Abstract

Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan menjamin perlindungan hukum bagi dokter tenaga kesehatan agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahan medik dalam menangani pasien, sekaligus pasien mendapatkan perlindungan dari suatu tanggungjawab rumah sakit dan dokter tenaga kesehatan (Tutik, 2010). Salah satu indikator untuk menilai mutu suatu pelayanan kesehatan adalah dengan tersedianya rekam medis yang lengkap dan akurat. Tanpa kelengkapan dan keakuratan rekam medis menimbulkan kesan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan tidak berlangsung semestinya dan sulit membayangkan fakta aktual yang terjadi ini di sebabkan rekam medis merupakan kumpulan segala kegiatan para pelaksana kesehatan yang ditulis dan digambarkan atas aktivitas mereka terhadap pasien (Indar, 2010). Rekam medis merupakan bukti tertulis tentang proses pelayanan diberikan oleh dokter dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya kepada pasien. Rekam medis berisi tentang data sosial pasien, riwayat penyakit, pemeriksaan, diagnosis, pengobatan dan tindakan medik lainnya. Dari pernyataan di atas maka rekam medik sudah seharusnya memuat informasi yang cukup mengenai pasien, diagnosa, dan alasan penetapan diagnosa.

Abstract

The objective assessment system and guiding assessment can be accessed online, but the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial still using the local network and not connected with the others. The trial appraisal system that was not mutually integrated made the examiner a little difficult. This is because as technology advances are utilized as well as possible by educational institutions in this case namely universities to be used in a comprehensive session of thesis students or final assignments. Then it is necessary to develop the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial. The research was conducted using the method of observation, interviews and literature studies to maximize this research. The researcher directly examines the congregation assessment system which still uses the local network to analyze how the system works so that when carried out development does not change the existing system flow. Interviews were also conducted by researchers to collect data from existing speakers, namely the board of examiners. Then the author searched the list of previous studies that are appropriate so that repetition does not occur. After the development of the examiner's assessment system along with the finalization of the session and making the system integrated with each other so as to facilitate the examiner chairman to use it in determining whether or not students are declared eligible to pass a comprehensive trial or not. This proved that the system that had been developed greatly helped the process of the trial.

Abstract

In Indonesia, in practice, it is known that carrying out business and trade through electronic media or e-commerce, such as through online shopping applications, such as Shopee, TokoPedia, BukaLapak, and OLX, has the risk of violating the law and rights, both violations of the law and the rights of sellers and buyers. , as well as to business actors, the fact is that the Tokopedia application was lost due to theft of consumer data carried out by irresponsible parties, which happened in the case of Decision 235/PDT.G/ 2020/PN.JKT.PST, which in this case It is known that there has been theft of consumer data using the Tokopedia application. The aim of this research is to provide legal protection for consumers regarding personal data in e-commerce applications, and to formulate the legal responsibility of e-commerce business actors for theft of consumers' personal data. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical research method. The materials studied are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Then the results obtained in this research are based on the analysis carried out by researchers. The responsibility of e-commerce business actors regarding the security of consumers’ personal data is often ignored by the government, and it is not uncommon for e-commerce business actors to escape legal responsibility, even though it is clearly known that data Consumers’ personal privacy being stolen can of course result in many things, such as misuse of data for general fraud purposes, debt and receivable fraud, and other problems which of course can be detrimental to consumers, in this case the public in general. The issue of legal protection of personal data has not yet received special attention from either the government or law enforcement officials.

Abstract

Informed consent memberikan perlindungan hukum proporsional dari pihak pasien dan setiap berkas rekam medis yang tidak lengkap seperti tidak adanya tanda tangan dan nama terang dokter, diagnosis dan kode diagnosis belum terisi atau belum tertulis, dan riwayat perjalanan penyakit belum terisi dengan lengkap, maka hal ini akan dapat menyebabkan terhambatnya proses pengajuan klaim kepada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent pada poliklinik bedah umum pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Provinsi NTB. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian pada pengisian review identifikasi kelengkapan pada 4 item pada variabel kelengkapan 100% lengkap, kelengkapan formulir pada review laporan penting diketahui tingkat kelengkapan tertinggi yakni pada 5 item yakni 100% lengkap, kelengkapan terendah terdapat pada item alternative & risiko, pemberian produk sebanyak 77,5%, kelengkapan formulir informed consent pada review autentifikasi diketahui untuk tiga item 100% lengkap, kelengkapan terendah terdapat pada item nama terang saksi sebanyak 38,2%, kelengkapan formulir informed consent pada review pendokumentasian yang bener, diketahui untuk tingkat kelengkapan tertinggi pada item penulisan diagnosa 100%, tingkat kelengkapan terendah pada item keterbacaan yakni 12,4%.

Abstract

This research aims to explore appropriate strategies for Islamic education organizations in facing global challenges. The globalization of education has brought major changes in education systems throughout the world, while technological advances, the challenges of multiculturalism, and global competition are some of the key issues faced by Islamic education organizations in facing the dynamics of educational globalization. Therefore, the management of Islamic education organizations must have the skills to face these challenges and maintain high quality in Islamic education. This research utilized a library research approach. Researchers conducted a literature review, observing writings and sources related to the research issue. Data collection was carried out by searching for sources from various media such as books, journals, and related research. Data obtained from literature observations were analyzed using an interactive qualitative approach. The data analysis process includes steps such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that an effective approach to facing global challenges involves improving quality, innovation, cooperation, understanding the challenges of multiculturalism, and increasing human resource capacity. These steps are expected to help the management of Islamic education organizations maintain the quality and relevance of education in the face of changes in the globalization of education.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global e-commerce, businesses are compelled to undergo digital transformations to remain competitive. This study delves into the digital business transformation journey of Shopee, a prominent player in the e-commerce realm, focusing on its integrated strategy amidst the global market. Despite extensive research on digital marketing, there remains a gap in comprehending how digital marketing strategies, customer experience, technological innovation, and digital marketing engagement synergize within the context of Shopee’s digital ecosystem. This study aims to address this gap by analyzing the interplay between these variables and their impact on digital marketing engagement. Employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 4, the research scrutinizes key variables, namely Digital Marketing Strategies, Customer Experience, Technological Innovation, and Digital Marketing Engagement. The analysis is supported by insights synthesized from academic literature, industry reports, and empirical data. The findings provide valuable insights into how the integration of digital marketing strategies, technological innovation, and customer experience contributes to strengthening digital marketing engagement within Shopee’s platform. This study offers important implications for practitioners and scholars navigating the complexities of digital business transformation. However, while acknowledging the significance of these findings, it is important to note the study’s limitations, including sample size and potential biases inherent in self-reported data. Nevertheless, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on digital marketing strategies by offering a nuanced understanding of the multifaceted dynamics shaping the global e-commerce landscape.
