Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Managerial Ownership, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Growth Opportunity on dividend policy in the consumer goods industry listed on the 2015 IDX. -2020. The population in this research is the industry in the Consumer Goods Sector during the 2015-2020 period. With a purposive sampling method from 15 industries. . Documentation is used as a data collection method. The study data were analyzed using a panel data regression approach with a significance level of 0.05 using STATA 13 software. This analysis shows that CR has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, whereas KM, DER and GO have no significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior and risk perception on interest in stock investment in students of management program Faculty of Economics and Business National University. This research is sourced from primary data obtained from respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The research sample was 100 respondents with the method used was simple random sampling method. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are data analysis techniques used in this study with the STATA Statistics version 16 program. The results show that financial literacy and financial behavior variables have a positive and significant effect on investment interest, while risk perception does not and does not significantly affect investment interest in management study program students, Faculty of Economics and Business, National University

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial technology and income on financial behavior (Case Study of a Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Business at a Private University in Jakarta). This type of research is quantitative research in which the research subject is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of a private university in Jakarta. While the object of research is financial behavior which is influenced by financial literacy, Financial Technology, and income. With the sample size taken as many as 40 respondents. The results of this analysis show that financial literacy has a significant influence on financial behavior. So it can be concluded that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on financial behavior. Financial Technology has a significant influence on financial behavior. So it can be concluded that financial technology has a positive and significant influence on financial behavior. Income has a significant influence on financial behavior. So it can be concluded that income has a positive and significant influence on financial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence return on assets (ROA) in the automotive and component sub-sector companies. There are four factors tested, namely, working capital turnover (WCTO), company size, current ratio (CR), and debt to equity ratio (DER). The automotive sub-sector companies that make up the population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2011-2020 period. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, obtained from a population of 13 companies into nine companies as a sample. Proof of the results was carried out by means of panel data regression analysis through STATA 16. Data processing showed that the results were only CR which did not significantly affect ROA. While the WCTO is positively significant, firm size and DER have a significant negative effect on ROA. Suggestion, due to the variation in results, future researchers need to do research in a longer term.

Abstract

Through the implementation of a budget refocusing policy, budget absorption in the administration of state finances during the COVID-19 epidemic in Indonesia has led to dynamic issues with the public finance system. Using a normative methodology and the aid of government policy tools, this study intends to explain and analyze the execution and effects of budget refocusing policies during the COVID-19 epidemic in Indonesia. Using secondary data from books, journals, articles, internet searches, and papers released by the Ministries of Finance, Home Affairs, and Statistics, the research method employs a qualitative descriptive literature analysis. This study may show that fiscal decentralization was used as a strategic policy to guide the implementation of budget refocusing measures during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia that attempted to hasten the pandemic's handling. It has implications for fostering economic growth from efforts to slow the growth rate of government consumption spending, personnel spending, and the existence of a social safety net program that affects the realization of spending on goods and services both in collective and individual consumption expenditures as a result of the budget refocusing policy related to the state revenue and expenditure budget as well as the regional revenue and expenditure budget.

Abstract

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government during the Covid-19 pandemic tried to overcome economic problems by taking a policy of refocusing activities and reallocating the budget. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in this case through instructions from the Ministry of Home Affairs is also required to refocusing activities and reallocating the budget through changes in the REGIONAL BUDGET. In this study, we analyzed and provided solutions for the formulation of policies for refocusing activities and reallocating the budget of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a narrative descriptive qualitative method with various litertaurs. The results of this study show that there are variations in changes in the APBD in refocusing activities and budget reallocation caused by several things, especially the absence of clear guidelines in refocusing activities and budget reallocation. In dealing with these problems, solutions that can be implemented by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Government is to create a kind of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that contains limits in the scope of the budget and activities that must be reduced, supplemented, or readjusted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence good governance and internal control have on the perception of financial managers performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) Office of DKI Jakarta Province. In this study, a sample / population of 100 respondents was used with the method used is a simple random sampling method. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are data analysis techniques used in this study with the STATA Statistics version 16 program. Based on the results of this study, it was found that variables of good governance and internal control are very influential in financial management at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

Changes in marketing behavior from conventional to digital are not matched by the existence of MSME players who use digital marketing, even though MSMEs are believed to be able to spur the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is the hope for MSMEs to develop into centers of economic power. Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for MSMEs in developing their business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media, which require a lot of money and are much more complicated, are no longer a major concern for MSMEs because of digital marketing. City Parks around the Jatiasih Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) Toll Road, Bekasi City, have great potential to be developed in supporting recreational and sports activities and activities for the community if the existing programs at the regional government in particular can be followed up jointly. by local government, administrators, communities, and universities. Management and community awareness of the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and safety of City Parks around the Jatiasih Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) Toll Road, Bekasi City needs to be carried out because management and community participation are considered low.
