Abstract

Penilaian tumbuh kembang perlu dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah tumbuh kembang seorang anak berjalan normal atau tidak dilihat dari segi medis maupun statistik. KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat) merupakan media pencatatan kurva pertumbuhan normal anak berdasarkan indeks antropometri berat badan menurut umur yang dibedakan berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Selain kurva pertumbuhan anak, KMS juga berisi catatan pelayanan kesehatan anak. Dengan KMS gangguan pertumbuhan atau risiko kelainan tumbuh kembang dapat diketahui lebih dini. Sistem informasi KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat) ini dibangun untuk memberikan informasi mengenai pemeriksaan KMS agar dapat digunakan  sebagai media pemantauan pertumbuhan anak. Sistem informasi ini dibuat berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Dari hasil pengujian blackbox menyatakan bahwa sistem informasi sudah berfungsi dengan baik. Sedangkan dari hasil kuesioner menggunakan skala likert didapatkan skor dengan total 361 dari skor maksimal yang berjumlah 450, yang berarti sistem informasi ini sangat positif dan berhasil.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of the media and public relations techniques in the context of educational institutions. Educational institutions have a big responsibility to convey information to the public, both through print media and through direct communication with stakeholders. So that the media and public relations techniques play a very important role in building a positive image of educational institutions and maintaining good relations with the public. This research uses secondary data obtained through literature studies, scientific journals, books, articles, and other sources of information related to media topics and public relations techniques in educational institutions. The data is analyzed systematically and critically to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts, theories and practices related to the use of media and public relations techniques in an educational context. The results of this study indicate that the media and public relations techniques play an important role in building a positive image of educational institutions, increasing stakeholder engagement, and increasing effective communication between educational institutions and the community. The use of public media such as newspapers, television, radio, and social media has opened new opportunities for educational institutions to convey information widely and quickly to the public. Public relations techniques such as press conferences, promotional activities, and direct interaction with the community are also an important part of the educational institution's communication strategy. The role of media in public relations in educational institutions is very important and diverse. Educational institutions rely on media to reach a wider audience, including students, parents, prospective students, alumni, donors, policymakers and the general public.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang kian maju, membuat perkembangan teknologi saat ini menjadi semakin pesat. Salah satu hasil dari berkembangan teknologi ialah game online. Berbagaimacam jenis game online kini bisa dinikmati hanya melalui smartphone, salah satu game online yang paling digemari adalah Mobile Legends. Game Mobile Legends merupakan game online yang dibuat khusus untuk dimainkan melalui smartphone. Dalam Mobile Legends terdiri dari sepuluh orang yang terbagi menjadi dua kubu, yaitu tim merah dan tim biru. Selain itu yang membuat Mobile Legends sangat digemari dikarenakan banyaknya karakter yang bisa bebas dipilih oleh pemainnya. Di dalam game Mobile Legends terdapat bergaimacam fitur yang bisa kita gunakan untuk berkomunikasi, seperti chatbox dan microphone, fitur chatbox digunakan pemain untuk mengirim pesan yang berbentuk teks, sedangkan fitur microphone layaknya seperti sedang berkomunikasi melalui telepon pemain bisa mengirimkan pesan suara. Dengan adanya fitur tersebut dapat memudahkan para pemainnya untuk berkomunikasi. Komunikasi dalam game Mobile Legend dapat dikategorikan sebagai komunikasi virtual. Komunikasi virtual didefinisikan sebagai komunikasi yang disampaikan dan diterima melalui dunia maya. Berbeda dengan komunikasi virtual, komunikasi interpersonal bisa dikatakan komunikasi antara dua orang atau lebih yang langsung bertatap muka seehingga memerlukan tanggapan. Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal tiap orang berbeda-beda, hal tersebulah yang membuat peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tentang efek dari kecanduan bermain game Mobile Legends terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal para pemainnya. Penelitian ini fokus terhadap perilaku komunikasi interpersonal pemain game online Mobile Legends di lingkungan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Peneliti mewawancara tiga informan pecandu game Mobile Legends dengan usia dua puluh hingga dua puluh dua tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya perubahan kearah yang lebih baik dalam pembentukan komunikasi interpersonal mereka di lingkungan keluarga, Karena game Mobile Legend dimainkan dengan banyak orang, sehingga komunikasi diperlukan untuk memenangkan permainan, sehingga hal tersebut membuat perubahan yang lebih baik terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal para pemainnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan situasi dan kondisi teknologi saat ini sangatlah dinamis sekali, setiap individu banyak menggunakan gadget dan internet dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendidikan Abad 21 adalah pendidikan yang menekankan pada keterampilan dan keterampilan yang mendalam, tidak lepas dari keterlibatan teknologi, serta interaksi langsung dengan kebudayaan dan kultur masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu, kita siap atau tidak siap, ranah sains, teknologi, dan kebudayaan telah menjadi bagian kehidupan kita. Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa masih kurang memahami materi pelajaran PPKn, siswa kurang aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas, dan siswa juga kurang mampu menyelesaikan soal-soal berbasis masalah. Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan kombinasi model Heads Review Horay (Numbered Heads Together, dan Course Review Horay) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Sedangkan, analisis data menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Temuan ini menunjukkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa mencapai kriteria kritis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan kombinasi model Heads Review Horay dapat meningkatkan aktivitas, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis.

