Abstract

Rapid developing technology on game created term Electronic Sport (esport). Many newcomer esport athletes rise in number . one of the favorite category on esport is first-person shooter (FPS). Esport athletes spend up 8 to 14 hours traning daily. While conventional players can spend up 2 to 6 hours daily. Sit still on front of computer for a long time makes their body lacks physical movement and can cause health threats. By creating custom controller system with physical appearance and functions like a real gun in FPS game, its player will have more body activity. This system give the user new experience in playing FPS games. System is using Arduino Uno with accelerometer and gyroscope from MPU-6050 with pointer of 3d oriented vector as output. Angle pointer from pitch and yaw using Complementary Filter calculation will determine the mouse movement.. Sistem will be implementing Finite-State Machine as main state and sub-state are needed for the sistem. Based on test to measure how stable and accurate the sensor, give error rate 0,861% and 1,61% for stable and accuracy respectively. The satisfication results of its users based on User Experience (UX) standards are Useful 76.64%, Accessible 76.38%, Usable 92.29%, and Desirable 78.05%..

Abstract

Beef is the most meat that consumed by humans. High consumption of beef along with the high price of beef has caused many butcher mix fresh beef with rotten beef. The impact of consuming rotten meat can be diarrhea and poisoning. From these problems we need related research to make meat freshness detection systems to reduce disadvantages in the society. In this study the parameters used were color and ammonia levels. This study aims to design a system for determining local beef freshness based on color and ammonia levels. The process of determining the freshness of the meat is obtained from the reading results of the TCS3200 color sensor and the MQ135 gas sensor by the Arduino Uno microcontroller using the Artificial Neural Network method. Accuracy results from the tests carried out obtained a system for determining the freshness of beef based on color and ammonia levels in local beef with artificial neural network methods tested with the number of training data as much as 81 data and test data as many as 27 data worth 92.5%.

Abstract

Indonesian Robot Competitions have become a known competition amongst robotics lover all over the country. Building robots has become its own hobby for the participants generating robots that are though and sophisticated which have a chance to replace human's labor in the future. These sophisticated robots however, are not easily made or built. It requires time and dedications to build one that can complete its purpose. One of the divisions in KRI is KRSTI or Traditional Dance Robot in which robots assumes humanoid figures and must be able to dance along with a given music or song. The process of building one is not easy unfortunately, there are a number of cases in which said robots dance awkwardly or even tipping over against its own weight. Using this research's sensor system, it is hoped that these poor robot will grasp the meaning of beats, loudness and the music's speed or known as tempo. Thus enables them to dance along flawlessly. The testing of said sensor system can give output every 125ms with accuracy up to 95.7%. In addition, this system also give secondary output with accuracy as high as 100% but with delay of two seconds.

Abstract

Lubricating oil on engine motorcycle is an important component of a vehicle as a means of transport. When oil is replaced, then the late effect on performance and condition of the machine motor. And most of the community if you want to check the condition of his motorcycle oil has to come to the repair shop if you want to check or replace the oil in the motor. The use of oil lubrication parameters as objects of research,. study on the parameters used to perform the comparison level of lubricant lubricant oil is color and viscosity on the oil of motorcycle. The use of lubricating oil parameter as an object of research due to the condition of the lubricant oil is very influential on the condition of the machine that is on the motor. The process of determining eligibility levels oil through color and viscosity of the oil obtained from the reading of the result value of the color sensor TCS3200 sensor and Water Flow YF-S201 by microcontroller, Arduino Uno with Naive Bayes method. Naive Bayes method is selected as one of the techniques for decision making types of lubricating oil eligibility levels, because this method was one method of classification is good enough where classes classification of types of eligibility levels have been known from the beginning. From the results of some tests done known percentage error reading sensor TCS3200 is color of 2.22% and the value of the correlation of readings the sensors Water flow YF-S201 by function it works can differentiate liquid based on the kind of lumpy. Next on the testing system using Naive Bayes method with the amount of training data by as much as 35 data and test data as much as 18 data, obtained accuracy of 94.44% with average computing time over the 1.68 seconds.

Abstract

Athletics run is one of sport as archievment. In developing the ability of athletes needs training. Training in athletics running athletes requires at least 2 main components, coaches and athletes. Often the athlete does not do training properly and the trainer does not pay attention to it, this may lead training not getting maximum results. From the problem was create a system that can classify the movement of running, walking and stopping using MPU6050 sensor module with the input are sensor values from gyroscope and accelerometer with method k-nearest neighbor as classification algorithm. This system expected to can help the coaches to monitor the exercise of an athlete by not having to always observe the athlete during exercise and this system is expected can help too coaches conduct training with the number of athletes running more than 1 person in sametime. This system is based on the wearable device used on the athlete's body and sends sensor data to other devices on the trainer. The system has an accuracy rate of 96.7% in distinguishing running, running and silent movements as well as the required compute time of 0.922 seconds.

