In the information era that is growing rapidly and increasingly advanced as it is today, the public's need for information is growing rapidly. Family libraries play an important role in meeting information needs, especially the information needs of library members. Although the scope of the family library is narrow because library members only consist of family members and/or family relatives, but with the existence of a family library, family library members can find their own information needs. Examine how to process library materials in the family library, namely the Efendi Family Library to facilitate users of the Efendi Family Library. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The object of this research is the cataloging system in the Efendi Family Library. This research was conducted from November 15 to December 6, 2021 at the Efendi Family Library. Bibliography regarding the increasing number of user information needs and various user characteristics, the bibliography is used as an effort to improve the quality of information retrieval quickly and accurately. Senayan Library Management system (SLiMS) is a web-based Open Source Software (OSS) to meet the needs of library automation from small to large scale. The utilization of the Senayan Library Management system (SLiMS) application at the Efendi Family Library has not been said to be optimal because it has not utilized the features contained in the Senayan Library Management system (SLiMS) application.

Keberadaan teknologi informasi, memberikan banyak sekali manfaat dalam menunjang aktivitas manusia, termasuk dalam bidang kepustakaan. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di perpustakaan atau biasa disebut otomasi perpustakaan merupakan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam bidang manajemen dan administrasi perpustakaan. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang banyak digunakan di perpustakaan Indonesia sebagai sistem otomasi adalah SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System). Untuk mengetahui mengenai sejauh mana pemanfaatan SLiMS dalam sistem otomasi perpustakaan, penelitian pun dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature view. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perpustakaan pribadi ‘Andalus Library’, terkait seberapa berdaya gunanya SLiMS 9 Bulian dan apa saja kendalanya. Untuk memulai mengelola perpustakaan pribadi, nyatanya tidak mudah, dikarenakan kurangnya sumber daya khususnya manusia. Sehingga bimbang dalam menentukan apakah proses pengelolaan dari perpustakaan sudah benar atau belum. Meskipun begitu manfaat penggunaan SLiMS yang begitu terasa adalah penggunaannya yang mudah untuk dipahami dan dapat mengefisiensikan waktu dan tenaga. Sedangkan kendala yang dialami lebih kepada kendala secara teknis. Secara keseluruhan, dari apa yang telah di dapat adalah bahwa jelas penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di perpustakaan, khususnya dalam sistem otomasi perpustakaan, sangat memudahkan dan memberikan banyak kebermanfaatan. Kendala-kendala yang dialami lebih kepada kurangnya penguasaan pengelola perpustakaan dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak SLiMS

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic requires all people to stop and shift all activities outside the home to be all online, including in the education sector. The distance learning system requires learners to adapt to this new learning pattern. The existence of a digital library helps all the information needs of users during the Covid-19 pandemic through its various services that provide easy access to information needed by the public effectively. The preparation of research is intended to determine the role of digital libraries in supporting learning and providing credible information to the public by analyzing research themes/topics, research methods, and research results. This study applies a narrative literature review type literature study method to five reference sources indexed in Google Scholar with a span of the last ten years. The results showed that digital libraries with various types of services they offer can maintain the quality of information circulating among the public and facilitate access to information so that the teaching and learning process, research and development of science becomes smoother and easier even during the Emergency of the Covid-19 pandemic. Research on digital libraries uses many types of research methods such as qualitative research methods, literature study methods, and Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methods. From the five references analyzed, it can be concluded that digital libraries can be used as a tool to find and obtain learning resources and relevant information during the Covid-19 pandemic. Digital library management requires reliable librarians as parties who distribute all information and knowledge into digital form.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires various fields to adapt. One area that has been affected is library services. Yogyakarta Muhammadiyyah University Library as one of the information service providers must make various adjustments so that it can still perform services effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the innovations made by the library of the Muhammadiyyah University Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive research with the process of collecting data through interviews. Data analysis in the form of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informant is a librarian from the Muhammadiyyah Yogyakarta library. The results showed that in adjusting library services to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Muhammadiyah University Yogakarta library made four innovations, namely offline services according to health protocols, online services using digital information technology in the form of websites and social media in helping users find the information needed, doing regular webinars, as well as collaborating between libraries. It is hoped that with these innovations the library can still perform services optimally.

