Abstract

Organizational culture is a system of values, beliefs and habits in an organization that interact with the structure of its formal system to produce norms of organizational behavior. The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously determine the variables of organizational culture, position placement and motivation for the work performance of PT. BPR Bank Bantul. The method used in this study is using quantitative methods. The sempel retrieval technique used simple random sampling and obtained sempel as many as 98 employees of PT. BPR Bank Bantul. The results of this study show that the variable Organizational culture (X1) does not have a significant effect on job performance (Y). The position placement variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on job performance (Y). The motivation variable (X3) affects work performance (Y). Organizational culture, position placement and motivation simultaneously affect the work performance of PT. BPR Bank Bantul.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta, dan (3) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR 1,848 < t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0,072 > 0,05; (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR 2,770 > t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0,008 < 0,05; dan (3) beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR; 3,014 > t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0, 004< 0,05. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Affective Commitment and LeadershipTrilogy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Intrinsic Motivation as an interveningvariable for members of the Ditreskrimun POLDA DIY. This research method uses quantitativedescriptive by using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. In this studyusing a simple random sampling technique, namely the sample is taken at random and eachmember of the sample has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 78 questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, so my hypothesis is accepted. The trilogy leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Affective commitment has no positive and significant effect on OCB with a significance level of 0.407 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. The trilogy leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, so hypothesis IV is accepted. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a significance level of 0.0014 <0.05 (p<0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Affective commitment to OCB with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 (p <0.05), then hypothesis VI is accepted. The trilogy of leadership towards OCB with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 (p <0.05) means that hypothesis VII is accepted. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pada pegawai PT Rosalyne Contractor dan Furniture Yogyakarta.Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Rosalyne Contractor dan Furniture Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 60 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan uji R2 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Secara bersamaan budaya kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap disiplin kerja.

Abstract

So that organizational goal can be achived  employee performance is an important think that needs attention. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee performance by using Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. The subjects in this study were educational staff at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta.  The sample used was 121 respondents. Determination of the number of samples using the Krejcie-Morgan method. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique. The analysis tool used in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS), namely SEM which is based on variance with SmartPLS software. From the test results, the results were obtained: 1) Transformational Leadership Style affects Innovation Performance; 2) Compensation does not affect innovation performance; 3) Motivation Affects innovation performance; 4) Leadership style affects OCB; 5) Compensation has no Effect on OCB; 6) Motivation affects OCB; 7) OCB Affects Innovation Performance. The advice that can be given is the need to involve educational personnel in the implementation of activities at ISI Yogyakarta which can foster a sense of responsibility in each employee.Keywords: Compensation, Innovation performance, Motivation, OCB, Transformational leadership

Abstract

The research aims to analyze: (1) the effect of competence on performance, (2) the effect of compensation on performance, (3) the influence of non-physical work environment on performance, (4) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of competence on performance, and (5) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of compensation on performance. This research is quantitative with a survey method. The data collection uses a questionnaire with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis methods are descriptive and inferential. The results of the study for significance of 5%: (1) competence influences performance with P Values = 0.001, (2) compensation influences performance with P Values = 0.033, (3) non-physical work environment has no effect on performance because P Values = 0.168, (4) non- physical work environment does not moderate the effect of competence on performance because P Values = 0.797 and Original Sample (O) = 0.038, (5) non-physical work environment does not moderate the effect of compensation on performance because P Values = 0.325 and Original Sample (O) = -0.099.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, leadership, on work ethic and determine the effect that occurs indirectly on job satisfaction which acts as a mediator in Hotel Sartika. The method used in this research is quantitative. Primary data from a questionnaire with 50 respondents using the saturated sample method, where all members of the population will be sampled. The validity and reliability tests were used by researchers to test the quality of the data, with data analysis. The techniques used were the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and sobel test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, this shows that compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on work ethic, leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on work ethic, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction job, satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on work ethic. Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat terpengaruh oleh sumber daya manusia, karena hal tersebut merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam tercapainya tujuan dari suatu organisasi. Mengingat betapa pentingnya sumber daya manu-sia sebagian besar organisasi rela mengeluarkan modal yang besar agar mereka mempunyai SDM yang berkompeten di bidang masing-masing. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi pada PT. BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda). Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan semua karyawan tetap pada PT. BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda). Sampel penelitian adalah 90 responden, dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini dil-akukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dan diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Metode dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang didukung dengan uji t dan uji f serta uji asumsi klasik diantaranya terdapat uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingknngan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap OCB, motivasi krja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dan kepuasan kerja berpengarh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Serta secara simultan variabel lingkungan kerja, motivesi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpangaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di PT. BPR Bank Bantul (Perseroda).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan pengaruh secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan  deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 karyawan, dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi berganda sebesar r = 0, 718 berarti hubungan antara motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan berada pada kategori kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut diperoleh sebesar 71,8%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa besarnya kontribusi ketiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 71,8%, sedangkan selebihnya 28,2% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Adapun hasil uji F dapat diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 80,776 > 2,70 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there has been a digital transformation of financial behavior in the use of fintech by micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia with the Covid-19 Pandemic. The study used a population of SMEs in all provinces, while the sample collected was 84 SMEs from 19 provinces in Indonesia. Data analysis using variance-based SEM with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software tools. The results show that the Covid-19 pandemic has an effect on SMEs (old behavioral intention) in using fintech, and this is a strengthening of the influence on new behavior in using fintech (new behavioral intention). Meanwhile, the New Normal policy also has a positive and significant effect on the current behavior of using fintech (new behavioral intention). As for the new normal as a moderating variable, old behavioral intention to new behavioral intention has no significant role, this is because before the new normal, many SMEs used fintech. Suggestions for SMEs to continue to take advantage of fintech in carrying out their business activities to avoid the impact of Covid-19 and the smooth running of their business.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v25i1.4954
