Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pergeseran paradigma dalam tradisi tukar cincin sebagai ikatan perkawinan di Kecamatan Ma’rang, Kabupaten Pangkep, perspektif hukum Islam. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis perubahan tradisi tukar cincin, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pergeseran tersebut, serta tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap praktik ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan dari literatur, buku, serta perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi tukar cincin dipengaruhi budaya modern dan diterima sebagai simbol adat untuk mempererat hubungan keluarga. Meskipun bukan bagian dari ajaran Islam, tradisi ini sering dilakukan untuk wanita. Namun, pemberian cincin emas kepada pria bertentangan dengan syariat. Tradisi ini berkembang dari bentuk sederhana menjadi lebih modern, sehingga perlu disesuaikan dengan nilai agama dan tidak dijadikan kewajiban. Modernisasi menggeser tradisi ini dari fokus nilai agama dan keluarga menjadi simbol materialistik. Sebagian masyarakat menerima tradisi ini, sementara yang lain menolaknya karena bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam. Dalam pandangan Islam, tukar cincin tidak diwajibkan dan hanya diterima jika sesuai syariat. Oleh karena itu, edukasi diperlukan agar masyarakat memahami hukum Islam dan menjaga tradisi ini tetap sederhana serta sesuai nilai-nilai agama.

Abstract

Terdapat dua set AC di ruang server Universitas Raharja, yang peralatannya dikendalikan dengan sebuah saklar sehingga dapat dinyalakan dan dimatikan secara manual. Selain itu, peningkatan pengendalian kualitas AC ternyata belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. . Sistem ventilasi jarak jauh/udara (udara). Ini dapat digunakan untuk membuat prototipe sistem hidup/mati berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan sensor inframerah. Sistem otomatis ini menggunakan ESP-32 sebagai mikrokontroler yang dilengkapi dengan sensor infra merah KY-005 (transmitter) dan sensor infra merah KY-022 (receiver). Inframerah berguna untuk mengirimkan sinyal kode on/off ke perangkat AC. Pada aplikasi Blynk untuk Android, mikrokontroler ESP-32 menyalakanperangkat AC dengan mengirimkan sinyal kode infra merah ke perangkat AC. Aplikasi Android juga menyediakan kontrol hidup/mati manual untuk perangkat AC dan tombol daya di aplikasi Android. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ventilator dapat dikontrol secara otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan menggunakan tombol on/off aplikasi Blynk di Android. Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that cause the emergence of online nikah siri online and its impact from the perspective of maṣlaḥah (benefit) and maḍarrah (harm) in Islamic family law. Using a field-based qualitative research method, data is obtained through interviews and documentation, then analysed through interviews and documentation, then analysed systematically. The results show that this service ignores the legal provisions in Law Number 1 Year 1974 and risks harming women and children, especially in the rights to maintenance, inheritance, and post-divorce legal protection. The implications of these findings emphasise the need for strengthened regulation and supervision of online nikah siri, as well as increasing public awareness of the importance of marriage registration. of marriage registration. In addition, a legal policy reform that is not only repressive but also preventive is recommended, legal policy reforms that are not only repressive but also preventive, such as the simplification of marriage registration proceduresprocedures for marriage registration. Thus, this research contributes to recommendations for the government, law enforcement and religious institutions to improve legal protection for families in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kafa'ah means being equal, balanced, and compatible. This abstract discusses the importance of the principle of Kafa'ah in marriage, particularly in the context of choosing a spouse who is compatible in social, moral, and economic aspects. Kafa'ah is recognized by scholars from the four Islamic schools of thought, each with different views on its application. The Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali schools emphasize different aspects of religion, lineage, social status, and economics. The author also highlights the practice of Kafa'ah among the Habaib (Ahlul Bayt), especially in preserving the lineage of the Prophet Muhammad, where a Syarifah is expected to marry a Sayyid to maintain the family lineage. Although Kafa'ah in marriage aims to preserve household harmony, marriages are still considered valid even if the couple is not equal in lineage. In Indonesia, organizations like Rabithah Alawiyyah play an important role in preserving the traditions and welfare of the Alawiyyin community, including in matters of Kafa'ah lineage. This research examines the views of the Habaib on Kafa'ah lineage as a primary condition for the marriage of Sayyid and Syarifah.

Abstract

This research examines social facts related to marriage dispensation before and after the enactment of Law No. 16/2019 at the Sidenreng Rappang Religious Court. The focus of the research is on the factors causing the increase in marriage dispensation applications and the response of law enforcers in the religious courts. The method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach and case study method. The results showed that after the enactment of Law No. 16/2019, which raised the minimum age of marriage to 19 years, there was a significant increase in marriage dispensation applications at the Sidenreng Rappang Religious Court. The main factors influencing the high number of applications include family economic conditions, low levels of education, strong local social and cultural norms, pregnancy outside marriage, and lack of supervision and education from parents. In addition, fear of violating religious norms and a desire to maintain the family's reputation are also important reasons for marriage dispensation applications. Despite various education and socialization efforts by the Sidenreng Rappang Religious Court, the effective implementation of the minimum age of marriage still faces challenges due to deep-rooted social and cultural factors in the community. This study recommends the need for increased legal education, strengthening the role of parents, and synergy between agencies to reduce marriage dispensation.

