Cinta tanah air merupakan salah satu karakter yang sedang menjadi fokus pemerintah. Karakter cinta tanah air penting dikembangkan sejak dini agar generasi muda menjadi sosok yang tangguh dan kuat dalam menghadapi arus global. Cinta tanah air dapat dikembangkan melalui pemanfaatan budaya lokal yang merupakan bagian dari budaya bangsa. Kudus merupakans salah satu kota yang gencar mengenalkan keunggulan lokal. Melalui pengenalan keunggulan lokal Kudus harapannya rasa cinta tanah air generasi muda semakin kuat.Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi android APACINTAKU sebagai alat assessment karakter cinta tanah air berbasis keunggulan local Kudus untuk guru di SD 4 Dersalam. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dan pengembangan serta evalusi. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan teknik nontes yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah tersedianya aplikasi android APACINTAKU sebagai alat assessment karakter cinta tanah air berbasis keunggulan local Kudus untuk guru di SD 4 Dersalam

A teacher must have an ability to create innovative learning media so can increase understanding and motivation of learners . The purpose of this activities is to provide knowledge for teachers in SD 5 Bae about utilization of plastic and paper for innovative learning media. The target of this activities is to provide information and assistance to teachers in SD 5 Bae on the use of plastic and paper for innovative learning media. The method used in this activities is the interactive training and mentoring. The results of this activities is the teachers are able to design, create and practice innovative learning media from plastic and paper waste.

ASSISTANCE OF SCIENTIFIC WRITING PUBLICATION FOR TEACHERS IN SDN 5 KARANGBENER OF BAE SUBDISTRICT, KUDUS. Based on observations in one elementary school in SDN 5 Karangbener, Bae subdistric, Kudus found that for the last 5 years teachers in elementary school have not done publication of scientific papers. Teacher assumes that in compiling scientific papers and publishing them is difficult. In addition, the lack of creative ideas and innovation of teachers in preparing scientific work is also one of the things complained by some teachers in SDN 5 Karangbener. This is because the lack of information for teachers in the preparation of scientific papers and publications of scientific papers. With the accompaniment of the publication of this scientific work will help teachers develop their ability in preparing scientific work and to publish the findings of teachers as implementers of the government education system widely. This mentoring activity is expected to create scientific tradition and culture for teachers through the preparation of scientific works and publications of teachers' scientific works.

TRAINING OF HYPNOMATHEMATICS THROUGH POSITIVE WORDS FOR TEACHERS AT SD 4 BAE. Mathematics is known as a subject that plays an important role in the world of education. Mathematics is also a basic knowledge that students must have in order to be able to continue to a higher level. Mathematics in elementary school is known as a subject that many students don't like and fear because it is considered difficult. The emergence of fear and difficult assumptions in mathematics due to the lack of students are motivated to learn Mathematics. From the results of the observations, it was found that teachers tended to be less attentive to students who were not active in mathematics, teachers also did not respond well when students had difficulty learning mathematics, teachers used negative words and were more inclined to frighten students who experienced difficulties in learning mathematics, and the teacher does not give a positive response to student success. Based on these problems, the purpose of these service is to provide training in hypnomathematics through positive words. Provide training in hypnomathematics through positive words that are able to improve teacher skills in motivating students to learn mathematics.The target of this service is to provide knowledge and training to teachers at SD 4 Bae about using hypnomathematics through positive words to motivate students.The method used in this service is interactive training and mentoring. As a result of this service, SD 4 Bae teachers were able to improve their skills in motivating student learning during mathematics learning.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu (1) untuk peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru, (2) untuk peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa, (3) untuk peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini ialah SD 3 Gemulung Jepara. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, tes kemudian data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rata-rata keterampilan mengajar guru dari siklus I 2,27 (cukup baik) meningkat pada siklus II 3,21 (baik). Aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I 2,10 (cukup baik) meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 2,57 (baik). Kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pre-test hanya mencapai 53% meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 68% dan terus meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 84%. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan model Contextual Teaching and Learning berbantu blok pecahan pada siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Gemulung berhasil

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui hasil wawancara dengan guru terkait pemahaman konsep matematika, (2) mengetahui hasil observasi pembelajaran terkait pemahaman konsep matematika, (3) mengetahui hasil tes awal peserta didik terkait pemahaman konsep matematika. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri Rau Kedung Jepara Jawa tengah Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester genap bulan mei tahun 2018. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas V dan peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Rau yang berjumlah 22 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan guru, observasi, dan tes. Setelah mendapatkan data, dilakukan dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi dan pretest diketahui bahwa pemahaman konsep siswa masih rendah

The purpose of this study are (1) to analyze the improvement of problem solving abilities of fifth grade students before and applied contextual learning models based on local excellence, and (2) analyze the improvement of problem solving skills of fifth grade students before and apply the model to which contextual teaching based learning is applied local excellence. This research is a quantitative research with quasi-experimental design in the form of one group pretest posttest. Analysis of the data used in this study used the n-gain test. The n-gain trial which is used to study the improvement of problem solving abilities and skills in fifth grade students. Based on the results of the research that has been obtained, the results are (1) Contextual Learning based on local excellence, and (2) is a model of improving learning based on Class V problems before using the Contextual Learning model and using the Contextual Learning model based on local excellence.

Proses pembelajaran yang belum menerapkan model pembelajaran yang inovatif, guru masih kesulitan dalam mengajarkan matematika, dan guru masih mendominasi proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode ceramah. Sehingga siswa cenderung pasif, tidak memperhatikan penjelasan guru. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil prasiklus yang memperoleh 57,79 dengan kategori perlu bimbingan pada kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Perancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan pada kelas IV SD 5 Jekulo dengan subjek penelitian 29 siswa. Peneliti melaksanakan 2 siklus masing–masing siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan nontes. Analisis dataang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil yaitu: dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran teams game tournament berbantuan roda bangun datar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman kosep matematis siswa. Model pembelajaran TGT berbantuan roda bangun datar dapat melibatkan siswa secara aktif mengikuti pembelajaran, menuntut siswa untuk berpikir secara kritis, menyampaikan pendapatnya, menggali pengetahuan yang dimiliki dan dapat belajar sambil bermain sehingga pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan bagi siswa

ABK students are students who have different characteristics from students in general. One of the ABK is a slow learner. Slow learner students have a tendency to not be confident. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the “SI ECO†game to help slow learner students overcome the crisis of confidence. The purpose of this study to analyze the need for developing media of ethno-confidence “SI ECO†game for slow learner students. This research method is descriptive quantitative method. The subjects of this study were 2 teachers and 26 students. The data in this study are in the form of questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and document studies. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by percentage. The results of the questionnaire of slow learner students have confidence in the criteria of lack of confidence. The results of the student needs questionnaire showed that there was a need for slow learner students for learning media in the form of games with ethno content that could foster self-confidence. The results of interviews with teachers show that the availability of learning media that incorporates cultural elements is still very limited so that the development of learning media in the form of the ethno-confidence game "Si Eco" is needed for slow learner students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop the "SI ECO" ethno-confidence game for slow learner students.
