Abstract

Islam, the religion which is in accordance with human nature, Sharia not only encourage people to study science and technology, but also build a civilization, even set his people to survive and save both the world and in the hereafter. Furthermore that all activities include reviewing and developing science and technology can be a valuable worship even it can be a fight value on the side of God. At issue until now, is still the perception in the wider society, that religion and science are two entities that cannot be met. Both have their respective areas, separated from each other, both in terms of formal object-material, research methods, criteria of truth, the role played by scientists. This is due to the notion that science and religion both have different ways of approach, experience, and these differences are a source of debate. The problem that arises now is how to do the integration between science and religion through Islamic religious education, and what kind of integration to be conducted?

Abstract

Varisko micro business as an empowerment effort and economic solution for the community of Cumedak Village, Jember. Cumedak Village faces significant economic challenges, marked by an unemployment rate of 12% and poverty rate of 18%, as well as the majority of the population's dependence on the agricultural sector with unstable incomes. This study aims to analyze and develop the formation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through participatory field observations, in-depth interviews with residents and MSME actors, as well as documentation of activities. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the assistance showed a significant increase in the technical capabilities of production, product quality, and operational efficiency of Varisko MSMEs. Training in business management and digital marketing strategies succeeded in increasing sales by 35% during the assistance period. In addition, this program had a positive social impact by increasing the participation, confidence, and motivation of MSME members, as well as strengthening social networks and solidarity among residents. Despite challenges such as the incompatibility of the proponents' fields of study, community controversy regarding involvement and sustainability, as well as low initial interest and lack of community understanding, solutions in the form of persuasive education,  practical technical training, flexible scheduling, and assistance with access to capital and legality were successfully implemented. In conclusion, the establishment of Varisko SMEs has proven effective as a means of empowerment and a sustainable economic solution for the community of Cumedak Village, not only increasing income but also strengthening social aspects and self-reliance.

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an is one of the sources of knowledge that has absolute truth. This source of knowledge does not only focus on knowledge about worship and muamalah, but also on scientific insights, namely scientific facts. These scientific cues are found in the verses of the Qur'an which are scattered throughout the surah and are referred to as kauniyah verses. One of the scientific signs explained in the Qur'an is about nerve cells. There are six verses spread across three suras in the Al-Qur'an with an indirect pattern of conveying information so that it requires further study to understand the meaning and scientific signals. The word "naashiyah" contained in the six verses means forelock, it is stated that the forelock is a guarantee for responsibility for dishonorable actions or wrongdoing. Scientific facts about the crown is the part of the front brain that functions as a controller, memory and decision maker, which is called the frontal lobe. The information from these six verses is true that the crown is the place where decisions are made and is the measuring point for the right or wrong decisions taken. Therefore, information from the Koran and scientific facts from research results are integrated with each other and show harmony.

Abstract

In essence, Islamic education leads humans to the path of truth so that every believer is protected from various forms of deviation. Allah SWT and the Prophet have mentioned and explained to mankind the importance of instilling everything related to Islamic education. Speaking of science, it needs to be known that a religious person will have better faith if he understands everything that exists in the universe, this means that the natural phenomena in the world are a knowledge and greatness of the Almighty God. This study aims to determine the essence of Islamic education in science learning. The research method used is library research. From this study, it was found that humans who unite the essence of Islamic education will obtain true faith, morals and morals and of course an effort in worshiping the One God. The existence of science can be a bridge or means in proving the power of Allah so that by studying science we can learn religious knowledge correctly.

Abstract

About there is no discussion at all about the relationship between religion and science, there are some opinions that say that religion and science are in conflict, independence, dialogue and integration. Then comes the concept of integration between science and religion, namely Islamic science, which is a concept from Mehdi Gholsani in response regarding the relationship between both (religion and science). According to Mehdi Golshani, science is not just a collection theories, concepts and natural laws only. But it is also part of metaphysical reality in which divine values are stored. With In other words, science cannot be reduced to the physical realm alone, but must combined with the supernatural. So that it becomes a unit that is not can be separated between the two. The method used in this research is a document analysis method with a qualitative approach. Collection technique the data used is library research and literature study. Objective the purpose of writing this research is to understand the relationship between religion and science, knowing Mehdi Golshani's contribution to religious epistemology and science, and the concept of Islamic science according to Mehdi Golshani. This will happen discussed and is the focus of this article.

Abstract

Western science and Islamic science are considered different in several aspects. This difference  is very visible when Western science arrogantly claims that science is not related to religion and was not born from the church, while Islam believes that science cannot be separated from religion. This can happen because Western science is rooted in ratio while Islamic science is rooted in revelation. This view then gave birth to a dichotomy between general sciences and religious sciences. This is what then encourages Muslim scientists to carry out ijtihad for a paradigma change through the Islamization of science.