The folk games are the one development of object culture to must to the preserve. The researcher has researched traditional games from science various. The purpose this research to know folk games research through content analysis in Garuda RISTEK-BRIN website. The research method use analysis content with qualitative approach. The data collection through literature study from 13 folk games research. Based on result analysis found 5 sub themes consist of architecture desain, the type of traditional games analysis, school teaching materials, song traditional games analysis, and traditional games transformation. The research based on publication year has various year publication. The experience of publication year ups and down after sorted using journal names from the initial letters of journal names a to s. The language used in this study uses Indonesian with differences in the writing of the title, the use of Indonesian English titles, Indonesian titles, and Indonesian English titles. The research 13 studies has 63 types of traditional games with the number of games reaching 77. Folk games from an area become a cultural representation of the area itself. Hopefully this research will provide benefits for the reference and development of the next folk game research.

Sunda dialect is a local dialect from West Java Province that has to preserve. One of the learning materials can be conveyed through storytelling. Roesdi djeung Misnem book is a classic Sunda book that contains Sunda tales. Pabukon Ngadongeng Community Book Corner provides service for this book to material storytelling. This research aims to know the Sunda storytelling book as cultural literature to children in Roesdi djeung Misnem book at Pabukon Ngadongeng Community Book Corner through analysis of story meaning, kind of storytelling, characterization reader, and storytelling as a learning language. The research method used a qualitative approach through a narrative literature review. Roesdi djeung Misnem book has 19 tales with 13 themes from the meaning story: prudence, working together, smartness, gratitude, stinginess, loving, self-measurement, arrogance, brave, trust, honesty, good attitude, and glorifying parents. This kind of storytelling consists of tales with animal and human characters. Animal tales total seven tales, and human figures tales total 12 tales. In characterization reader, Roesdi djeung Misnem book can be read to children over nine. Sunda tales in this book can train to learn the Sunda language. So, librarians or Managers of Community Book Corner can design Sunda dialect learning materials through storytelling as an activity for local dialect revitalization.

Preservation is a series of activities that include maintenance, care, preservation, and prevention of collection materials. The essence of the existence of preservation activities is to ensure that the information content is in a good condition to be used or accessed in an unspecified time. The purpose of this study is to determine the preservation activities carried out on collection materials at the IKOPIN University Library. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with 2 resource persons, namely the Head of the IKOPIN University Library and the user. Interviews and observations were carried out directly. The data analysis carried out is the data analysis model by Miles and Huberman which consists of 3 stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that the IKOPIN Library has carried out a series of preservation activities. The activities carried out were packaging books with plastic covers, bookbinding, cleaning book collections, transfer of collection materials, environmental control, temperature regulation, lighting regulation, hygiene monitoring, and awareness training on preservation activities. In the research conducted, it was also found that the factors causing damage to collections in the IKOPIN library were the main factors, namely book characteristics and human factors. The conclusion from the research is that the IKOPIN library has an awareness of the importance of preservation activities, therefore the IKOPIN library has carried out preservation activities both actively, passively, and preventively. The preservation implementation found 2 obstacles, namely in the field of HR (Human Resources) and the field of funding.

Preservation research at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten (Diperpuska) of Ciamis is needed to increase understanding of preservation activities and the methods used. To identify challenges and limitations faced to increase the effectiveness of the preservation process and realize the important role of preservation in maintaining the sustainable use of library collections. This study aims to explore preservation activities carried out by the Diperpuska of Ciamis. Research method used was a qualitative descriptive method which includes interviews, literature studies, and observations. Data analysis using interactive model data analysis techniques. The results showed that the Diperpuska of Ciamis carried out library material preservation activities through preventive activities by conducting collection education, environmental regulations, prohibitions and sanctions, as well as collection control and security. Then curative activities by carrying out periodic cleaning, weeding, maintenance, and fumigation. Finally, restorative activities by binding to library materials that have been damaged. Preservation activities carried out by the Diperpuska of Ciamis are to ensure that library materials can still meet the needs of the community in the Ciamis Regency area. Damage to library materials can be caused by internal and external factors. There are several obstacles in carrying out preservation activities such as the lack of supporting tools, special rooms, and human resources. It was concluded that preservation activities had been carried out by the Diperpuska of Ciamis by carrying out preventive, curative and fumigation activities and required additional facilities and professional staff so that preservation activities could be carried out more optimally.

