Abstract

Kota Batu is threated by landslide disaster, based on data from BPBD Kota Batu in the period of January 1, 2016 to July 31, 2016, there have been 39 landslide events, with the value of material loss reached Rp. 2,836,000,000,00. Early detection system of landslide disaster that has been installed BPBD Kota Batu currently can not work optimally. As the result the sistem is not appropriated. To overcome these problems, this research proposes a solution of early landslide detection system based on 3D landslide WebGIS with real time monitoring system and spatial data visualization, in order to anticipate landslide disaster. Stage of software development using prototype model to guarantee software quality according to requirement of BPBD Kota Batu. Implementation phase is done by extraction of DEM data, then processing spatial data result of onscreen digitation BALITBANGDA Kota Batu, extraction of survey result data, building digitation, building 3D Map, and doing 3D Map visualization into WebGIS. The test method uses unit testing and sensor accuracy. Unit testing results show that all components of the program unit have the desired output results, so that all features can run well, while the sensor accuracy test results show a high degree of accuracy, so the data published by the system is valid.

Abstract

Regression analysis is a common method used to see the relationship between dependent and independent variable. Regression analysis has global properties and is applied to all sites observed. However, the condition of poverty and zakat in the districts / cities in the Province of East Java certainly has different characteristics, based on its geographic conditions, potential areas, socio-cultural circumstances and other things behind it, resulting spatial heterogeneity. Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) is the solution to create local regression. Shiny Web Framework from R software able to perform spatial regression analysis. R is an open-source tool Statistics that can be used to perform spatial regression data analysis and modeling. Shiny is a web-based framework for building web-based applications. This research builds a web-based application to perform spatial regression analysis and modeling with Shiny Web Framework. The data used in this research is zakat data and poverty of east java province. The results of this study produce WebGIS tool with 10 functional. While the result of spatial regression analysis using GWR method gives R-square value of 76%.

Abstract

Preserve culture is a cultural heritage that is material in the form of cultural heritage, the cultural heritage building, the structure of cultural heritage, the cultural heritage site, and the cultural heritage on the ground or in water that needs to be preserved the existence of it because it has significant value for history, religion, education, science and culture through the process of setting that have criteria in the form of unity or group who was at least less than fifty years, or on behalf of the style typical and representative of the style of at least fifty years. There are problems about the people's lack of awareness and knowledge of the importance of cultural heritage and values of culture. And the factor of the nature and theft that would eliminate the Preserve culture. One of the preservation that can be set is to make Geographic Information System (GIS). In this case as an object research is the temple and statue in Malang Raya (the city of Malang, Batu, and the District of Malang). Make GIS cultural heritage just not enough because the system the information will only display the location and information about the history of the site. Research is also using the method of 3D visual and gamification. Where's temple site and statue at each location will be used as a 3D model and history and information from each temple site and statue will be made in the game a quiz that will support GIS which was built. As a result of this research is a website based on a GIS capable of mapping the location of cultural heritage (the temple and statue) in Malang Raya, visualization of 3D models of every temple and statue, the game a quiz about the history of the temple and statue.

Abstract

Fertilization is one way to increase palm oil production. With such a crucial role, then an efficient usage of fertilizer could cut down production cost significantly. In order to ensure an efficient fertilization, a thorough analysis on plant's fertilizer needs along with looking after harvest results. Area analysis is possibly done by utilizing WebGIS-based GIS software which is easy to operate using precision farming approach in order to run in a long term. First step is to visualize palm oil plantation using processed image data in order to supervise, analyze, and plantation and ensure continuous production. Next, determining attribute data to analyze the need of fertilizer and match it with palm oil plant fertilization age table. It is expected that the result of this research could be of help for companies to know plant's exact and proper need of fertilizer in order to save cost and continuous increase in production that will meet harvest dates.

Abstract

Urban green space (RTH:Ruang Terbuka Hijau in Bahasa) is the spaces within the city or the wider region in the form of area/region as well as in the form of the area extend path gives the benefits of ecological, social, cultural, economic and aesthetic to urban environments. According to the Board Indonesian Forum for the Environment (Walhi) East Java by 2016, RTH in the Malang City, reaching only 2% of the territory of the Malang City. At this time many residents who have been demanding greater participation in establish public policy decisions that government affect. Malang is also the difficulty in finding RTH in the Malang City, only 3.6% of his only RTH is known in the Malang City. Geographic information system recommendation of public participation urban green space is one of breakthrough for community to participate in giving recommendation of RTH in Malang City. By utilizing LBS (Location Based Service) technology and Geotagging on the android device allows the community to provide recommendations RTH that desired of the community. This information system also helps the community in facilitating to find RTH in Malang city. So the government more facilitated in determining the development of RTH in Malang city.

Abstract

Malang is the second largest city in East Java, which has an annual increase of 9.98% or 81.934 people. Immigrants (visitors) as new residents are difficult to find gas stations as needed in the middle of traffic and lack of information about the location and the shortest route that can be taken. To overcome this problem, this research uses Geographic Information System (GIS) application based on web that can channel information about the path that can be taken to speed up the searching process by following the shortest route path using Dijkstra algorithm that has been produced. The methodology used in this research is literature study, data collection, application of Shorttest Bastpath, WebGIS development using Dijkstra Algorithm to calculate the shortest route, test and analysis of the application that has been built, and conclude the research result. The nearest route information can be obtained by using Dijkstra Algorithm to determine the closest distance of SPBU in Malang City. Recommendation to the visitor is done by giving checklist of SPBU feature based on survey result to 26 SPBU in Malang City combined with Dijkstra Algorithm. Applying Bastpath to Dijkstra's Algorithm by digitizing the provincial or national path (protocol road) in overlay with googlemap with roadmap map type obtained good accuracy.

