Abstract

Perkembangan industri Skincare di Indonesia telah melahirkan persaingan yang semakin ketat antara berbagai merek. Banyak perusahaan Skincare berinovasi dan meningkatkan kualitas produk serta menjalankan strategi digital untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan reputasi mereka ditengah banyaknya pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh live streaming tiktok dan impulse buying terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Facetology di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden mahasiswa Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisoner berbasis skla Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa live streaming TikTok dan perilaku impulsif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan Live streaming dan Impulse buying berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada skincare Facetology. Karena nilai f-hitung memiliki nilai 166,876 f-tabel 3,09. Dan berpengaruh Live streaming dan Impulse buying terhadap keputusan untuk membeli.

Abstract

Jumlah orang Indonesia yang mencari perumahan semakin meningkat. Berbagai penawaran dari keunggulan setiap developer menjadi daya tarik bagi konsumen, salah satunya yakni dengan pelayanan purna jual. PT Gala Huma merupakan salah satu developer yang memiliki kesadaran dalam berkompetetif dengan pesaingnya, salah satu upayanya yakni melalui pelayanan purna jual. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelayanan purna jual perumahan Glass House Karawang. Pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, ditunjang melalui studi lapangan, instrument penelitian kuesioner wawancara dan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan data primer serta sekunder. Total sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni sebanyak 4 responden. Peneliti menganalisis secara deskriptif dengan penggunaan alat bantu wawancara secara langsung. Garansi merupakan nilai utama untuk menarik konsumen agar memiliki rumah impian dan menjadi trand positif bagi keseluruhan perumahan lainnya. Aksesoris juga merupakan suatu kelengkapan dari terjadinya kesalahan pemasangan kemudian akan diganti secepatnya. Pemeliharan dan perbaikan adalah salah satu tanggung jawab konsumen dan tukang di rumahnya masing-masing agar selalu terjaga dengan baik dan jika ada kerusakan maka segera perbaikan. Fasilitas dan perlengkapan jadi satu yang pasti harus ada karena nilai tambahnya di rumah dan warga sekitar agar bisa memanfaatkan fasilitas umum dengan taman bermain, kumpul warga, olahraga dan masjid.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction level of patients using the Mobile JKN application in Karawang. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the population consisting of patients who use the Mobile JKN application in Karawang. The sampling technique applied is Snowball sampling, where respondents refer other respondents, gradually increasing the sample size. This sampling method was chosen due to the unknown population of patients using the JKN application. Data analysis was conducted using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method and a 1-5 scale for the survey. The research results showed that the overall satisfaction level of users of the Mobile JKN application reached 94%, with the most satisfying indicator being the ease of accessing the application through various internet service providers (103%), and the lowest indicator being the ease of obtaining information about doctor schedules and inpatient services (83%). Based on the Cartesian diagram analysis, there are four quadrants illustrating the service improvement priorities: (1) Priority for improvement, (2) Maintain performance (meets expectations), (3) Low priority, and (4) Overperformed. The findings show that although most users are satisfied with the application, some aspects, such as information on schedules and inpatient rooms, need improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of buzzer marketing and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Daviena Skincare products by students of the Management Research Program Class of 2021, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The focus of this study includes buzzer marketing activities on social media and excessive claims from Daviena that have the potential to damage customer trust. The research method used is quantitative with a survey technique through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, involving 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that buzzer marketing had a moderate effect on purchasing decisions, while brand trust had a stronger and more significant effect. Simultaneously, these two variables were proven to influence purchasing decisions for Daviena Skincare products. These findings indicate that in the competitive skincare industry, effective buzzer marketing strategies and efforts to build brand trust can increase consumer purchasing interest. Therefore, companies are advised to maintain customer trust while continuing to utilize social media positively.

