Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based learning media that visualizes the concept of solids of revolution interactively in Calculus courses. The application allows students to input mathematical functions, set integration bounds, choose the axis of rotation, and view 3D graphical outputs in real-time. The research uses a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 students, along with a user evaluation questionnaire. The results, analyzed using paired sample t-test, indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding after using the media. Most respondents also gave positive feedback regarding the interface, navigation, and usefulness of the web application in learning.

Abstract

The research explores the influence of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy on the financial performance of companies listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. In the face of fluctuating macroeconomic conditions post-COVID-19, the study emphasizes the importance of these financial decisions in shaping corporate outcomes. The objective is to provide empirical insights into how these factors contribute to the overall financial performance, particularly in an era of economic uncertainty. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a literature study design based on secondary data from journals, books, financial reports, and company annual reports. The findings reveal that companies making strategic investment decisions, particularly in technology and innovation, are more likely to experience improved financial performance, as seen in the case of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Furthermore, financing decisions, especially those managing a balanced capital structure, significantly impact profitability, with examples like PT Astra International Tbk leveraging debt effectively. Lastly, a consistent and balanced dividend policy contributes to strong investor confidence, thereby enhancing financial performance. The study concludes that companies can optimize their financial performance by carefully balancing investment, financing, and dividend decisions.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the human resource capacity of the Bantaragung Majalengka Tourism Village managers through training in creative content and digital marketing campaign strategies. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved participants through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The activities included training in digital content creation, social media management, and designing digital campaigns based on hands-on practice. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, with an average pre-test score of 58.0 increasing to 80.4 in the post-test, an increase of 38.6%. In addition, participants were able to produce more creative content and began implementing digital marketing strategies independently. The impact of implementation was seen in the increase in the tourism village's social media activity, including the number of posts, user interactions, and follower growth.
