Abstract

Memorization of the Qur'an is one of the important aspects of religious education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Tahfidzul Qur'an. This article aims to explain the efforts made by madrasas in increasing students' memorization of the Qur'an. The approach used includes the use of the Murojaah, Talqin, wahdah methods, the formation of a conducive learning environment, the application of motivational strategies, and close collaboration between madrasahs and parents. The implementation of these efforts aims to provide greater opportunities for MI Tahfidzul Qur'an students to memorize and understand the Qur'an well. Formation of a conducive learning environment is an important factor in increasing the memorization of the Qur'an. Madrasas create a supportive atmosphere, such as the use of a special room for tahfizh, the provision of adequate learning materials and facilities, as well as a structured schedule to optimize memorization time. In addition, madrasas also apply motivational strategies, such as giving awards to students who achieve achievements in memorizing the Qur'an. Through these efforts, the Madrasa MI Tahfidzul Qur'an is committed to increasing students' memorization of the Qur'an. The application of the Murojaah, Talqin, Wahdah methods, the formation of a conducive learning environment, motivational strategies, and close collaboration with parents are steps that play an important role in achieving this goal. With continuous efforts and continuous support, it is hoped that MI Tahfidzul Qur'an students can memorize the Qur'an properly and understand the messages contained in it.

Abstract

Innovations implemented at Nasima Elementary School (SD) Semarang to improve learning activities. These innovations include technology integration, relevant curriculum development, interactive teaching methods, and ongoing training for teachers. The aim of implementing this innovation is to create a more dynamic, interesting and effective learning environment so that students can reach their maximum potential. The use of technology such as digital devices and e-learning platforms has enriched students' learning experience and increased their participation. The curriculum is developed based on students' needs and interests through a project-based learning approach which helps in developing critical thinking and teamwork skills. Interactive teaching methods, such as group discussions and simulations, increase student engagement and develop their social skills. Continuous training for teachers ensures increased competence in teaching methods and use of technology. These innovations show how important adaptation is in education to improve the quality of learning at SD Nasima Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of the calligraphy extracurricular activity at MI Khurriyatul Fikri Pasuruhan Lor Kudus. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research approach, and, in line with the object of study, it is a field research. The focus is on the application of spiritual and tafakkur methods in the learning process. The subjects of the research are the students participating in the calligraphy extracurricular activity and the guiding teachers involved in the program. The first step in this research is to identify the role of spiritual and tafakkur methods in the calligraphy learning process. Subsequently, field observations are conducted to directly observe the implementation of these methods, along with interviews with teachers and students to explore their perceptions of the impact of the spiritual and tafakkur methods on the creative process and character development of the students. The data collected is analyzed descriptively, focusing on the impact of both methods on students' visual-spatial intelligence, emotional intelligence, and religious character development. The research results indicate that the spiritual method applied in the calligraphy extracurricular activity helps students to perceive each artwork as a form of worship and an expression of love for Islamic teachings. Meanwhile, the tafakkur method encourages students to think deeply and reflectively, so they not only focus on the aesthetics of the artwork but also understand the religious and philosophical values embedded within. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of spiritual and tafakkur methods in the calligraphy extracurricular activity has a positive impact on the development of students' religious character, emotional intelligence, and reflective abilities. Furthermore, this method also proves to enhance students' visual-spatial intelligence, in line with the basic principles of calligraphy art, which demand precision and deep contemplation. This study recommends that similar approaches be more widely implemented in other Islamic educational institutions to integrate art education with the spiritual development of students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by how to implement the Tahfidzul Qur'an extracurricular program at SD Darul Hikam Bandung in increasing the talents and interests of students. The purpose of holding the Tahfidzul Qur'an program is so that students can understand and know the importance of the ability to memorize the Qur'an. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a focus on principals, vice principals, and those in charge of extracurricular activities as research samples. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation and used data analysis in the form of content analysis. From the results of this study, it was found that the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an extracurricular program at SD Darul Hikam Bandung was carried out once a week, namely on Wednesdays and was carried out starting from the lower grades, namely grade 1 by memorizing chapters 30, and continued chapters 21 to 29 for upper grades. and the conditions that determine graduation at Darul Hikam Elementary School are by memorizing chapter 30. The parties involved in Tahfidz extracurricular activities are the school principal, vice principal, and extracurricular activities supervisor.

Abstract

Development of potential talents and interests through extracurricular activities is important to do, potential talents and interests of students can develop if the environment is supportive. Through extracurricular activities, students can develop their potential talents and interests, and can also develop cognitive aspects, affective aspects and psychomotor aspects so that students are more active and independent. What characterizes a school is its extracurricular activities, because in providing activities it is adjusted to the school's vision and mission, so that each school has different types of extracurricular activities. In the development of extracurricular activities, it is also supported by policies from the Education unit, the availability of coaches, and also the availability of facilities in infrastructure from the Education unit. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on how to develop potential talents and interests through extracurricular activities at SD Istiqomah Bandung. In conducting this research using qualitative, namely through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of this study, the development of students' talents and interests through extracurricular activities at SD Istiqomah Bandung was considered and developed properly.

