Abstract

This activity is motivated by the role of entrepreneurship through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which is one of the cornerstones of the Indonesian economy besides cooperatives. To overcome unemployment, the Bekasi City Government (Pemkot) accelerates the growth of MSMEs, by providing free facilities or permits to MSME actors and coaching to MSME actors. The problems faced by MSMEs are marketing difficulties, limitations in innovation and technology, especially limitations in compiling simple bookkeeping. In this activity, training will be given to MSMEs in the Jaticempaka Village regarding business ethics, bookkeeping of financial transactions, marketing of goods and services, product packaging and labeling, and taxation (E-Filing). With simple bookkeeping training for MSMEs, it contributes to how to arrange bookkeeping between income and expenses, so that it can simplify the process of recording cash flow and performance obtained by MSMEs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Efektivitas Iklan Digital Terhadap Minat Pembelian Tiket Masuk pada kalangan Generasi Y dan Z, di Desa Penglipuran Bangli, Bali. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif,alat pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrument penyebaran kuesioner,sampel yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin kepada 100 wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Desa wisata penglipuran.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala likert dan di analisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS.Teknik pengujian penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas hasil yang memiliki nilai pada rentang 0,572–0,798 untuk variabel x dan 0,704–0,924 untuk variabel y.Uji reabilitas memiliki nilai cronbach’s alpha untuk variabel x adalah sebesar 0,810 dan variabel y adalah sebesar 0,912. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan Iklan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dan Iklan digital memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan dapat menarik minat Generasi Y dan Z dalam minat pembelian. Dengan demikian, promosi yang paling efektiv dalam menarik minat pembelian tiket masuk ke desa wisata Penglipuran Bangli, Bali adalah melalui iklan digital instagram, youtube, dan online advertising.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Fee Audit, Opini Audit, dan Audit Delay terhadap Auditor Switching pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang dan Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data sekunder laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sektor industri barang dan konsumsi periode 2015-2020. Dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik biner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial ditemukan bahwa Fee Audit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Auditor Switching, Opini Audit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Auditor Switching, Audit Delay tidak berpengaruh terhadap Auditor Switching.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on Stock Price in Healthcare sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange fot the 2016-2020 period. The population of this study includes 23 health sector companies lised on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 13 companies. This study uses secondary data on the form of financial statements that meet the criteria, data obtained from the Indonesia stock exchange website which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. Data analysis using the STATA 16 computer program. The results of this study indicate that the Return on Assets variable has a positive and significant effect on stock price of health sector companies. The variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices of health sector companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Earning Per Share in Pharmaceutical Companies. The source of this research data uses secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports on the www.idx.co.id site. The financial reports observed are the financial statements of pharmaceutical companies for 2014-2020. The data of this study were analyzed on 10 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In taking the sample for this study using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using a T test that has been processed in STATA 16 to test the regression coefficients. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Current Ratio had a negative and insignificant effect on Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin had a positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share, and the Debt to Equity Ratio had a positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Earning Ratio, and Dividend Payout Ratio on the Price Book Value of Hotels, Restaurants, and Tourism Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The data source of this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the IDX and from the company's website. The research sample was 20 companies with the method used was purposive sampling method. The research data analysis technique used panel data regression analysis using the STATA 16 program. The results showed that partially there was a significant positive effect between Debt to Equity Ratio and t Price Book Value, partially there was an insignificant positive effect between Price to Earning Ratio and Price Book Value, partially there is an significant negative effect between Dividend Payout Ratio and Price Book Value. Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Earning Ratio, and Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously have no significant effect on Price Book Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen melalui brand image produk kecantikan di Aplikasi Sociolla. Sumber dan data penelitian menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner, data penelitian ini diberikan kepada 87 responden. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian secara parsial ditemukan bahwa brand image berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli, persepsi harga berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan digital marketing terhadap tingkat penjualan melalui persepsi harga UMKM Industri Kreatif Makanan dan Minuman di Kecamatan Pancoran Jakarta Selatan saat pandemi covid-19. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner kepada 100 reponden Pelaku UMKM Industri Kreatif Makanan dan Minuman Kecamatan Pancoran Jakarta Selatan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi harga. Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi harga. Kualitas produk berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan. Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the liquidity ratio at PT. Bank Central Asia for the 2018–2022 period, the solvency ratio at PT. Bank Central Asia for the 2018–2022 period, and financial ratios at PT. Bank Central Asia based on analysis of liquidity and solvency ratios for the 2018–2022 period. The method of this research is a qualitative method. The results of this discussion are the analysis of financial ratios at Bank Central Asia Tbk in 2018–2022 which are summarized as follows. The conclusions reached are: Using the indicators Quick Ratio, Banking Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio, and Loan to Deposit Ratio reveals financial conditions that tend to change from time to time, with the result that the amount of the loan given is less than the amount of cash deposited by depositor. Solvability ratio analysis conducted by Bank Central Asia Tbk for the 2018–2022 period shows that the Primary Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio indicators tend to decrease, making it difficult for banks to manage losses that occur during each period. It can be concluded from all the analyzes of the Liquidity Ratio and Solvency Ratio that have been carried out that the analysis of the financial performance of PT Bank Central Asia for the 2018-2022 period has experienced a significant increase Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Ratio

Abstract

This study aims to determine Service Quality, Brand Image and Price Perception of IM3 Prepaid Card on Customer Satisfaction in Central Jakarta. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and uses the SPSS version 21 program. The results show that there is an influence between Service Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) based on t count 3.769 > t table 1.660 and sig value 0.000 < 0.050. For variable Brand Image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) based on t count 4.339 > t table 1.660 and sig value 0.000 <0.050. For the price perception variable (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y) based on t count -1.109 > t table 1.660 and sig value 0.027 < 0.050. Partially or simultaneously have a strong influence among the three most significant variables is the variable Brand Image (X2) of 0.000. Among the three variables whose results are significant are the Brand Image (X2) variable with a t-count value of 4.339 > t table 1.660 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.050, and the Service Quality variable (X1) with a t-count value of 3.769 > t-table 1.660 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.050. The results of this study expect the better the brand image of the IM3 Prepaid Card in the eyes of consumers, the higher customer satisfaction can increase Brand Image (X2) and Service Quality (X1) which can support customer satisfaction.
