Abstract

The goal of this study is to describe and evaluate how the Makassar City Civil Registry Office has improved public service. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation approaches as part of a descriptive qualitative methodology. There were seven witnesses from Makassar City's Department of Population and Civil Registry. Data analysis involves gathering data, reducing it, presenting it, confirming it, and drawing conclusions. triangulation-based data validation. The study's findings demonstrate that, first, changes in service activities have been driven by novelty, the impact of COVID-19 on Makassar City, and the government's social restriction policies, with a technology approach to support online services. Second, productivity at Dukcapil Makassar City through online service activities, each apparatus has been directed and supervised in order to maximize the service tasks it can perform for the community using technology. Third, effective online services at the Makassar City dukcapil can encourage community service projects and limit the spread of Covid-19. The drawback is that it is susceptible to information leaks and the community is still having trouble adjusting to new service trajectories. Fourth, Sustainable, in an effort to assist the Makassar City government's ambition of turning the city into a smart city, the population and civil registration service has established a strategy to enhance online services.

Abstract

The poverty rate in the Luwu district is relatively low, but the dropout rate in the region is still high. This is partly due to the high cost of education. In this area, the government initiated the Smart Indonesia Program and the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) to provide educational cash assistance to all students meeting the specified requirements. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) at SDN 494 Pongko, Luwu Regency, focusing on educational equity, readiness, implementation, and utilization of the program. The research method is descriptive and qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of PIP at SDN 494 Pongko has been run by the established policy objectives and provided tangible benefits for parents and students receiving assistance. However, efficiency issues such as delays in fund disbursement need to be improved. There are inequalities in the distribution of aid caused by incomplete documentation. In conclusion, although the Smart Indonesia Program has contributed positively to increasing student participation and reducing the economic burden on parents, there is still a need for continuous evaluation and improvement to ensure better educational equity in Luwu District.

Abstract

The absence of natural disaster control due to climate change can have an impact on economic and environmental aspects. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of village governments in implementing the Climate Change Response Village Programme with the SDGs Concept in Gowa Regency. This research uses qualitative and quantitative research methods, whose data are obtained from observations, interviews, document studies and questionnaires of 100 samples from the total population determined using purposive sampling techniques. The theory used in this research is Stuflebeam's CIPP evaluation. The results showed that the village programme in Barombong sub-district was generally successful in achieving its objectives. Although there are some obstacles such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure, finance, and the need to improve human resources. The level of effectiveness of the implementation of the village programme in Barombong Sub-district resulted that the three indicators studied in 5 locations were in the good category. So it is necessary to improve aspects of communication and coordination with the local government of Gowa Regency to be more optimistic about the implementation of the Disaster and Climate Change Response Village programme in achieving the Disaster Ratio Index target of 0 for all households.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out and analyze how big the influence organization culture on the performance of employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Wajo Regency. This study used quantitative. Data collection techniques were  observation  and questionnaire  related to research variables. The population in this study were 48 employees at population and Civil Registry Office, Wajo Regency. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling or taking all members of the population used as samples, with a total sample of 48 people. The results of this study  showed that organizational culture influenced employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Wajo Regency, as indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination or R Square (R2) of 0.267% meant that the organizational culture variable had an influence of 26.7% on employee performance variables Wajo Regency's Population and Civil Registry Office.

Abstract

This research intends to determine the effect of leadership style on the organizational commitment of official social of Gowa regency. The approach was taken by this research is the quantitative approach with a sample of 50 employees were taken by incidental sampling. The test instrument which is used in this research are validity and reliability test. While for analizing quantitative data used is a simple linear regression analysis. The result of the research from regression analysis reveals that leadership style have a positive effect and significantly on organizational commitment of official social of Gowa regerency. The measurement test result reveals that the most dominant variabel of official social of Gowa regerency is the leadership style (X), this is because the variable has greatest value of the cronbach’s alpha and it has smallest significance value of the other variables. The result from the research of leadership style at the District Social Service Gowa showed that the directive style was the most dominant applied. Whereas the organizational commitment found in the dominant employee is an ongoing commitment. The result of the study found there a significant effect between leadership style on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how effective the General Election Commission (KPU) is in increasing voter participation in the 2020 Makassar Mayoral Election. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and direct documentation in the field. The informants in this research consisted of 6 people. The results of this research show that the Makassar City General Election Commission has been effective in its performance based on 3 (three) indicators of organizational effectiveness, namely: (1) achievement of objectives, existing voter participation is in accordance with the number of existing permanent voter lists (DPT) and voter participation has increased in 2020 compared to the previous regional elections; (2) integration, in terms of socialization the Makassar City KPU carries out socialization not only relying on face-to-face contact but also relying on digital platforms and the public can actively participate in the socialization carried out; (3) adaptation, the Makassar City KPU is able to adapt to changes in rules and regulations, as well as adapt to the changing environment due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the implementation of the new student admission policy based on the zoning system on the quality of education services at Senior High School 1 East Luwu , East Luwu Regency. The method in this study used a mix method research method with survey research type. The sample were 88 people and the sampling method used random sampling and purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the analysis of the policy implementation variable falls into the "very good" category and the service quality falls into the "good" category. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it showed that the variable implementation of the new student admission policy based on the zoning system had an effect of 54.6% on the quality of education services at Senior High School 1 East Luwu , East Luwu Regency. From the analysis, it concluded that the higher the policy implementation, the higher the service quality, conversely, the lower the policy implementation, the lower the service quality.Keywords: influence, policy implementation, service quality

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of green open space policy in Tarakan city and to know the factors that influence the implementation of green open space policy in Tarakan city. The number of informants in this study was 7 people. This research used qualitative research method with phenomenology type. Technique of data collecting was used an instrument in the form of interview, observation an documentation. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of green open space policy in Tarakan city is not in accordance with the regulation that is only reached 18% yet. In addition, the existing green open space conditions are less well maintained. As for the supporting factors in this research is 1) Organizational behavior and interorganizational, 2) Lower-level bureaucratic behavior. While the inhibiting factor in this research is the behavior of the target group.

Abstract

The purposed of this study was to find out the relationship between organizational discipline culture and employee performance in the population and civil registration offices in Pangkep Regency. This study used mixed method research. Data collection used observation and questionnaires, interviews with a number of informants were the Head of Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkep Regency and the head of the subdivision, data analysis technique used simple correlation. Data were analyzed by simple regression with SPSS 16.0 for Windows software. The results showed that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance was effective in a culture of time discipline, employees had arrived punctual, the rules set by the agency, employees had obeyed these regulations, and their responsibilities the responsibility that the employees was good. Employees 'job descriptions were structured well, but the completion of their duties was still not on time and job placements were in accordance with the employees' abilities. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe and explain the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of North Kolaka Regency. This research used quantitative. The sample in this study was 51 people with sampling technique using saturated sampling. The results showed that the organizational culture with the indicators was in the good category and the employee performance with the indicators also was in the good category. The results of this study used a simple regression analysis which showed that organizational culture was very influential on employee performance. This meant that the better the culture applied to the organization, the better the performance produced by the employees. Keywords: Influence, organizational culture, employee performance