Abstract

SD Istiqamah Bandung is an excellent elementary school located in the city of Bandung, West Java. This elementary school is famous for their superior products, namely one of the extracurricular programs held at SD Istiqamah Bandung. This study aims to determine how extracurricular activities are organized at SD Istiqamah Bandung, and how the teacher's role is in developing talents and interests in children through extracurricular activities. This study uses the teacher's role in guiding students' interests and talents. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely observing directly through observations, written notes while in the field, and documentation. Observations were made with the main focus, namely the role of teachers in extracurricular activities and also how the extracurricular activities themselves at SD Istiqamah Bandung. The participants involved are students who have achievements in several extracurricular activities, teachers and school staff. Extracurricular activities at SD Itiqamah Bandung include 2 types of extracurricular activities, namely general activities and religious activities. General extracurricular activities include: cinematography, archery, scouts, english club, ICT, karate, robotics, choir, and dance. While the religious activities are: tahfidz, qiroat, calligraphy, and small preachers. The teacher's role in extracurricular activities include: Giving affection (attention), Cooperation with parents, Provide training, Improve and motivate, Support extracurricular activities, Conduct assessments. Each major in extracurricular at SD Istiqamah Bandung has its own coaching, so that students can learn their interests and talents with more focus.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in improving mathematics learning achievement of fifth grade students at MI Negeri 7 Demak and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with interview, observation, and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted with teachers, principals, and two students with different achievements. Participatory observation was conducted in class, and data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model and thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that teachers have an important role as motivators, facilitators, and evaluators. Teachers apply varied learning strategies, provide ongoing motivation, and carry out systematic evaluations to increase students' interest and understanding of mathematical concepts. Individual approaches and the use of innovative learning methods have also proven effective in improving student achievement. However, this study identified obstacles such as limited facilities and infrastructure and high administrative burdens on teachers. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that optimizing the role of teachers can be achieved through increasing competence, supporting facilities, and collaboration between teachers, students, and parents as the main steps in improving students' mathematics learning achievement.

Abstract

The low learning motivation of fifth-grade students at MI Raudlotul Athfal in science learning is the background to this research, which is caused by conventional teaching methods and limited resources. The focus of this study is to describe the implementation and effectiveness of using creative learning media made from used materials to increase student learning motivation. As a crucial step, this qualitative study employed a field study method with 26 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through participatory classroom observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and the principal, and documentation analysis. The main findings indicate that the implementation of learning media on the human circulatory system made from used materials successfully transformed the classroom atmosphere into a more active, interactive, and enjoyable one. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm, paid more attention to explanations, and were motivated to engage directly in learning, having previously been passive. In conclusion, utilizing used materials as learning media is a highly effective and solution-oriented strategy, especially in schools with limited resources, as it has been proven to significantly increase student learning motivation by transforming abstract concepts into concrete ones. ABSTRAKRendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di MI Raudlotul Athfal dalam pembelajaran IPA menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini, yang disebabkan oleh metode pengajaran konvensional dan keterbatasan sarana. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi dan efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran kreatif yang dibuat dari barang bekas untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Sebagai langkah penting, penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi lapangan (field research) pada 26 siswa kelas V. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif di kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah, serta analisis dokumentasi. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa implementasi media pembelajaran sistem peredaran darah manusia yang dibuat dari barang bekas berhasil mengubah suasana kelas menjadi lebih aktif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, lebih fokus memperhatikan penjelasan, dan termotivasi untuk terlibat langsung dalam pembelajaran yang sebelumnya pasif. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran merupakan strategi yang sangat efektif dan solutif, terutama di sekolah dengan sumber daya terbatas, karena terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa secara signifikan dengan mengubah konsep abstrak menjadi konkret.

Abstract

Strategi merupakan sebuah cara atau pendekatan yang sangat menyeluruh dan sangat berkaitan dengan adanya pelaksanaan gagasan atau suatu perencanaan serta eksekusi dalam suatu aktivitas yang berada dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Dalam proses pembelajaran sarana dan prasarana sangat diperlukan dalam rangka menunjang kelancaran proses kegiatanya, sehingga pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sangat diperlukan oleh setiap sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan: (1) Strategi Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Di SD Al Masoem, (2) Perencanaan Peningkatan Sarana dan Prasarana di SD Al Masoem, (3) Peran pendidik dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran melalui sarana dan prasarana di SD Al Ma’soem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi pustaka dan Studi Hasil Pengamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, meliputi: (1) observasi partisipan, (2) wawancara mendalam, dan (3) studi dokumentasi.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran melalui Peningkatan Sarana dan Prasana terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang merupakan hasil dari kualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan dari pendidik kepada siswa di SD Al Masoem, Bandung, Jawa Barat
