan antara budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karawang. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel diambil 63 pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei, dengan skala analisis rentang, analisis data regresi linier berganda yang digunakan untuk uji deskriptif dan analisis statistik masing-masing. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hipotesis pembuktian pada budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,663 dan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 0,627 (atau 62,7%), penambahan variabel yang tidak diteliti adalah sisanya sebesar 0,373 (atau 37,3%). Sehingga diharapkan Kementerian Agama Karawang dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang baik dengan metode menerapkan peraturan secara tegas dan benar yang sama pada setiap pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat penerapan motivasi kerja sebagai peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri, Upaya motivasi kerja bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri sebagai peningkatan kinerja pegawainya, masalah yang ada ketika memotivasi kerja pegawai dalam bengkel ini. Rancangan penelitiannya yaitu penelitian kualitatif, dimana penelitian pada objek atau lapangan, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Hasilnya menjelaskan sejauh mana kinerja karyawan bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Manajemen Bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri yaitu untuk memotivasi karyawan yang belum melakukan pekerjaannya dengan maksimal, sehingga ini bisa mengakibatkan kelemahan pada kinerja pegawai dan menurunnya totalitas dan produktivitas pegawainya

Abstract

The main objectives of this study are to ascertain, examine, analyze, and explain the production costs of Semprong Pusaka Jaya. (2) to ascertain, study, debate, and explain the process of determining the cost of goods by the Semprong Pusaka Jaya company using the overall costing approach. (3) know how to study, discuss, and explain how to calculate the cost of production to determine the selling price of the Semprong Pusaka Jaya business. The research method used is a type of quantitative descriptive research. Primary data in the form of interview data in the form of an analysis of the cost of production as the basis for determining the selling price of the product was collected directly from the company and used in this study. Regarding the secondary data used in this study collected from publications, websites, books, and other sources. The results of data analysis affect the selling price. Companies should use the whole costing strategy to determine the selling price of Semprong according to the cost plus percing method. In particular, the price per ball must be changed from Rp.18,000 to Rp. 20080 initially.

Abstract

PT. Nur Aen Agritama is a company engaged in the processing of paddy into rice in Karawang Regency. The purpose of this research is to provide a clear explanation of job analysis so that they can carry out tasks that are in accordance with education, skills and expertise so that the quality of human resources within the company/organization can continue to improve. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection using interview techniques on the main informant, namely the director of PT. Nur Aen Agritama, key informant for production manager, marketing HRD, also finance, and supporting informants and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the exposure of job analysis at PT. Nur Aen Agritama consisting of 1 top manager position, 6 middle managers positions, and 7 first-level managers. Each position has a working relationship with other positions so that production runs smoothly. Almost all positions are dominated by high school graduates/equivalent. But work effectiveness as not materialized at PT. Nur Aen Agritama due to a lack of understanding regarding job analysis resaulting in a double job

Abstract

Delay shows one of the undisciplined attitudes of employees in complying with the rules that have been set. One way to uphold the level of work discipline is to properly apply punishment and reward. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the relationship between punishment and reward with employee work discipline. This study uses a descriptive and verification research approach with quantitative data analysis and survey research methods. The number of samples used was 109 with the slovin formula from a population of 150 employees of PT. Actmetal Indonesia. Data analysis used multiple linear regression for the verification test and analysis of the scale range for the descriptive test. The results of the statistical the scale range for the descriptive test, the results of the statistical analysis show that the correlation coefficient R2 0,835 which indicates that the relationship between the punishment variable (X1) and the reward variable (X2) together with work discipline (Y) has a strong and positive relationship. Abstract

Penelitian iniibertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dengan kepuasanikerja sebagai variabeliintervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan metode survei. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Produksi PT. Sanghiang Perkasa Kalbe Nutritionals Karawang dengan populasi berjumlah 300 karyawan, menggunakan ukuran sampel sebesar 171 dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5%. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, serta uji sobel sebagai pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasilipenelitianiini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja serta pengaruh tidak langsung komunikasiiorganisasiiterhadap motivasi kerjaimelalui kepuasan kerja. iSaran yang dapatidiberikan berdasarkan penelitianiini adalah untuk memaksimalkan komunikasi organisasi di dalam perusahaan maka pemimpin perusahaan perlu memperbaiki cara penyampain informasi kepada karyawan, serta agar karyawan memiliki rasa puas terhadap pekerjaanya maka yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan adalah memperbaiki sistem kerja pada perusahaan dengan cara membebaskan karyawan menggunakan inisiatifnya dalam bekerja.