Abstract

Batu City is a city famous for its tourism, therefore every year the population and the number of vehicles in Batu and surrounding areas continue to grow. This fact caused the traffic density in Batu City and its surrounding area to increase, this traffic density caused many problems, one of them is traffic accident problem. Currently there is no information system used to handle traffic accidents problem in Batu City. One solution that can be used is to build a geographic information system (GIS) that can identify the locations of the highest level of traffic accidents. Data used in the development of this system are coordinate data of traffic accidents location, the number of traffic accident victims obtained from Polres Kota Batu, and road network data. Data collected during the period of 2013-2016. GIS analysis was utilized Street Profile Analysis method to determine the progress of traffic accidents on a certain road segment. Meanwhile, to determine the level of traffic accidents Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) method was employed. The result of this GIS is a WebGIS that displays the locations of traffic accidents along with identification of locations that have the highest traffic accident rate. With this system, the location that has the highest traffic accident rate has been identified is on Jalan Raya Waturejo. While mapping the location of traffic accidents found a number of 26 points during the year 2013-2016. Black box testing test results of 100%. Then for compatibility testing results, the system can not run on Internet Explorer browser only. While for the results of testing UAT get results almost 88% for admin user and almost 90% for community users.

Abstract

One of the criteria in applying mobile navigation is the ability of mobile device to continuously monitor point of access from user, but in monitoring the point or the object always changes due to the movement of user. The changes occurring are known as split nodes. There is a method used to manage split nodes that is KNN search, but the performance is still not satisfactory. Another proposed method is the Voronoi Continuous K Nearest Neighbor (VCKNN) algorithm that uses the Voronoi diagram to help manage split nodes. The use of the VCKNN algorithm is supported by Dijkstra's algorithm in searching for split nodes within the Voronoi polygon. In this research will be done comparison between VCKNN and Dijkstra algorithm in managing split nodes. This is done to get algorithms that have the best performance in managing data on segmentation, runtime and split nodes. This research will take a study area of ​​Malang Raya. Selection of Malang Raya as a study area due to unstructured road network structure neat, so it can know the performance of the proposed algorithm. From this research, the results obtained using VCKNN algorithm occurs the performance improvement compared to Dijkstra's algorithm. Increased performance occurs due to the decrease in the number of split nodes produced. The decrease of split nodes that occur using the VCKNN algorithm based on the use of administrative boundaries sub-district as the interest point resulted in the decrease of split nodes by 92.4%. With the result of this research for Malang Raya road network condition, VCKNN algorithm yield satisfying result.

Abstract

Sleman District is one of the largest areas affected by the eruption of Merapi Mountain. According to interviews with Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) of Sleman Regency, Merapi Mountain is predicted to erupt anytime in the near future. Some conditions that support it among others the activity of lava is still high, the lava is increasingly reaching the surface, the lava pipe used as a lava exit and hot steam has been enclosed by hardened lava. Currently, BPBD does not yet have any data related to areas affected by eruption in each year in the form of maps. This data can be used as data for disaster mitigation and predict the large of areas that may be affected in the event of another eruption. To obtain the data, supervised classification technique will be used by using Semi Automatic Classification Plug-In (SCP) from Quantum GIS application. This technique is used for mapping erupted areas in Sleman District by defining polygon training data. Then the results of the mapping will be displayed by using Web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS), so it can provide the mapped results properly and clearly for users. WebGIS architecture is divided into 3 layers, i.e. Client Layer, Service Layer, and Support Layer. Based on the mapped results, it was found that the eruption of 2010 was an eruption that had the greatest impact with the area of 3.309,55 ha and the percentage of 47.6%. While the accuracy test results obtained the accuracy is 92% and the precision is 86.2%, which means that the mapping results have high accuracy and precision.

Abstract

Land use and land cover is important in understanding the human activities with the environment. Trenggalek regency agricultural potential is a potential that support the economy. Development in the trade industry sector is also increasing the lead to endangerment of the availability of agricultural land if it is not managed properly. Endangerment of food resistance, loss of livelihood of farmers and the loss of agricultural infrastructure is an example of the impact of conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural. The need for geographic information and updates are very important in land management and field operations. In this study constructed a mobile GIS application for the analysis land cover and land use in Trenggalek regency. This application is built using hybrid technology with HTML5, CSS and javascript. In this research will help to provide information about land use and land area of ​​the period 2014, 2015 and 2016 and also information of farmland protected area regulations or Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B). This study uses a semi-automatic classification plugin (SCP) is a Quantum GIS plug-in to process and classify satellite image data. Satellite imagery used include sentinel-2 2016, Landsat-8 in 2015 and 2014. Spatial data that are already classified will be exported and displayed on mobile devices android and ready to used as a reference in the field operations. With the information directly from mobile device expected governmental Trengggalek easier to manage land for future development and Trenggalek people also more selective in choosing and using the land.
