Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of the provision of civil servant performance allowances at the Office of the Class II Airport Organizing Unit Kasiguncu Poso before and during Covid-19 the 2019 - 2021 presidential period. The approach used is a qualitative approach using data collection techniques carried out through interviews and documentation. In accordance with the research conducted, writing that is qualitative descriptive then the technical analysis of data used is to answer and solve problems by doing a thorough and complete understanding and deepening of the objects studied to obtain descriptive conclusions in accordance with the conditions and time of the research. The results showed that, how to evaluate the employee spending budget for performance benefits before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kasiguncu Poso Class II Airport Organizing Unit Office in 2019 – 2021. The evaluation carried out by the leadership in evaluating the employee expenditure budget in the environment of the Kasiguncu Poso Class II Airport Organizing Unit Office has gone well based on fiscal policy theory. What are the driving factors and obstacles to the evaluation of employee spending budgets for performance benefits before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kasiguncu Poso Class II Airport Organizing Unit Office in 2019 – 2021. One of the driving and inhibiting factors is communication.

Abstract

This research aims to examine variables related to the implementation of FinTech on SMEs in Makassar City using a quantitative research approach. Variables studied are related to Financial Regulations, Adoption Technology, and Business Process Management. The sampling technique in this research was stratified sampling, dividing groups or categories, and then these categories were selected using simple random or systematic samples. All variables used use instruments with several indicators and parameters that help the quantitative data analysis process. Quantitative analysis calculations using statistical methods using the software Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS. The research results showed that a direct relationship between technology and business process management had a positive and significant effect. In contrast, FinTech had a positive and significant effect on business process management, regulation finance, and the adoption of technology. There was a direct influence between regulation finance's positive and significant effect on FinTech as well as indirect influences. Regulation Finance has a positive and significant effect on Business Process Management through Adaptation Technology. However, Regulation Finance does not have a significant effect on Business Process Management through FinTech.

Abstract

Digitalization affects almost all areas of life, including payment methods. Now, there are many different payment methods. However, on the other hand, Indonesia's financial inclusion level still needs to catch up compared to neighboring countries. This study aims to determine the factors influencing the choice of payment method at minimarkets in Bekasi City by using transaction value, income, education, awareness ease of use, and awareness of risk as independent variables. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents. The sampling method used a convenient regional random sample selection technique. Data collection found that electronic wallets are the most used payment method. Using the PLS-SEM method, the results found that transaction value, income, education, awareness ease of use, and awareness of risk have positive and significant impacts in increasing the likelihood of consumer’s behavior in choosing an electronic payment method.

Abstract

Although faced with various problems, MSMEs in Indonesia have increased every year, in 2021 MSMEs numbered 63, 955, 369 units and in 2022 the number reached 8.71 million units. The partners of this activity are fostered MSMEs in three villages, namely Romang Lompoa, Balang-Balang, and Borongloe Villages, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency. The urgency of this activity is to minimise difficulties in marketing, intense business competition The solution given to overcome partner problems is to improve the quality of product packaging for fostered partners and increase sales of fostered partner products. Abstract

The significant changes in the return of the Financial Sector Stock Index both before and after the COVID-19 pandemic entered Indonesia have been the focus of attention in this study. In the midst of this uncertain condition, the Financial Sector Stock Index on the Indonesian Stock Exchange experienced noticeable changes. This research focuses on analyzing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the return of the Financial Sector Stock Index on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The study involves the Financial Sector Stock Index as the research object, with research variables including Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation Rate, and Return of the Financial Sector Stock Index. The research also examines the consistency of the relationship between GDP, inflation, and stock returns over a considerable period. The study period covers from 2019 to 2022. This research is of a quantitative nature. The model used to address the research question is the Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR) model. The research tool in this SVAR model uses the Eviews software. Secondary data is used in this study. The research population consists of 20 companies in the finance sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the study period. The results of the Granger causality test show that inflation has a significant relationship with the return of the financial sector stock with a probability value of 0.0382. However, variance decomposition illustrates that the contribution of inflation to changes in stock returns is not very large, at 3 percent from period one to period sixteen. Meanwhile, GDP to the return of the financial sector stock index has a probability value of 0.0916 from the Granger causality test results. This means that GDP does not have a significant relationship with the return of the financial sector stock during the observation period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perubahan Laba, Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi, Arus Kas Pendanaan, Manajemen Laba dan Tingkat Inflasi terhadap Relevansi Nilai informasi Akuntasi yang di proksi kan dengan Return Saham. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 25 perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data diperoleh dari data sekunder laporan tahunan perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian terdahulu dan berbagai teori pendukung lainnya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Perubahan Laba (PL) sebagai ukuran informasi laba, Arus Kas Operasi (TCFO), Arus Kas Investasi (TCFI), Arus Kas Pendanaan (TCFF) sebagai ukuran informasi Arus Kas, Manajemen Laba (DAT) sebagai ukuran informasi akrual dan Tingkat Inflasi (Inflasi). Variabel terikat adalah relevansi nilai informasi akuntansi yang diukur dengan Return Saham.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perubahan Laba (PL) berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham (Rit), sedangkan Perubahan Arus Kas Operasi (TCFO), Perubahan Arus Kas Investasi (TCFI), Perubahan Arus Kas Pendanaan (TCFF) sebagai ukuran informasi Arus Kas, Manajemen Laba (DAT) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham (Rit).

