Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a positive behavior in organizations that is the main goal of many organizations, OCB can be improved by various factors such as the role of spiritual leadership, always motivating employees and improving organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of spiritual leadership, motivation, organizational culture and OCB. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sample technique of 46 respondents as primary data, using a questionnaire and processed using SPSS version 26. The findings in this study indicate that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, but motivation and organizational culture have no significant positive effect on OCB.

Abstract

Work effectiveness is an activity that humans usually carry out both physically and spiritually to achieve a result in accordance with the work that has been determined. Several factors that can increase work effectiveness include teamwork, compensation and work ethic. This research aims to examine the influence of teamwork, compensation and work ethics on the work effectiveness of civil servants at the Bantul district social service. This research is quantitative using saturated sampling, namely the population of the Bantul Regency Environmental Service. Data collected through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The results of this research show that Teamwork, Compensation and Work Ethics have a significant positive effect on Work Effectiveness. Teamwork, compensation and work ethics have significant implications for work effectiveness in an agency or organization

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital leadership style and work motivation on employee performance through work discipline as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative in nature using Non-Probability sampling technique, with a sample of 50 employees who have worked for more than 2 years at Super dazzle Gejayan. The results showed that digital leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect as a mediator of work motivation on employee performance. The implications of this research are, if work discipline is improved, it will improve employee performance, for further research, it can add the dependent variable work environment to find out whether the work environment will affect employee performance and can also use compensation variables.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat diartikan sebagai upaya untuk menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia, yang mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip operasional dan praktik bagaimana mengolah atau mengelola orang untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja terdampak oleh beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan yang dimoderasi Ambidexterity, Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan sebagian pegawai memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar serta pekerjaan yang sangat melelahkan. Kurangnya sikap membantu rekan kerja, kurangnya sikap sukarela melakukan kegiatan ekstra di tempat kerja, kurangnya motivasi yang diberikan organisasi, kurangnya kepuasan peraturan yang berlaku di organisasi, kurangnya toleransi antar rekan kerja, serta adanya temuan bahwa karyawan membuang-buang waktu di tempat kerja dan keterlambatan datang tepat waktu. Penelitian ini menggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ekslanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai rumah sakit. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 65 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah inner model dengan metode bootstrapping. Sedangkan alat analisis yang di gunakan adalah uji instrumen dengan SPSS Versi 23 dan pengujian data dengan software SmartPLS Versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 3) kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 4) Ambidexterity memoderasi beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