Abstract

Penanganan COVID 19, total kasus positif di Indonesia sebanyak  3.774.155 kasus, dari angka tersebut 3.247.715 orang dinyatakan sembuh, dan meninggal dunia 113.664 orang. Daya tahan tubuh yang rendah menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya laju penularan covid-19. Kuatnya imunitas tubuh merupakan salah satu cara untuk menghindari infeksi virus COVID 19¬_Delta. Peningkatan antibody terhadap pathogen dapat dibentuk dengan mengkonsumsi dari jamu yang terbaut dari tanaman empon empon. Jamu herbal merupakan salah satu pilihan sebagai pengobatan alami untuk memperkuat imun tubuh masyarakat karena bahan baku yang mudah didapat, dan bisa dibuat sendiri. Tujuan  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini di harapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dengan membuat jamu instan untuk meningkatkan imun tubuh secara mandiri. Metode plaksanaan, kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Torongrejo, Kecamatan Junrejo, Kota Batu. Metode pengambilan sampling data menggunakan metode Participation Action Research (PAR) dan analisis data memakai likert. Parameter yang diambil adalah persepsi masyarakat mengenai obat tradisional, Respon i masyarakat dalam budidaya tanaman rempah dan pemanfaatannya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan masyarakat respon terhadap pembuatan jamu instan, masyarakat menjadi  terampil  dalam mengolah rempah rempah disekitar rumah sebagai obat herbal alami. Masyarakat mengetahui tentang manfaat dan pentingnya pelestarian tanaman obat.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of strengthening the legal understanding of underage marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock for students in Parepare City. Consisting of two problems: what is the context of the impact of changes in the marriage age law due to pregnancy out of wedlock, and what is the reaction to the rejection of child marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock for students in Parepare City? The research method is field research through a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses data analysis with theories of legal change and social inequality. The results showed that students generally understand the context of the impact of changes in marriage age law to protect against the occurrence of underage marriage due to pregnancy out of wedlock with a very high risk. The reaction to the rejection of underage marriage due to extramarital pregnancy has built a paradigm to protect the rights and welfare of children, prevent forced marriage, and avoid adverse health and social risks.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam pengobatan TB paru sering kali berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat, yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara efektivitas pengobatan pasien TB paru dengan tingkat kepatuhan minum obat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada populasi pasien TB paru yang menjalani pengobatan OAT (Obat Anti Tuberkulosis) di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Responden merupakan pasien yang telah menjalani pengobatan selama enam bulan saat pengambilan data dilakukan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan korelasi antara kepatuhan pasien dan efektivitas pengobatan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,670 dan tingkat signifikansi < 0,005. Hasil ini mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara tingkat kepatuhan pasien dan efektivitas terapi pengobatan TB paru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan OAT untuk mencapai hasil terapi yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the contextualization of rights and justice through exceptions in the counterclaim of marital property lawsuits in the Religious Court of Pinrang. The research method used is normative-legal qualitative research, with a document study to analyze Decision Number 703/Pdt.G/2021/PA Prg. Data analysis is conducted using legal enforcement theory and rights and justice theory. The research results indicate that maximizing exceptions in marital property lawsuits in the Religious Court of Pinrang ensures the protection of rights and justice for all parties involved in society. The context of responses, replies, and rejoinders during the examination of marital property cases is essential to respond to the claims and clarify disputes in society to safeguard the rights and justice of both the plaintiff and defendant. Exceptions in legal enforcement during the examination of cases allow the plaintiff and defendant to assess the validity of claims in the conventional lawsuit, while exceptions in the counterclaim provide an opportunity for the defendant to protect their rights and justice during the proceedings of marital property cases.

Abstract

Formal Islamic education is mostly accomplished with a cognitive verbalistic approach, focused on mastering fragmental conceptual knowledge with the context of its practical application. This phenomenon occurs because many students are not involved in community activities, even though religious education needs inherent guidance and supervision from family and adults in their surrounding environment. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of community-based religious learning in improving student learning outcomes. Data were collected by observing learning practices at schools, mosques/musholla, and majlis ta'lim (recitation) around students' residences. Interviews were conducted with Islamic Education teachers, while documentation studies were carried out on the assessment of test and non-test results. The results showed that community involvement specifically aims to provide awareness to parents and the wider community to actively participate in the learning process within the limits of their respective powers. Community involvement in these activities is welcomed and seen as a valuable acknowledgment of their participation. Community empowerment has become a complementary solution, hence, learning outcomes tend to increase. Further studies should be carried out with a contextual and comprehensive approach
