Abstract

The digital revolution has encouraged the acceleration of digital transformation in the education sector, including at the elementary school level. This transformation requires policy adaptation to integrate technology effectively into the learning process. This study aims to analyze the literature that puts forward the digital policies implemented in primary schools globally, the impact on increasing access to digital education, and what factors affect the successful implementation of the policy. This article fills a gap in the literature that previously focused on learning outcomes without considering accessibility and equity. This article uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA procedure from 2015 to 2024. From various stages of exclusion, 52 articles were found in the Scopus database that followed the inclusion criteria and used the help of the VOSviewer application. The results of the analysis show that global digital policies in primary schools have a significant impact on increasing access to digital education. Approaches such as improved infrastructure, teacher training, and technology-based curricula have improved the quality of learning and reduced the digital divide. Increased access to digital learning has significantly impacted education systems in various countries. Success factors include government policies, technological infrastructure, educator capacity, user acceptance, and socio-economic support.

Abstract

Improving the quality of science education in schools remains a critical focus in finding effective teaching models that can integrate various disciplines. The challenges faced is the lack of student engagement in connecting scientific concepts with real-life contexts, as well as low levels of critical thinking and deep understanding of concepts. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the webbed integrated science teaching model and to explore its impact on students' ability to relate scientific knowledge to real-life contexts. This research employed the systematic literature review (SLR) method. This method is used by collecting and evaluating relevant research on a specific focus topic. Data collected and analyzed from 30 scholarly articles. The research instrument used is a literature assessment sheet. The data analysis technique employed is thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of the webbed integrated science teaching model has significant potential in enhancing the quality of science education. This model helps students connect information from various disciplines to real-life contexts.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to map the landscape of personalized learning in basic education through bibliometric analysis. The data used in this study was taken from the Scopus database, covering publications from 2004 to 2023. Using bibliometric analysis methods assisted by Vos Viewer, this research explores trends, publication patterns, and key topics that emerge in research related to personalized learning in elementary school level. The study results include 3 major theme clusters, namely Teachers, Schools and Learning Environment. Teachers, schools, and learning environments are three important pillars in a personalized learning approach, complementing each other to create meaningful learning experiences. The teacher acts as a key facilitator who designs learning methods according to the needs of each student. Schools provide policies, infrastructure and systemic support to support the implementation of personalized learning. The learning environment includes physical, social and technological components that encourage students to learn independently and collaboratively. Thoroughly understanding these three components is crucial for developing effective and relevant strategies in advancing personalized learning at the basic education level. Further exploration is needed on technological approaches in personalized learning, case-based research in specific schools, the role of feedback and teacher evaluation. These findings are important for understanding how learning innovations can be more effectively implemented in basic education contexts.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of learning resources that are not yet included in the independent curriculum and teachers' difficulties in finding relevant learning resources. The aim of this research is to produce teaching materials in the form of a digital encyclopedia of Kediri district local wisdom containing folklore, traditions, arts, typical clothing, tourism and typical food to develop valid, practical and effective fourth grade elementary school students' cultural literacy. This digital encyclopedia was developed in a structured manner involving analysis, planning, production and evaluation stages, guided by the Richey & Klein (2009) development model. The construction validation process resulted in a score of 90%, while material suitability validation was 89%. Both score results can be categorized as "very valid" for use. The process of analyzing the practicality of the extensive test stage obtained a teacher response score of 100% and a student response of 87%, so it can be said to be "very practical". The effectiveness analysis also shows that 96% of students at SDN Adan-Adan 2, totaling 17 students, succeeded in exceeding the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) with an average class score of 86. The use of digital encyclopedias is expected to provide easier and faster access to information, facilitating student-centered learning and supporting increasing students' cultural literacy through knowledge of the local wisdom of Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Based on the results released by the OECD in 2023, literacy in Indonesia has increased in rank but decreased in score. The biggest decline was in the field of science. Facts on the ground also show that students' ability in science literacy is still low. This is evidenced by data from the Regional Competency Test conducted in 2024. To overcome this, researchers try to provide alternatives in the form of developing microsite-based learning media to improve the science literacy skills of elementary school students. The research method used is R n D with the ADDIE model. The result is that microsite-based learning media to improve students' literacy skills in elementary school is feasible to use and preferred by students. With a good level of media feasibility, it is hoped that this microsite-based learning media can be used in learning and can improve the science literacy skills of elementary school students.
