Abstract

Distribusi bantuan sosial di Desa Sigong, Kabupaten Cirebon sering terkendala ketidaktepatan sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pengelompokan penerima bantuan sosial menggunakan algoritma K-Means dan metodologi Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD). Data sosial-ekonomi 500 keluarga dianalisis melalui seleksi data, praproses, transformasi, pengelompokan, dan evaluasi model dengan indeks Davies-Bouldin (DBI). Hasil menunjukkan dua klaster optimal dengan nilai DBI 0,614, yaitu klaster pertama (945 penerima) dengan kebutuhan rendah dan klaster kedua (139 penerima) dengan kebutuhan tinggi. Rekomendasi berbasis data dari klaster ini meningkatkan keakuratan distribusi bantuan yang lebih adil dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-Means dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk kebijakan sosial yang tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Kualitas dan kesegaran produk merupakan faktor penting dalam industri ritel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan potensi kerugian akibat produk yang tidak layak. Pendekatan manual sering kali tidak efisien dan subyektif, sehingga diperlukan solusi otomatis yang lebih akurat dan konsisten. Dalam konteks ini, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) ResNet50 terbukti efektif dalam mengenali pola visual pada gambar, termasuk mendeteksi perubahan visual seperti warna dan tekstur yang berkaitan dengan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan deteksi kesegaran produk menggunakan model CNN ResNet50. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari gambar produk segar, yang dibagi menjadi data pelatihan, validasi, dan pengujian. Proses penelitian mencakup pra-pemrosesan data, pelatihan model, dan pengujian untuk mengevaluasi kinerja model. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model CNN ResNet50 mencapai akurasi 84,43% dalam mendeteksi kualitas produk pada data uji. Akurasi ini menunjukkan kemampuan model untuk menggeneralisasi data baru dan mengurangi potensi kesalahan manusia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa CNN ResNet50 memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan dalam manajemen produk segar di industri ritel, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan meminimalkan kerugian akibat produk yang rusak atau tidak layak.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital banking technology requires improvements in service quality to remain competitive in the financial industry. Seabank Indonesia is one of the widely used digital banking applications, making sentiment analysis of user reviews an essential aspect of understanding their perceptions of the provided services. This study evaluates user sentiment toward the Seabank application by implementing the Naïve Bayes algorithm to optimize service quality. The research data was obtained through a web scraping process from the Google Play Store, totalling 1,000 reviews. The Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) approach was applied in the analysis, encompassing preprocessing stages such as cleaning, casefolding, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) representation. The classification model was built by splitting the dataset into 70% training and 30% test data. The evaluation results indicate that the developed model achieved an accuracy of 88%, with a precision of 95%, recall of 87%, and F1-score of 91%. An analysis of all reviews revealed that 70.5% were positive, while 29.5% were negative. These findings demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is effective in analyzing user sentiment and provides valuable insights for developers to enhance the quality of Seabank Indonesia’s services.

Abstract

Increasing waste production worldwide has become a serious environmental and social problem. Waste thrown into traditional landfills can pollute land and water, cause public health problems, and produce greenhouse gas emissions.  To overcome the issues above, in this research, a waste sorting machine will be designed that can sort organic and inorganic waste. This sorting is done automatically, a person only needs to put the waste into the machine, and then the waste will be separated according to its category.  The organic and inorganic waste sorting system consists of 5 sub-systems.  They are metal waste, glass waste, dry waste, plastic waste, and wet waste sorting.  The results of this study can produce a success rate of 66.7% in detecting the occupancy of the trash bin, 70% in sorting metal waste, and 44.4% in sorting glass waste.  The success rate in sorting wet waste is 40%, while in sorting plastic waste is 70%, and in dry waste is 90%.
