Abstract

 Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (4) ) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (5) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional, Pedagogik, Keperibadian, dan Sosial secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey, dimana instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang telah diujicobakan serta memenuhi syarat uji validitas dan reabilitas. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, korelasi sederhana dan berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada di SMK N 1 Amurang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah random sampling dengan taraf 5% dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (2) terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (3) terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (4) terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang, (5) terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional, Pedagogik, Keperibadian, dan Sosial secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK N 1 Amurang. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Kinerja Guru                                                                                              Abstrack This research aims (1) to determine the influence of Teacher Professional Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (2) to determine the influence of Teacher Pedagogical Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (3) to determine the influence of Teacher Personality Competency on Performance Teachers at SMK N 1 Amurang, (4) ) to determine the influence of Teacher Social Competence on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (5) to determine the influence of Professional, Pedagogical, Personality and Social Competencies together on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang. The method in this research uses a survey research method, where the research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested and meets the validity and reliability test requirements. Data were analyzed using regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK N 1 Amurang. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% with a sample size of 65 people. The results of the research show that: (1) there is an influence of Teacher Professional Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (2) there is an influence of Teacher Pedagogical Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (3) there is an influence of Teacher Personality Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (4) there is an influence of Teacher Social Competency on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang, (5) there is an influence of Professional, Pedagogical, Personality and Social Competency together on Teacher Performance at SMK N 1 Amurang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keterampilan Mengajar Guru Dan Model Pembelajaran Hybrid Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMP Kristen Rurukan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII di SMP Kristen Rurukan, yaitu berjumlah 55 siswa. Sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik proposional sampling. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Teknik kuisioner (angket). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 33,3%; 2) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran hybrid learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 39,5%; 3) ada pengaruh antara keterampilan mengajar guru dan model pembelajaran hybrid learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 83,3%

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajar ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 54 siswa. Uji instrument yang di gunakan yakni uji validasi dan reliabilitasi. Variabel XI, X2 dan Y memiliki data yang normal. Uji hipotesis 1 dan 2 yang di gunakan yaitu : korelasi sederhana, Uji t dan Koefisien determinasi sedangkan Hipotesis 3 di gunakan Uji korelasi berganda dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna, Variabel lingkungan keluarga (X1) dan Variabel lingkungan sekolah (X2) memberikan pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap variabel minat (Y) sebesar 92% dan sisanya 8% di tentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Keluarga, Lingkungan Sekolah, Minat Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the influence of the family environment and school environment on students' interest in learning in the subject of economics class XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 54 students. The instrument test used is the validation and reliability test. Variables XI, X2 and Y have normal data. Hypothesis tests 1 and 2 used are: simple correlation, t-test and determination coefficient while Hypothesis 3 uses multiple correlation test and F-test. The results of this study obtained that there is an influence of the family environment and school environment on students' interest in learning in the subject of economics class XI SMA Negeri 2 Tahuna, Family environment variables (X1) and School environment variables (X2) have a very strong influence on the interest variable (Y) of 92% and the remaining 8% is determined by other variables that are not examined. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan media sosial dapat berpotensi dalam peningkatan serta apa saja faktor penghambat peningkatan UKM di Desa Karowa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan dialisis secara deskriptif sehigga dapat menggambarkan objek dan subjek sesuai keadaannya. Adapun objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Warga Desa Karowa sebagai pelaku UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan penggunaan media sosial untuk peningkatan UKM di Desa Karowa masih perlu ditingkatkan secara konsisten, pemberian waktu luang dalam pembuatan konten produk dan pemilihan media sosial yang tepat perlu dllakukan. Kata Kunci : Penggunaan Media Sosial, Peningkatan Usaha Kecil Menegah ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the use of social media can potentially increase and what are the inhibiting factors for increasing UKM in Karowa Village. This study was conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive dialysis so that it can describe the object and subject according to their circumstances. The object in this study is the Karowa Village Residents as UKM actors. The results of the study indicate that overall the use of social media for increasing UKM in Karowa Village still needs to be consistently increased, providing free time in creating product content and choosing the right social media needs to be done. Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the factors that influence students' learning motivation in the digital era, with a special emphasis on the crucial role of technology access and self-efficacy. Using a quantitative method with a correlational approach, this study involved 95 grade XI students at SMA N 1 Wori as a representative sample. Data were obtained through a questionnaire instrument that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results of the analysis showed that both technology access and self-efficacy had a significant influence on students' learning motivation, both partially and simultaneously. The resulting regression model indicated that 69.1% of the variability in students' learning motivation could be explained by the combination of these two factors. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of comprehensive efforts in increasing students' access to quality learning technology resources, as well as the development of pedagogical strategies that focus on strengthening students' self-confidence in their learning abilities. Thus, it is hoped that a conducive learning environment will be created to improve students' motivation and learning achievement in this digital era. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa di era digital, dengan penekanan khusus pada peran krusial akses teknologi dan self-efficacy. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, penelitian ini melibatkan 95 siswa kelas XI di SMA N 1 Wori sebagai sampel yang representatif. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen angket yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik akses teknologi maupun self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Model regresi yang dihasilkan mengindikasikan bahwa 69,1% variabilitas dalam motivasi belajar siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kombinasi kedua faktor ini. Implikasi dari temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya upaya komprehensif dalam meningkatkan akses siswa terhadap sumber daya teknologi pembelajaran yang berkualitas, serta pengembangan strategi pedagogis yang berfokus pada penguatan keyakinan diri siswa dalam kemampuan belajar mereka. Dengan demikian, diharapkan tercipta lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa di era digital ini.