Abstract

The increasing global demand for sustainable business practices has placed significant pressure on organizations, particularly within the technology sector, to adopt strategies that balance environmental, social, and economic goals. This study investigates the role of sustainable management strategies in enhancing business competitiveness in the technology industry. The research employs a mixed-method approach, integrating quantitative data from key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, operational efficiency, and innovation outcomes, with qualitative insights gathered from in-depth interviews with senior executives. The results demonstrate that companies adopting sustainability practices experience a measurable improvement in operational efficiency (10%) and market share (15%), confirming that sustainability serves as a critical enabler of competitive advantage. Qualitative findings further reveal that sustainability initiatives bolster brand differentiation, customer loyalty, and regulatory compliance, contributing to long-term success. These strategies not only help firms navigate evolving regulatory landscapes but also enhance their positioning as leaders in innovation and social responsibility. This study concludes that sustainable management strategies are essential not just for compliance, but for fostering long-term business resilience and market leadership in the fast-paced technology sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and workability on employee performance and its impact on employee job satisfaction at UPTD Muara Komam Health Center. The background of this study is based on the importance of employee performance in improving the quality of health services, as well as various problems related to suboptimal work environments and workability conditions. This study integrates the variables of work environment, workability, performance, and job satisfaction in one analysis model to provide a more comprehensive picture of the factors that influence the performance of Puskesmas employees. The research sample consisted of 63 UPTD Muara Komam Health Center employees who were selected randomly. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that work environment and workability significantly affected employee performance. Job satisfaction was proven to mediate the relationship between work environment and workability on employee performance. A conducive work environment and good work ability directly improve employee performance and high job satisfaction, further strengthening this relationship. This study provides an important contribution to the development of human resource management policies in the health sector, especially in efforts to improve the performance and job satisfaction of Puskesmas employees. The managerial implications of this study include the need for good work environment management, such as providing adequate facilities and creating harmonious working relationships, as well as improving employee work skills through ongoing training and development programs

Abstract

Adanya capital market menjadikan tersedianya wadah bagi para investor dengan dana berlebih yang ingin melakukan investasi terhadap anggaran yang dipunyainya dengan harapan mendapatkan imbalan (return). Tujuan dilaksanakannya riset ini ialah guna mengatahui pengaruh atas variable - variable ekonomi makro ekonomi sepertihalnya total uang yang beredar, inflasi, suku bunga, nilai tukar serta indeks produksi industri terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan dalam BEI periode 2010 – 2020 yang nantinya akan membantu investor serta perusahaan yang menerbitkan saham dalam memperkirakan dan menimbang keputusan investasi serta penetapan penerbitan harga saham yang nantinya hendak mempengaruhi IHSG. Data yang dipakai berbentuk data bulanan yang memiliki total sampel 132 dalam periode 11 tahun pengamatan dari 2010 Januari hingga 2020 Desember dan diambil dari BEI dan Badan Pusat Statitik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Error Correction Model. Hasil penelitian pada jangka pendek, variabel Jumlah Uang Beredar (JUB) dan nilai tukar (kurs) memengaruhi secara positif signifikan untuk JUB dan nilai tukar memengaruhi secara negatif signifikan terhadap IHSG dan variabel Suku Bunga, Inflasi, dan Indeks Produksi Industri tak memiliki pengaruh terhadap IHSG. Dalam jangka panjang, variabel Jumlah Uang Beredar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IHSG sedangkan variabel nilai tukar memengaruhi secara negatif signifikan terhadap IHSG. Variabel Suku Bunga, Inflasi, serta Indeks Produksi Industri tak memiliki pengaruh terhadap IHSG.

Abstract

This research relates to employee performance which is an important element in achieving organizational goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of discipline, culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pioneer Air Transport Service Airport Organizing Unit Office for the Greater Sorong Region. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 38 people. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that discipline, culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Discipline, culture and job satisfaction, while the results of the analysis show that simultaneously work discipline, work culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as input and consideration for leadership in making decisions to improve and improve employee performance at the Pioneer Air Transport Services Airport Organizing Unit Office for the Greater Sorong Region - Southwest Papua Province.
