Abstract

The community service team of faculty members and students from STMIK Mardira Indonesia has executed a project to manage activities and finances at Al-Muhajirin Cijerah Mosque. The team concentrated on creating a web application that incorporates essential elements, like a login page, dashboard, financial data, and a Friday prayer schedule. The primary objective of this project is to improve efficiency and transparency in the management of mosques, namely for the Mosque Management Committee. The approach entails advancing information technology and training mosque managers to optimize the application’s use. The result of this project is the effective execution of the Mosque Activities and Financial Management Website Application. This tool enables mosque managers to manage daily operations and oversee financial matters more efficiently. This community service initiative has substantially enhanced the management of Al-Muhajirin Cijerah Mosque by implementing information technology. It is anticipated that these measures can be enhanced and persist in delivering sustainable advantages for the mosque and its community.

Abstract

In today's digital age, a territorial payment system is essential to drive local economic progress. Cimahi, as the economic center of West Java, has a great opportunity to develop more open and inclusive payment methods today. However, many people, both those who live there and those who have just arrived, experience limitations in accessing transactions digitally. Most transactions in MSMEs are still done in cash, which hinders the growth of small businesses and limits payment flexibility. The research method in this study uses a qualitative method of a case study approach, through a literature review of digital information media information data. Case study research is carried out to gain a deeper understanding of a condition and the meaning of an object that is the object of research. Case studies are analyzed from the results of business start-ups. The results of the study show that users can save balances, make digital payments at local merchants, transact more efficiently and profitably, and have wide cooperation potential. This platform allows companies and local governments to work together to encourage local economic growth, thus becoming a prototype for the development of local MSMEs. Abstract

This study focuses on enhancing the delivery routes for a logistics firm, a courier and logistics service provider, which is undergoing rapid expansion in Indonesia.  The substantial rise in delivery volume has presented numerous challenges, particularly regarding route efficiency.  Inefficient routes result in time wastage, increased operational expenses, and reduced client satisfaction due to delivery delays. This research employs the Bellman-Ford Algorithm, recognized for its capacity to handle graphs with negative weights and efficiently determine the shortest paths.  This algorithm was selected for its ability to provide precise solutions in complex scenarios, such as within the vast and dynamic delivery network of the logistics firm.  This method is implemented through the creation of a web-based application designed to optimize delivery routes in real-time. The application is expected to reduce both time and delivery expenses while simultaneously enhancing customer satisfaction through the timely arrival of items.  This research significantly advances the disciplines of logistics and information technology by presenting a novel strategy for resolving operational issues in the courier sector.  This study provides practical insights for the logistics industry while also contributing to the scholarly literature on delivery route optimization.

Abstract

Introduction: When something unexpected happens and requires immediate assistance, it's called an emergency, and that's when first aid comes into play. Therefore, pre-hospital care should be a competency for nursing and midwifery students at the Annisa Health and Business Institute. To prepare for developing emergency situations, efforts are needed to increase knowledge and hone skills in various emergency situations. Objective: To enable participants to apply their knowledge on campus and off campus, this educational activity and practical stimulation will hone their abilities and skills. Method: This implementation was carried out on September 19, 2025, with 65 nursing and midwifery student respondents. The method was through a community service project focused on (PPGD). The method was to provide participants with an understanding of the material. This community service project utilized debate, role-playing, and simulation techniques. Planned improvements in student confidence, practice, and abilities related to BLS, CPR, burn evaluation, choking, and patient evacuation. Results: All prospective nursing and midwifery students gained practical skills and knowledge from the activity, as well as their creativity, encouraging them to be brave, and most importantly, by providing real-world situations so they have a proactive mindset when facing accidents. Conclusion: This community service activity with presentations, simulations, and role-plays successfully strengthened the skills (PPGD) for nursing and midwifery students. Suggestions for the future are able to facilitate the continuation of routine and sustainable training sessions by expanding its scope, involving non-health students, the community, and Posyandu cadres.

Abstract

Farmer regeneration in Indonesia is faced with severe challenges, and it is predicted that this may lead to a decrease in the national food production ability. Therefore, strategic effort is required to facilitate the regeneration process. In this study, we aimed to analyze the dynamics of farmer regeneration in sub-urban villages and the determinants of the farming performance of a young farmer. The research method employed a mixed approach between qualitative and quantitative perspectives. In the quantitative method, we purposively selected 51 young farmers as samples for interview. The qualitative approach was used to explain the dynamics of regeneration behavior, whereas the quantitative approach based on Spearman correlation was used to analyze a few critical variables, which exhibited a strong correlation with a young farmer farming performance. The research results revealed a dynamic behavior of a farmer child, determining their entry into or exit from agriculture, and that farming income was the main determinant of decision-making in entering the agriculture sector. The analysis further revealed that a young farmer farming performance correlated significantly with their agricultural entrepreneurship orientation, which covers the feeling of confidence, patience, and perseverance in farming. Further, their farming performance was also correlated significantly with access to external finance  and agricultural education in the family. These results provide valuable insights regarding the importance of the empowerment strategy, particularly at farmer household level, in encouraging effective farmer regeneration.

Abstract

The feminization of agriculture signifies a structural shift in the global agrarian landscape, marked by changing gender dynamics in rural labor and persistent disparities in intra-household resource allocation. This study examines three critical dimensions of this phenomenon time allocation, income control, and value equity within farming households in developing countries. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of peer-reviewed studies published between 2015-2025, the analysis synthesizes current evidence on gendered labor patterns and decision-making hierarchies.Findings reveal that time allocation is not merely a logistical concern but a reflection of entrenched gendered power relations. Women’s labor is frequently perceived as flexible and inexhaustible, enabling its systematic deployment in low-visibility, undervalued tasks reinforcing structural invisibility and time poverty. Despite increased female engagement in production, processing, and market activities contributing significantly to commercial outputs economic benefits are often redirected under male control, with minimal shift in decision-making authority. This underscores a central paradox: the feminization of labor does not equate to the feminization of power. Instead, agricultural commercialization may intensify the exploitation of women’s labor by integrating it into value chains without equitable returns.Consequently, women face escalating workloads without commensurate enhancements in autonomy or well-being. A persistent inequity in recognition persists: women’s time, skills, and contributions are rarely translated into rights over income, assets, or public acknowledgment. Within household dynamics, this manifests as an unequal sharing of domestic responsibilities, further constraining women’s opportunities for education, health, and economic advancement. Thus, the feminization of agriculture, absent transformative interventions, risks entrenching gendered inequalities rather than fostering empowerment. Sustainable rural development requires policies that challenge asymmetrical labor valuation, redistribute care burdens, and ensure equitable control over resources.
