Abstract

This study purposed to find out the extent to which the successful implementation of waste management policies at TPS Bukit Asri, Polewali Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. The research method used  qualitative which  described a problem that occurs. The data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews, and document studies with the number of informants as many as 7 people. The results showed that the implementation of the Waste Management Policy at the Bukit Asri TPS had been  implemented well, this could be seen from 1. The behavior of organizational relations at the Bukit Asri TPS had been carried out by cooperating, committing, and coordinating with the Bulukumba Regency Spatial Planning Office. 2. The behavior of the lower implementers had also implemented waste management. This  seen from three aspects, namely organizational control, work ethic, and work professionalism of TPS managers. 3. The behavior of the target group, namely the community gave a positive response and supported the existence of waste management at the Bukit Asri TPS. Because it was considered very helpful for urban communities, especially in densely populated areas.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of community participation and its influence on the effectiveness of the Jenetaesa Village innovation program, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used a mixed method by using a type of survey research by observing using a questionnaire to collect data related to research variables. The population in this study were the community or family heads of the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, as many as 421 family heads in the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used simple random sampling technique or random sampling, with a total sample of 80 people. The results of this study showed that community participation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of village innovation programs, with an Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.636 meaning that 63% of community participation affected the effectiveness of village innovation programs in Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the effect of headmaster’s leadership on the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Papalang, Papalang Sub-district, Mamuju Regency. This study used quantitative methods. Sampling technique used saturated sampling in which all member of the opulation was used as samples. Research data were questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS. The results of this study showed that the influence of headmaster’s leadership on the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Papalang, Papalang Sub-district, Mamuju Regency was very significant. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. So in other words the independent variable of the headmaster’s leadership was able to explein the magnitude of the dependent variable of teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand corruption-free areas and the performance of employees at the Jeneponto District Attorney's Office. This study of research is quantitative with a sample of 48 people. The results of the study indicate that a corruption-free area has a strong influence on the performance of employees at the Jeneponto. Based on the output of the summary model, the results obtained by R are as large as the contribution of the X variable affecting the Y variable, the influence is symbolized by R (regression). The magnitude of the regression value or influence (R) is 0.651, which means 65.1%. The influence of the independent variable or corruption-free area (X) on the dependent variable or employee performance (Y) which is also strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination (R²/R squer) or the determinant coefficient of 0.424, meaning 65.1%. The influence of the independent variable or corruption-free area (X) on the dependent variable or employee performance has an influence of 65.1% while 34.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze government policies in the form of the Family Hope Program and to determine the effectiveness of this program in efforts to reduce poverty in the Anrong Appaka sub-district. The research design used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Family Hope Program in efforts to reduce poverty in Anrong Appaka Village is less effective in terms of several aspects: Understanding Program, Right on Target, Timely, Goal Achievement and Real Change. 1) The PKH understanding program is carried out routinely every two times by the assistant by inviting KPM and related parties in the implementation of PKH. 2) The right target, there are community deviations that do not meet PKH criteria but are recorded as PKH assistance recipients. 3) Timely, the provision of assistance is not timely because the assistant's report to the center is sometimes delayed. 4) achieving the goal, PKH participants have received their rights in the form of cash assistance. 5) Real Change, PKH assistance has made a significant contribution to PKH participants and KPM feel helped by PKH assistance.

Abstract

this study aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the Enrekang District Personal and Training Agency. This research used quantitative methods. The population in this study were 40 employees at the Enrekang Regency Employee and Education Agency Office. This study used saturated sampling in which all members of the population used as samples. Data collecting used instruments such as questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that the influence of organizational commitment employee performance in the Enrekang District Personnel and Training Agency was very significant. Therefore the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. So in other words the independent variable  of organizational commitment was able to explain the magnitude of the dependent variable of employee performance, employee performance could be seen in table 4.61 which showed that employee performance was in the good caregory of 78.6% result obtained from the average questionnaire researchers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan penanganan tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar, apa saja program dalam membina tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pelaksanaan penanganan tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 6 (enam) orang yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Informan berasal dari pimpinan dan pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar, Pekerja Sosial, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) dan anak jalanan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data penelitian kualitatif. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinas sosial Kota Makassar dalam pelaksanaan penanganan tunawisma anak jalanan dan pengemis di Kota Makassar melakukan pendataan, pemantauan, pengendalian dan pemantauan serta melakukan kampanye dan sosialisasi. Program yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar adalah: pencegahan, tindak lanjut, dan rehabilitasi

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the response of respondents about emotional intelligence, employee performance, the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Sape District Office in Bima Regency. This type of research used quantitative study with a type of survey , data collection  used a sample of 54 people and 34 people who frequently interact with district officials. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, so that a sample of 88 was obtained. The results of this study  showed that the emotional intelligence of employees at the Sape District Office in Bima was categorized very high, as evidenced by an average value of 4.53, the performance of employees at the Sape District Office  Bima Regency was categorized very high, this was evidenced by an average value of 4.56, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sape District Office in Bima. This was evidenced by the value of 5.345 ≥ 1.662 and the significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.050. The performance of the employees at the Sape District Office in Bima Regency was 24.9%. While the remaining 75.1% was influenced by other variables  which was not researched in this study.

Abstract

The study aimed  to find out how much the relationship between organizational culture and employee professionalism at the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai Regency This study used quantitative with descriptive research type. These quantitative descriptive studies were methods for testing certain theories by examining the relationships between variables. The population and sample in this study were 35 people. Data collection techniques used  questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the calculated value was greater than rtable (0.992 0.344). Therefore, there was a very strong relationship to organizational culture and employee professionalism in the Tellulimpoe District Office in Sinjai District.

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on the Performance of the Civil Servants in the Secretariat of the Mamuju Regency of West Sulawesi Province. This research was associative in nature by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture with the performance of Civil Servants and explaining the influence of the variables examined using quantitative research methods. The data used were primary and secondary data and the unit of analysis was the civil servants at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat. The results of the data analysis had an influence between the variable X on the variable Y From the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient, the implementation of Organizational Culture influences the Civil Servants Performance in the Secretariat of DPRD Mamuju Regency. This was evidenced from the results of the calculation of correlation obtained t count that was equal to 7,036 and the level of relationship was high. Then from the results of these calculations it could be seen that the coefficient of determination was 42.5%