Abstract

This study examines the consumptive behavior of students in the coastal regency of the Sangihe Islands, focusing on the socio-cultural and economic influences of their parents. Using a survey method with a questionnaire, data were collected from 413 high school students across various schools. The findings reveal that parental socio-cultural and economic factors significantly impact students' consumptive behavior. Additionally, external influences such as social media, advertisements, public figures, product branding, and peer expectations also play a substantial role. These insights are intended to help parents and educators better understand and address the dynamics of consumptive behavior among adolescents.

Abstract

The holistic learning strategy within the Merdeka Curriculum has not yet been fully effective, primarily due to the limited role of school leadership in fostering a collaborative and reflective learning ecosystem. Responding to this gap, this study proposes a Transglobal Leadership Model designed to support holistic learning aligned with the principles of Merdeka Belajar. The model integrates six core leadership intelligences (cognitive, emotional, moral, business, cultural, and global) positioning school principals as adaptive agents capable of navigating educational challenges in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era. Conducted in public high schools in Tomohon City, this qualitative study employed in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to examine how school leaders enact holistic learning values in practice. The findings reveal that collective behaviors namely awareness, commitment, and openness, are key drivers in optimizing holistic learning processes. These results broaden the theoretical landscape of educational leadership and offer strategic insights for strengthening principals’ leadership capacity within the Merdeka Belajar framework. However, the study is limited by its narrow geographical scope and exclusive reliance on qualitative methods, which do not statistically validate the relationships between variables. Future research should employ mixed-methods approaches to test the model’s validity and expand its applicability across diverse educational settings. The proposed model offers a leadership framework that is both globally adaptive and locally grounded, aligning with Indonesia’s educational transformation imperatives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) on high school students' 21st century economic competencies with learning engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design, the study involved 358 public high school students in Bitung City selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4. Results showed that AI (β = 0.364, p < 0.001) and AR (β = 0.498, p < 0.001) significantly influenced learning engagement, which in turn influenced 21st century economic competence (β = 0.654, p < 0.001). Learning engagement partially mediated the AI-competence (β = 0.238) and AR-competence (β = 0.326) relationships. The model explained 51.5% of learning engagement variance and 42.8% of 21st century economic competence variance. The findings resulted in a dual-technology competency development framework that integrates dual technology capabilities through direct and mediated pathways. Research implications emphasize the importance of differentiated learning technology implementation and teacher training that is responsive to the needs of AI-AR integration. The synergistic integration of AI and AR is proven to be a transformative catalyst in shaping students' competencies in the digital era.
