Abstract

This study investigates the impact of workplace digitalization on human resource (HR) innovation within the context of Industry 5.0. While Industry 4.0 empha- sized automation, Industry 5.0 highlights the synergy between advanced tech- nologies and human-centric practices. To analyze this relationship, a survey was conducted involving 150 HR professionals across multiple industries in Indonesia, focusing on the adoption of digital HR tools and innovative practices. The findings reveal that workplace digitalization has a positive and significant ef- fect on HR innovation (β = 0.52, p < 0.01), particularly in recruitment, digital training, and performance management. However, barriers such as employee resistance and cybersecurity risks negatively moderate this relationship. This re- search contributes to the literature by linking digital transformation to HR prac- tices in the Industry 5.0 era and offers practical implications for managers in improving organizational readiness through digital HR innovation.

Abstract

The objective assessment system and guiding assessment can be accessed online, but the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial still using the local network and not connected with the others. The trial appraisal system that was not mutually integrated made the examiner a little difficult. This is because as technology advances are utilized as well as possible by educational institutions in this case namely universities to be used in a comprehensive session of thesis students or final assignments. Then it is necessary to develop the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial. The research was conducted using the method of observation, interviews and literature studies to maximize this research. The researcher directly examines the congregation assessment system which still uses the local network to analyze how the system works so that when carried out development does not change the existing system flow. Interviews were also conducted by researchers to collect data from existing speakers, namely the board of examiners. Then the author searched the list of previous studies that are appropriate so that repetition does not occur. After the development of the examiner's assessment system along with the finalization of the session and making the system integrated with each other so as to facilitate the examiner chairman to use it in determining whether or not students are declared eligible to pass a comprehensive trial or not. This proved that the system that had been developed greatly helped the process of the trial.

Abstract

In Indonesia, in practice, it is known that carrying out business and trade through electronic media or e-commerce, such as through online shopping applications, such as Shopee, TokoPedia, BukaLapak, and OLX, has the risk of violating the law and rights, both violations of the law and the rights of sellers and buyers. , as well as to business actors, the fact is that the Tokopedia application was lost due to theft of consumer data carried out by irresponsible parties, which happened in the case of Decision 235/PDT.G/ 2020/PN.JKT.PST, which in this case It is known that there has been theft of consumer data using the Tokopedia application. The aim of this research is to provide legal protection for consumers regarding personal data in e-commerce applications, and to formulate the legal responsibility of e-commerce business actors for theft of consumers' personal data. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical research method. The materials studied are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Then the results obtained in this research are based on the analysis carried out by researchers. The responsibility of e-commerce business actors regarding the security of consumers’ personal data is often ignored by the government, and it is not uncommon for e-commerce business actors to escape legal responsibility, even though it is clearly known that data Consumers’ personal privacy being stolen can of course result in many things, such as misuse of data for general fraud purposes, debt and receivable fraud, and other problems which of course can be detrimental to consumers, in this case the public in general. The issue of legal protection of personal data has not yet received special attention from either the government or law enforcement officials.

Abstract

This research aims to explore appropriate strategies for Islamic education organizations in facing global challenges. The globalization of education has brought major changes in education systems throughout the world, while technological advances, the challenges of multiculturalism, and global competition are some of the key issues faced by Islamic education organizations in facing the dynamics of educational globalization. Therefore, the management of Islamic education organizations must have the skills to face these challenges and maintain high quality in Islamic education. This research utilized a library research approach. Researchers conducted a literature review, observing writings and sources related to the research issue. Data collection was carried out by searching for sources from various media such as books, journals, and related research. Data obtained from literature observations were analyzed using an interactive qualitative approach. The data analysis process includes steps such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that an effective approach to facing global challenges involves improving quality, innovation, cooperation, understanding the challenges of multiculturalism, and increasing human resource capacity. These steps are expected to help the management of Islamic education organizations maintain the quality and relevance of education in the face of changes in the globalization of education.

Abstract

Pengawasan orang tua dalam proses belajar anak di rumah memiliki peran yang sangat penting, tidak hanya dalam aspek akademik, tetapi juga dalam pembentukan karakter anak, khususnya sikap jujur dan amanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk pengawasan orang tua dalam proses belajar anak di rumah serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan sikap jujur dan amanah pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Dusun Lendang Telaga, Desa Wajageseng, Kecamatan Kopang. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas orang tua dan anak usia sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan orang tua dilakukan melalui pendampingan belajar, pengaturan waktu belajar, serta pemberian nasihat dan keteladanan. Penanaman sikap jujur dan amanah dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan orang tua, serta komunikasi yang intensif. Adapun kendala utama yang dihadapi orang tua adalah keterbatasan waktu dan pemahaman dalam mendampingi anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengawasan orang tua yang dilakukan secara konsisten berperan signifikan dalam membentuk sikap jujur dan amanah anak dalam proses belajar di rumah.

Abstract

The rapid growth of cloud computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has accel- erated digital transformation in business organizations while increasing concerns related to data security and sustainability. Ensuring secure and sustainable digital transformation has therefore become a strategic priority in the current digital economy. This study aims to examine the role of cloud computing and AI in supporting secure and sustainable digital transformation in business operations. This research adopts a quantitative approach by collecting survey data from 300 organizations that have implemented cloud computing and AI technologies. The data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate the relationships between cloud computing adoption AI capability digital security and sustainability performance. The results show that cloud computing adoption has a significant positive effect on secure digital transformation. AI capability also significantly enhances digital security and operational sustainability. Furthermore the integration of cloud computing and AI strengthens organizational readiness for sustainable digital transformation. The findings indicate that organizations leveraging both cloud computing and AI achieve higher levels of digital security and sustainability compared to those adopting these technologies independently. This study provides empirical evidence that integrated cloud and AI strategies are essential for achieving secure and sustainable digital transformation and offers practical implications for managers and policymakers in designing technology driven business strategies.
