Abstract

This study aims to produce electrolyte and non-electrolyte textbooks oriented to critical thinking skills through a problem based learning model that will measure the level of feasibility, response to students and their level of effectiveness. This research refers to the research and development model recommended by Borg Gal. Data on feasibility rate and response of students are obtained in the form of quantitative data which is converted by the percentage scale of product quality according to the Likert scale. The effectiveness of the book is measured using the average value of N-Gain. The conclusions of this study are textbooks for electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions with feasibility rate of 95.11% criteria "very high", the response rate of students in the early field test 86.92% and the main field test 87.11% in "very high" category, level book effectiveness with the N-Gain average of 0.62 in "medium" category.

Abstract

PT. Etica Sari Pratama is an industry engaged in the health industry, namely wet wipes. The problems currently experienced at PT. Etica Sari Pratama is the result of low productivity, during the wet tissue production process which results in decreased production. Improvements are made to increase the productivity results on the production line. Thus, the above problems must be immediately followed up, so that productivity results can achieve results according to predetermined targets by evaluating the performance of production facilities at the company's Adroit S-90 machine is causing production to be interrupted or stopped. Therefore, an analysis of the factors resulting from decreased productivity is carried out. Improvements must be made to increase productivity. And knowing the results of productivity, problem solving is done using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness, fishbone and why-why analysis method. It can be seen that after making improvements to the comparative data from January to June the productivity had an average value of 78% and after making improvements from July to December it had an average value of 97%. Has an increase of 19%. Keywords: production line, productivity, overall equipment effectiveness, why-why analysis, fishbone.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how big the relationship between the two independent variables, namely E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) and Word of Mouth (Word of Mouth Marketing) is to Member Satisfaction at Alfafa Tour & Travel. The sampling technique is random sampling. Where the samples are taken randomly, each population and sample has the same chance. Based on the calculation results, there is a positive influence of E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) on Member Satisfaction, an analysis result value of 0.926 is obtained, so it can be concluded that the influence is very strong. So it is proven by testing the E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) hypothesis on the Member Satisfaction variable, the t value obtained is = 11.507 > t0.05 (64) = 1.670, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is sufficient evidence that there is a significant influence. There is a positive influence of Word of Mouth (Word of Mouth Marketing) on ??the Member Satisfaction variable, with a value of 0.893, so it can be concluded that the influence is very strong. And prove it by testing the hypothesis of the Word of Mouth variable (Word of Mouth Marketing) on ??the Member Satisfaction variable, the value obtained is t = 68.784 > t0.05 (64) = 1.670, then H is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is evidence that there is a significant influence. Simultaneously there is a positive influence between the variables E-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) and Word of Mouth (Word of Mouth Marketing) on ??the Member Satisfaction variable calculated with an R value of 0.894 which has a positive value and a very strong level of influence while the R Square value is 0.798 or 79.8%, so the two independent variables can influence each other on the dependent variable. Then, using the ANOVA or Fcount test, a value of 124,756 was obtained, which is greater than Frabel (65) of 2,750 with a significance level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be said that the E-Commerce variable and the Word of Mouth variable (Word of Mouth Marketing) on ??the Member Satisfaction variable together has a very significant influence.

Abstract

This study discusses the ineffective chemistry learning process resulting in poor grades at State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Rasau Jaya, students tend to receive information from the teacher without constructing their own knowledge, so students have difficulty in constructing the material obtained from the teacher. The purpose of this study is to describe the learning outcomes of students in 11th Grade Science Class odd semester in chemistry subjects at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya. The form of research used in this research is descriptive research, and the type of research is a case study. Case study is one of qualitative research, in which researchers conduct in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, activities, for one or more people. The subjects of this study were students of 11th Grade Science Class at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya in the 2019/2020 school year who took the odd semester general test, totaling 93 students. The research process includes three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the final stage. The data collection tool used is the odd semester general test score. Results and Discussion regarding Indicator 1: List the general formula of alkane, alkene and alkyne compounds, Indicator 2: Mention the law of conservation of energy, Indicator 3: Determine the number of moles from the results of the experiment, Indicator 4: Determine the value of the equilibrium constant Kc based on the reaction. The results of the general test conducted on 11th Grade students of SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students in the class are not adequate.

Abstract

In this era, technology is advancing and developing rapidly. Almost every minute or even second we are in direct contact with technology. In today's world of education, it is also inseparable from the role of technology. Students who on average have good technological literacy tend to get bored more quickly when learning runs conventionally. Regarding the function of learning media, it can be emphasized as follows: as a tool to streamline learning, accelerate the teaching and learning process, and improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to produce a documentary video about food additives that is expected to be utilized for ease of learning. The method used in this research is research and development developed by Borg and Gall. This documentary video media development procedure goes through stages, namely: (1) Research and information gathering, (2) Product development planning, and (3) Initial Product Development. Data or information collection techniques using literature studies and field studies. Stages of video development by creating a storyboard using a video editor application. The next stage of learning videos is validated or evaluated by experts.  This Documentary Video validation analysis uses descriptive methods through questionnaires. The results of the validation of this Documentary Video obtained an average score of 3.5 by entering the valid category. It can be concluded that this Video Documentary is suitable for use and can be followed up by looking at student responses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of feasibility and response of students to psychomotor assessment instruments of mercury metal identification material in cosmetic products. This research uses development research method (Development Researct) which refers to the Borg Gall model. The subject of this study was a psychomotor assessment instrument of mercury metal identification material in cosmetic products and the test subject was a student of chemistry education FKIP Untan Pontianak. Due diligence is tested based on content, language, and presentation aspects. The feasibility test results on each aspect with the criteria are very feasible with an average score of 90.20%. Based on the results of the questionnaire calculation of student response to this assessment instrument, shows that the results of the initial field test and the main field test get the percentage of the average score in a row 81.3% and 85.3% with the category of assessment criteria is very high. Thus, psychomotor assessment instruments of mercury metal identification material in cosmetic products can be used as analytical chemical preticum research instruments I.