Abstract

This research examines how service quality and pricing perception affect Afifah Makeup purchases. In early 2024, internal restrictions caused a severe reduction in service and price-influenced purchase choices. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression. Purposive sampling chose 111 clients who had utilized the service at least once for the study. SPSS 15 analyzed Likert scale questionnaire data. The findings revealed that service quality and pricing influenced perception purchases. Price dominates perception of service quality, with a regression coefficient of 0.731 against 0.263. The R Square score of 0.892 shows that these two factors explain 89.2% of purchase choices. This survey suggests Afifah Makeup enhance service and pricing transparency to attract more clients.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Certified Independent Study Internship Program (MSIB) in developing students' competencies at the Social Economic Accelerator Lab (SEAL). The identified phenomenon indicates a mismatch between the majors chosen by students and their interests and abilities, which can hinder the learning process. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, involving data collection through interviews and observations of students, mentors, and representatives from the Merdeka Campus.The results of the study indicate a significant improvement in students' skills after participating in the internship program, with average scores increasing from 66.30 to 86.139. Additionally, participants reported a high level of satisfaction with their internship experiences, while mentors noted that students were able to apply the skills acquired in the workplace. This research confirms that the MSIB program is effective in bridging the gap between higher education and industry needs, as well as providing practical experiences that enhance students' job readiness. Recommendations for program improvement include increasing support for mentors and providing initial training for students before entering the workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Nico Jaya Pratama. A descriptive quantitative approach is applied in this study. The population involved in this study is all employees of PT Nico Jaya Pratama, especially 185 people who work in the E Assembly department plant. The simple random sampling method in the probability sampling technique is applied in selecting samples in this study. namely all employees of PT Nico Jaya Pratama with a random system. The Slovin formula with a level of 5% is used to collect samples of 127 employees. Employee Performance is the Dependent Variable, Workload is the Independent Variable, and Compensation is the Independent Variable. Using SPSS Statistic 26 software. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that the workload is classified as high, with the highest value of 86.92 on the overload work task indicator. Compensation is classified as appropriate, with the highest TCR value of 86.92 on the insurance indicator. Performance is classified as good, with the highest TCR value of 86.92 on the ability to work together indicator. Workload directly plays a positive and significant role in the performance of PT Nico Jaya Pratama employees because it has a regression coefficient value of the workload variable (X1) which will increase employee performance (Y) by 0.632. Compensation directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Nico Jaya Pratama because it has a regression coefficient of compensation variable (X2) which will increase employee performance (Y) by 0.415. Simultaneously, workload and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the determination coefficient R2 of 0.899 proving that 89.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by workload and compensation.

Abstract

Currently, Job Training Institutions are often carried out intentionally to reduce training costs within the company with the protection and work conditions provided. The role of the Job Training Institution company as a facilitator of workforce distribution is crucial in connecting job seekers with various available job vacancies. The aim of this research is to examine the methods involved in hiring, choosing, and allocating employees from LPK Monas Edukasi to PT. Kyoraku Blowmolding.. Kyoraku Blowmolding. This study uses a Qualitative Descriptive methodology by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation on the research data. The results of this study are that the job distribution process carried out by LPK Monas Edukasi Indonesia is running quite well. LPK has tried to connect job seekers with companies, starting from recruitment, selection, to job placement. However, there are still obstacles such as the lack of administrative readiness of applicants and the gap between the expectations of workers and the reality in the company. The company has requirements in the form of documents for them to fulfill, and for the selection itself, several tests are carried out, namely academic tests and interview tests after passing a letter of agreement is made from the company as proof of being accepted to work at the company they are applying for.

Abstract

Technological advances in the transportation sector have driven economic growth in Indonesia, one of which is the presence of application-based transportation platforms such as Grab. This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on the retention of Grab Driver partners in Karawang Regency. Work motivation is the main factor that can influence the sustainability of the partnership between drivers and companies. Factors such as physical needs, security and safety needs, social needs, the need for recognition according to one's abilities and the need for self-actualization. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 96 respondents who are Grab Driver partners in Karawang Regency. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques with the help of the SPSS version 30 program. The research results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant influence on partner retention. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on the retention of grab driver partners in Karawang district. Simultaneously, work motivation and other supporting factors contribute to the retention of Grab Driver partners, with a significant influence based on the results of statistical analysis. The implications of this research theoretically reveal that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and retention of Grab Driver partners in Karawang Regency.
