Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the influence of discipline and work motivation on work productivity. This study uses a quantitative methodology which includes descriptive and verification analysis. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The population of this research is the employees of Pt. Chang Shin Indonesia from lean production with a workforce of 450 people. By collecting 60 respondents, the sample for this study was randomly selected. data collected through a questionnaire. To draw conclusions and test the hypothesis used descriptive analysis, verification and multiple regression. The t, R and F tests were used. The results of this study found that (1) the labor productivity of PT. Chang Shin Indonesia is partly influenced by work motivation. (2) Labor productivity of employees of PT. Chang Shin Indonesia is partly influenced by labor discipline. (3) Discipline and work motivation affect the work productivity of employees of PT. Chang-Shin Indonesia at the same time. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang melakukan pelayanan administrasi Di Kantor Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur dengan teknik accidental sampling. Dalam penelitian ini angket diukur melalui skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis jalur, uji t dan uji sobel dengan menggunakan SPSS25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil pengaruh langsung kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 0,047, hasil pengaruh langsung kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,833, hasil pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 0,464 dan hasil pengaruh tidak langsung kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel mediasi sebesar 0,386 dengan pengaruh total sebesar 0,433.

Abstract

This research aims to identify HR workforce planning strategies at Batik Ayu. The analysis was carried out using IFAS and EFAS analysis, followed by a SWOT matrix to find the position of the Labor quadrant. Batik Ayu faces the problem of not having an HR workforce planning strategy, which is the focus of this research. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the application of SWOT analysis. Data was obtained through interviews and surveys with MSME owners, employees and researchers as the main source of data. The results of the analysis show that Batik Ayu's workforce/HR is in quadrant 1 (positive), indicating access to various opportunities in the environment and the forces that support the use of these opportunities. The conclusion is that the recommended strategic plan is to implement growth policies with an aggressive approach to exploit these opportunities optimally. Abstract

This research discusses the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Karawang Central Bureau of Statistics. The interview results show that a strong and positive organizational culture has increased the quantity and quality of work, responsibility, cooperation, and initiative of employees. A culture of cooperation and good communication also plays an important role in improving performance. The data analysis method used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. A strong organizational culture at BPS Karawang emphasizes efficiency, productivity, responsibility, cooperation, and initiative, as well as evaluation and constructive feedback to improve work quality. Suggestions for strengthening organizational culture include improving training, evaluation systems, communication, initiative, and employee responsibility.

Abstract

This research discusses the interaction between work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. Research results show that satisfied and motivated employees tend to demonstrate better attendance, high levels of commitment, reduce absenteeism, and increase overall contribution at work. The references used include various theories and concepts of human resource management. High work motivation can increase productivity and work quality, while job satisfaction can strengthen employee involvement and commitment. Positive interactions between motivation and job satisfaction can result in improved work quality and reduced employee absenteeism levels. PT. Wira Karya Jaya, a medical equipment distributor company, strives to create a work environment that supports employee physical well-being to increase work motivation and productivity. Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs and job satisfaction factors also play an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The promotion transfer rotation system is an approach to human resource management that uses employee shifts between positions, between locations, or organizational units, and provides promotions based on performance and potential. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the promotion mutation rotation system on employee performance. Three sources were selected using purposive sampling according to the research criteria. Researchers use qualitative data types consisting of primary data, namely direct data collected by researchers from sources through interviews and secondary data through interview documentation, company reports and literature studies. The results of the interviews were made into a table as a presentation of the data obtained with conclusions regarding the impact of the mutation rotation system at PT Pupuk Kujang. According to the interviewees, rotation helps develop cross-functional skills, transfers support diversification of experience, and promotions provide recognition for achievements. The main goal of an RMP system is to develop employee skills, make optimal use of internal talent, and meet organizational needs in an effective manner.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu desa wisata yang terkena dampak pasca covid 19 yang menjadi sepi. Terutama turunnya partisipasi masyarakat untuk sadar wisata terhadap potensi desa wisatanya. Mitra pada pengabdian ini menggandeng Bumdes Buana Mekar, Pokdarwisa, Masyarakat lokal dan ibu-ibu PKK desa Mekarbuana. Metode pengabdian berupa edukasi dan sosialisasi mengajak masyarakat mengenai pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan desa wisata. Tujuan akhir yang diharapkan adalah kembalinya partisipasi masyarakat untuk sadar wisata dan dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat desa Mekarbuana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, mengkaji dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Karawang Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa primer dan sekunder, data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner skala likert. Model yang digunakan adalah model analisis jalur, dengan mencari nilai koefisien korelasi, koefisien jalur dan koefisien determinasi, untuk uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Sampel berjumlah 62 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Berikut ini adalah hasil dari analisisnya : (1) Terdapat hubungan positif, kuat dan juga signifikan antara Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.637, (2) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial positif dan juga signifikan akan tetapi sedikit rendah dari Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.270, (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial positif, cukup kuat dan juga signifikan dari Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.503, (4) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan positif, cukup kuat dan juga signifikan dari Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.499 atau 49,9% dan sisanya sebesar 0,501 atau 50,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut kesimpulannya terdapat suatu hubungan, terdapat suatu pengaruh dan nilai signifikansinya < 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in MSMEs is that there are several consumers who have made purchases but after some time do not make purchases again from the Dapur Opat MSMEs. The aim of this research is to examine product quality and consumer psychology regarding purchasing decisions at Dapur Opat MSMEs. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, data collection methods using questionnaires and Likert scales. The population in this study were consumers from Dapur Opat MSMEs, the sample used was 97 respondents, in data analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis technique with a significance level of 0.05. The entire analysis was calculated using the SPSS version 23 program. The test results show that (1) partially product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Dapur Opat MSMEs. (2) partially consumer psychology has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Dapur Opat MSMEs. (3) simultaneously product quality and consumer psychology have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. So, Dapur Opat MSMEs must be able to maintain product quality and provide good consumer psychology to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Stres kerja merupakan masalah umum di lingkungan kerja yang dapat berdampak pada kesejahteraan dan produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah ingin pengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stress kerja di PT. Primus Sanus Cooking Oil Industrial. Metode riset ini adalah uraian kuantitatif. Cara mengumpulkan data dilakukan melalui angket dengan menyebarkan daftar pertanyaan kepada karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana, korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil riset diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai hubungan antara beban kerja dan stress kerja, serta membantu manajemen perusahaan dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mengelola beban kerja dan mencegah stress kerja di tempat kerja. Ditemukan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan stress kerja.