Preservasi bahan pustaka merupakan kegiatan penting di perpustakaan.Tanpa preservasi, koleksi bahan pustaka menjadikurang terawat dan jika dibiarkan akan rusak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui layanan preservasi yang dilakukan Perpustakaan Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran belum menerapkan sistem preservasi secara menyeluruh, akan tetapi sudah melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan sederhana. Preservasi, konservasi, dan restorasi bahan pustaka sangat dibutuhkan perpustakaan. Perlu peran pustakawan dalam melaksanakan dan mengedukasi pemustaka. Tanpa adanya preservasi, konservasi, dan restorasi, koleksi bahan pustaka di perpustakaan lambat laun akan mengalami kerusakan dan menjadi tidak layak digunakan lagi. Evaluation of Collection Preservation in the Library of the Faculty of Animal Science, Padjadjaran University. Preservation of library materials is an important activity in libraries. Without preservation, the collection of library materials becomes poorly maintained, and if left unchecked, it will be damaged. This study aimed to determine the preservation services the Library of the Faculty of Animal Science, Padjadjaran University, carried out. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method uses interviews, observation, and literature study techniques. The results showed that the Library of the Faculty of Animal Science, Padjadjaran University, has not implemented a comprehensive preservation system but has made simple improvements. Libraries need preservation, conservation, and restoration of library materials. It requires the role of librarians in implementing and educating users. Without preservation, protection, and repair, the collection of library materials in the library will gradually suffer damage and become unfit for use again.

The quality of library services is regulated by the level of interest of visitors who come to a library, and the importance of improving library services to develop the library for the better. Like the collaboration carried out by the ITB Library with FPPTI to improve library services. This research aims to determine the collaboration between the Bandung Institute of Technology Library and the Indonesian Higher Education Library Forum in improving the quality of library services. Through an analysis of the impact felt by the Library and the Library Forum, the objectives of implementing the collaboration, and the results of the collaboration for both parties. This research study uses a qualitative approach to the case study method, through data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documents and literature studies with technical analysis of source data. The result of this research is to form a collaboration with the Indonesian Higher Education Library Forum through book grants, librarian training, improving service quality, and accreditation assistance to improve the quality of library services. The impact felt by the ITB Library is the increasing interest of visitors to use the service facilities in the library so that the library can be used as well as possible and on target. The results of this collaboration are increasing the quality of library services, increasing the library collection from book grants, and making it easier for library users to access library services, both digital and conventional. This collaboration has had a positive impact, and the Collaboration between the Bandung Institute of Technology Library and the Indonesian Higher Education Library Forum which has been running for more than 1 year can be said to be successful because it can improve library services. Keywords: Cooperation; College Library; Library Services ABSTRAK Kualitas Layanan Perpustakaan diatur oleh tingkat minat kunjung pemustaka yang datang ke sebuah Perpustakaan, pentingnya meningkatkan Layanan Perpustakaan untuk mengembangkan Perpustakaan tersebut menjadi lebih baik. Seperti halnya Kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan ITB dengan FPPTI untuk meningkatkan Layanan Perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kerjasama Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung dengan Forum Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia dalam meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan Perpustakaan. Melalui analisis Dampak yang dirasakan oleh Perpustakaan dan Forum Perpustakaan, Tujuan dilaksanakannya Kerjasama tersebut, dan Hasil dari Kerjasama tersebut untuk kedua belah pihak. Studi Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif Metode Studi Kasus, melalui Teknik Pengumpulan Data Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumen, dan Studi Literatur dengan teknis analisis data sumber. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah membentuk kerjasama dengan Forum Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia melalui hibah buku, pelatihan pustakawan, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, dan pendampingan akreditasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas Layanan Perpustakaan. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh Perpustakaan ITB yaitu semakin meningkatnya minat kunjung Pemustaka untuk menggunakan fasilitas Layanan yang ada di Perpustakaan sehingga Perpustakaan dapat digunakan sebaik mungkin dan tepat sasaran. Hasil dari Kerjasama tersebut yaitu meningkatnya kualitas Layanan Perpustakaan, menambah koleksi Perpustakaan dari hibah buku, dan memudahkan Pemustaka dalam mengakses Layanan Perpustakaan baik digital maupun konvensional. Dari dilakukannya Kerjasama tersebut mendapatkan dampak positif didalamnya, dan Kerjasama Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi Bandung dengan Forum Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia yang sudah berjalan lebih dari 1 tahun dapat dikatakan berhasil karena bisa meningkatkan Layanan Perpustakaan.