From an organizational point of view, work-life balance has become very important in today's working environment, and organizations have begun to consider various variables that affect well-being and employee performance. Using work satisfaction as a mediating variable, the current study investigates the relationship between WLB in an insurance broker company and QWL, job participation, and organizational climate. Quantitative data collection was performed, respecting the multi-indicators and multi-parameters nature of the variables, while the analysis was carried out using the PLSSEM software. The results indicate that WLB is significantly influenced by QWL and organizational climate, while job involvement does not show any impact. Moreover, job satisfaction, positively affected by QWL and organizational climate, does not directly influence WLB. These findings are an indication that the organization needs to prioritize enhancing QWL and fostering a positive organizational climate in most ways if it is to promote WLB and satisfaction among its employees effectively. This research found that improving the quality of work-life and organizational climate is an important factor in fostering work-life balance, especially in sector insurance brokering.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta telah mengembangkan aplikasi Nglarisi dalam menunjang kota Yogyakarta menjadi smart city atau kota cerdas dan sebagai strategi keberlangsungan peningkatan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan warga Kota Yogyakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua Kelompok Gandeng Gendong di Kota Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 298 kelompok Nglarisi di Kota Yogyakarta dengan total anggota sebanyak 2.466 orang dengan jumlah sampel 772 anggota yang berstatus miskin. Penelitan ini menggunakan Teknik sample random sampling untuk menentukan jumlah samplenya. Sedangkan cara pengambilan datanya menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan 2 metode yakni kuntitatif dan kualitatif. Kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS sedangkan kualitatifnya menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui sejumlah 76,8% masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta mengetahui adanya layanan wifi public yang disediakan oleh Pemkot Yogyakarta, adanya wifi public dinilai sangat efektif dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Namun, fenomena positif wifi public tersebut juga membawa kendala/hambatan bagi para pengguna yang tidak dapat mengakses layanan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Kinerja Berbasis Beban Kerja Dan Konflik Kerja Dengan Mediator Stres Kerja. Stres adalah faktor umum yang sewaktu-waktu dapat dialami oleh manusia, khususnya pekerja. Studi ini berupaya untuk menganalisis beban kerja dan konflik kerja karyawan di PMI Kota Yogyakarta dengan mediator stres kerja. Studi diterapkan melalui eksplanatori, dimana pendekatan kuantitatif terletak pada sampel berjumlah 77 informan dengan metode sensus. Mereka di interview dengan kuesioner tertutup. Pengujian instrumen diterapkan melalui metode korelasi bivariate Pearson untuk menguji validitas dan Cronbach’s Alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas. Hasilnya, kami menemukan jika beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan pada stres kerja sedangkan konflik kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan pada stres kerja. Temuan lain mempresentasikan bahwa beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan konflik kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan, dan stres kerja justru berdampak negatif tidak signifikan. Hanya dua hubungan yang pengaruhnya telah terbukti signifikan dan stres kerja tidak memberikan efek mediasi yang searah sesuai usulan hipotesis.Kata kunci:Beban Kerja; Konflik Kerja; Mediasi; Stres Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan  Abstract: Analysis of Workload Based Performance And Work Conflict With Job Stress Mediators. Stress is a common factor experienced by humans at any time, especially workers. This study attempts to analyze the workload and workconflict of employees at PMI Yogyakarta City with work stress mediators. The study applies an explanatory method with quantitative approach and census technique using a sample of 77 informants. The participants are interviewed with a closed questionnaire. For the instrument testing, Pearson's bivariate correlation method is used to test the validity while Cronbach's Alpha is applied to test the reliability. The result shows that the workload has an insignificant positive effect on work stress while the work conflict has a significant positive effect on work stress. Another finding shows that workload has an insignificant positive effect on the employee performance while the work conflict has a significant positive effect but work stress has an insignificant negative impact. Only two relations have a significant effect and work stress does not provide a direct mediating effect according to the proposed hypothesisKeywords:Workload; Work Conflict; Mediation; Job Stress; Employee performance

Abstract

Abstrak This study objectives to analyze the motivation work, compensation and innovative behavior influnce the employee performance. Using quantitative research with saturated sampling technique with multiple regressionan analysis with classical assumption test to analyse the data with normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test. The result shows (1) work motivation has a positive effect 0.024 <0.05 significance value, means the greater the work motivation, the better the performance employee. (2) compensation has a positive effect with 0.048 <0.05 significance value, which is the greater the compensation given, the better the employee's performance. (3) innovative work behavior has a positive effect with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, that mean the better the innovative work behavior implemented, the better the employee's performance. (4) work motivation, compensation and innovative work behavior simultaneously influence employee performance with F value 65,741 and a significance value 0.000 <0.05, which means the more work motivation, compensation and innovative work behavior increases, the better the employee's performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini dijalankan yang bertujuan memberikan pengujian dan mencermati bagaimana pengaruh dari kompensasi, motivasi kerja serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang bekerja sebagai perangkat desa wilayah Kecamatan Ngluwar. Kemudian studi berikut sendiri menerapkan jenis penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode probality sampling dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Populasi penelitian 105 pegawai dan sampel sejumlah 83 responden. Penghimpunan data dijalankan melalui pembagian kuesioner serta dibantu oleh aplikasi IBM SPSS V25. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwasanya variabel kompensasi (X1) menghasilkan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Kemudian untuk variabel motivasi kerja (X2) juga menghasilkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Begitu pula dengan variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) yang turut menghasilkan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Secara keseluruhan, variabel-variabel tersebut secara simultan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

The Yogyakarta Social Welfare Education and Training Center is currently facing challenges in optimizing employee performance due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To answer these problems, researchers conducted a study to analyze the impact of work ethic, work culture, and motivation on employee performance allowance at the center. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and two test tools, namely validity test and reliability test, were used to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the questionnaire. The analysis used indicator tests, hypothesis testing, and Patial Least Square (PLS). The hypotheses proposed and tested include the positive influence of work ethic, work culture, and motivation on employee performance benefits and employee performance itself. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between these variables and employee performance, indicating that improving work ethic, work culture, and motivation can result in better performance and better performance allowance for employees at the center.