(pp. 581-590).  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).This research aimed to obtain the transfer factor value of 137Cs from Bengkayang soil to corn plants. A pot experiment using a completely randomized design tested two treatments, namely soil that had been contaminated with 137Cs and without 137Cs (control). After harvest, the dry weight of the plants was measured and measurements were made using a Gamma Spectrometer of the concentration of 137Cs in dry plants and dry soil to obtain values. the transfer factors. The results of preliminary soil analysis obtained a soil pH of 6.4, this value is a good pH value for the growth of corn plants, namely 5.5 – 7. The organic matter content of the soil is classified as low to medium. The soil texture used in the experiment was sandy clay loam which consisted of 76% sand, 9% dust and 15% clay, a soil texture that was good enough for the growth of corn plants. The transfer factor value of 137Cs from Bengkayang soil to corn plants is between 0.6396 - 4.6336 with an average value of 2.0814, where the value obtained is higher when compared to data released by the IAEA (2010), namely the transfer factor from soil to corn plants is 0.0030 – 0.4900.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve the understanding and application of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) among students of SDN 02 Telemung, through socialization and education by lecturers and students of D3 Pharmacy STIKES Banyuwangi. The methods used in this service include initial observation, socialization and education, implementation and evaluation. Initial observations were made to determine the condition of students' understanding of PHBS. Socialization and education are carried out with the aim of providing clear and interesting information about the importance of personal hygiene, environmental sanitation, and healthy lifestyles. Implementation was carried out by direct application of clean and healthy living habits at school, followed by evaluation using pre and post tests to measure changes in student understanding. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm from students in participating in socialization and education. The pre and post-test evaluation showed a significant increase in understanding, with an average pre-test score of 45 and post-test score of 85. This shows that this activity has succeeded in increasing students' awareness and knowledge of the importance of PHBS

Abstract

This research aims to develop Augmented Reality-based learning media on spatial material that is suitable for use as a mathematics learning media for fifth grade elementary school students. This research uses the R&D (research and development) method with the ADDIE development model. The feasibility of the learning media developed is reviewed from validity by material, media and language experts. In addition, the responses of educators and students to the use of the learning media developed were analyzed. The research was carried out at SD Negeri 2 Susunan Baru in the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the validation results of material experts, media experts and language experts, it is known that the Augmented Reality-based spatial learning media developed is very feasible. After implementation and evaluation activities, it was discovered that the response of educators and students to the use of Augmented Reality-based learning media was very interesting. Thus it can be concluded that the learning media developed based on Augmented Reality is very feasible and very interesting to use as a learning media for mathematics learning in spatial building material for class V elementary school.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the cost management strategies implemented by PT Unilever Indonesia to optimize operational efficiency and enhance profitability within the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.Methodology: This study employs a quantitative literature review, analyzing secondary data sourced from annual reports, journal articles, and company publications to identify patterns in PT Unilever Indonesia’s cost management practices.Results: The study finds that PT Unilever Indonesia’s cost management strategies, including supply chain optimization and technological adoption, have a positive correlation with operational efficiency and profitability.Conclusions: Cost management strategies implemented by the company have proven effective in achieving goals. Strategies that involve identifying patterns and trends over a period of time, with a focus on operational efficiency and improving financial performance.Limitations: This study relies on secondary data, which may limit insights into qualitative factors such as organizational culture that impact cost management effectiveness.Contribution: This research provides insights into effective cost management strategies for the FMCG sector, offering value to industry practitioners and academics focused on operational efficiency and profitability enhancement.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Dan Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor F&B (Food & Beverage) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2023. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, diperoleh 11 sampel perusahaan dengan periode enam tahun, sehingga diperoleh 66 data observasi. Dalam analisis, digunakan metode statistik dan analisis regresi data panel dengan memanfaatkan Eviews 12.0 sebagai alat bantu. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui secara simultan variabel Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Dan Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan saling berpengaruh. Secara parsial Struktur Modal dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan Kebijakan Hutang berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Abstract This research analyzes the influence of capital structure, company growth and debt policy on company value. The population in this study are F&B (Food & Beverage) sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2023 period. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling, 11 company samples were obtained over a six year period, resulting in 66 observation data. In the analysis, statistical methods and panel data regression analysis were used using Eviews 12.0 as a tool. Analysis of the data used in this research can show that the variables of Capital Structure, Company Growth and Debt Policy on Company Value simultaneously influence each other. Partially, Capital Structure and Company Growth have no effect on Company Value. Meanwhile, Debt Policy influences Company Value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Company Growth and Debt Policy on Company Value.