Abstract

Abstract The Full Day School policy is aimed at increasing student knowledge and character formation. However, in its implementation the policy has the potential to violate Human Rights and Islamic Law. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the Full Day School Activities Policy from a Human Rights perspective, especially regarding the part of social and cultural rights, namely the right to receive adequate and quality education and from an Islamic Law perspective, especially regarding one of Al-Maslahah Al- Khamsah is Hifz l-Nasl (Guarding the Offspring). This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely describing the Full Day School Policy from the perspective of Human Rights and Islamic Law. The data used in this research is secondary data collected using the library research method. The data collected was analyzed using the stages of observation, data selection, most appropriate reduction, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Full Day School policy can be in line with and hinder the implementation of human rights principles, especially regarding the right to receive good and quality education. This policy can also be in line with Al-Maslahah Al-Khamsah in special Islamic law regarding hfiz al-nasl (protecting offspring) provided that the policy is effective and able to provide knowledge for students, as well as shape student character. On the other hand, this policy can become an obstacle if it is not effective and is in vain. Keywords : Full Day School Activities, Human Right, Islamic Religion.

Abstract

Every human being in this world has a dream of a peaceful and peaceful home and even aging with a partner forever, no one wants their marriage to break up halfway either couples who are still not blessed with children or who already have children. But in the household does not escape the emergence of various problems that can result in disputes that are difficult to reconcile until finally divorce becomes the final way, as happened to the Bondowoso Class 1A Religious Court with a divorce case with a verstek verdict. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ratio decidendi of judges in Handing down Verstek Verdict No. 0015/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdw. and to find out the legal consequences regarding the wife's rights due to divorce talaq verstek. This research uses descriptive field research with a qualitative approach method. The types and sources of this research data are primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can conclude that the juridical study of the verstek decision in the talaq divorce case at the Bondowoso Religious Court class 1A is based on considerations based on a summons (relaas), the Defendant has been formally and properly summoned according to law and in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 but does not appear at the conference and does not represent to others as his attorney. In his absence, the judge held that the defendant had waived his rights, as well as from the provisions of Article 19 letter (f) of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 Jo Article 116 letter (f) of the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Abstract

Revolusi sains modern, yang oleh Thomas Kuhn disebabkan oleh pergeseran paradigma sains, membawa perubahan besar bagi perkembangan teknologi, khususnya pada abad 20. Di samping sains modern membawa banyak manfaat bagi manusia, ternyata juga membawa efek samping luar biasa, di antaranya kerusakan alam terus-menerus dan bencana kemanusiaan, sebagaimana dinyatakan pula oleh Naquib Al-Attas. Tantangan ilmu yang dibawa kebudayaan Barat mengakibatkan sains modern yang berkembang sarat dengan pandangan alam Barat terhadap realitas dan kebenaran. Salah satu unsur peradaban Barat adalah tragedi yang menunjukkan pencarian kebenaran serta hakikat dan tujuan hidup tanpa akhir, sehingga ia senantiasa dalam pencarian, namun tak pernah mencapai apa yang dicari. Cara pandang demikian turut memengaruhi perkembangan sains modern. Tulisan ini berupaya mengangkat secara eksplisit efek samping dari sains modern, serta pandangan Naquib Al-Attas terhadap sains modern dari sisi aksiologinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengkajian literatur mendalam. Dari tulisan ini dapat dinyatakan secara pasti bahwa khazanah keilmuan Islam telah memberikan pondasi bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, khususnya sains. Hal ini terbukti dalam sejarah peradaban Islam bagaimana para ulama dan ilmuwan muslim memberikan rambu yang jelas dalam perkembangan ilmu. Salah satu aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan adalah maqashid syari’ah bagi perkembangan sains. Cara pandang terhadap alam sebagai objek dan manusia sebagai subjek harus mengacu kepada cara pandang Islam dalam memandang realitas dan kebenaran. Di samping itu, paradigma perkembangan dan kemajuan sains modern harus mengacu pada paradigma yang berlandaskan worldview Islam yang menegaskan bahwa perkembangan dan kemajuan perlu tertuju pada satu hal yang tetap, yaitu tujuan dan makna hidup manusia sebagai khalifah di Bumi. Kerangka berpikir tersebut dapat menjadi acuan bagi komunitas ilmiah agar mampu memerankan peran khalifah di Bumi dengan sebenar-benarnya, sehingga dapat mencegah kerusakan alam dan bencana manusia lebih lanjut.