Abstract

In tracing a maze, in addition to finding a way out or a finish point, the robot will be more efficient if it can find the shortest route of the maze. The Line Follower Robot used to complete this line-shaped maze uses a TCRT5000 sensor consisting of 5 infrared sensors as an eye to detect the black line path of the maze. In tracing the maze, the robot uses the right hand rule rules. The mapping process using Maze Mapping method to save code of the array, then the robot will simplify the code that has been used, by using the shortest path algorithm, so that when the robot start again, robots will run according to the simplified path. The final result of the study is the comparison of time and the length distance from start to finish ̧ robots that use maze mapping, compare robots that do not use it. The test results of detecting black lines performed by the TCRT5000 sensors with 10 times experiments, each infrared sensor has a 0% error rate. The test results in mapping with 57 times experiments, generating robots moving according to the condition of the line and input from the infrared sensor, then the storage of the data array also corresponds to the movement of the robot. The average time and distance is taken from start to finish, for robot that do not use maze mapping and shortest path is 28.1 seconds and 364 cm, with 6 test times. While the average time and distance traveled start to finish for robots that use maze mapping and shortest path is 17.27 seconds and 284.5 cm with 6 test times. Then the robot that uses maze mapping and shortest path is faster 10.83 seconds and shorten the distance of 79.5 cm.

Abstract

The development of mobile robots today is very much and one example is mobile robot odometry which can move positions using complex calculations. In this final project research makes a control on the mobile robot to be able to move towards the target target using the odometry method. The control created is proportional control which is used to control the movement of the mobile robot towards the target target. This odometry method is very risky for errors. Proportional controls always require errors in the input data to get the output. The mobile robot prototype is built using various electronic components such as Arduino UNO as the center of data processing on the existing system, rotary encoder sensor to read the input data values, and the L298N motor driver as the PWM controller. Testing of rotary encoder sensors is done twice with the parameters of the forward and reverse rotation test. The results obtained from the rotary encoder sensor test show that the sensor can read the disk encoder hole properly. Testing of the L298N motorbike driver was carried out 2 times and each experiment was carried out 5 times with 100% test results. The test results of the control proportional used obtained the appropriate parameter values ​​for movement control, namely using the KP value = 3.0. After obtaining the appropriate proportional control parameter, the robot will move by calculating odometry towards the target coordinates of X and Y that have been entered through the Arduino IDE monitor series and if the target is in accordance the robot will stop.

Abstract

Motion recognition is a technology that enables a system to recognize movements carried out on human body parts using cameras, sounds and sensors. Parts of the human body that can be used as indicators include cases, hands, feet, heads, etc. In this study a system was built that could classify hand movements using the MPU6050 sensor on wearable devices used on the hands. The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification method is used in this study because it has a fast data processing speed in doing classification. The test data is obtained through a wearable device that has a device to read the accelerometer sensor data, then sent using the RF24 wireless module to Arduino Uno as a receiving device to enter the movement classification process and display the classification results on the LED conditions. Tests in this study give 100% accuracy in gesture recognition in hand waving movements to turn on the lights, 100% in left hand waving movements to dim the lights, and 100% in hand movements down to turn off the lights. Besides that, the computation time is tested to classify the movement with the KNN method in this study. computational time from testing gives an average time of 94.3 milliseconds on 30 motion tests or 10 tests on 3 types of motion.

Abstract

Aquarium water conditions that are not good can cause disruption to fish health, water conditions that tend to be unstable can interfere and threaten the health of fish. Ammonia gas that is dissolved in water exceeds a threshold that can be tolerated by koi fish can cause koi fish tend to be inactive in the aquarium due to food debris or feces from the fish. The mq-135 sensor is a device for detecting unpleasant odors in the air, which in this system is used to obtain the value of ammonia gas contained in the water content. Salinity or dissolved salt levels in aquarium water can also cause irritation to fish skin and people so that fish tend to rub against the bottom of the aquarium, but if the salt level is well maintained it can prevent, treat and kill bacteria that interfere with fish health, one of which is a bacterium caused by fish waste (ammonia). So that in this study a system was made that could classify the condition of the aquarium water by implementing the k-nearest neighbor method. The input of this system is the reading value of the ammonia gas sensor and electrical conductivity which will then compute and display the classification results on the LCD and the sensor reading value sent to the thingspeak platform. The results of this study obtained an accuracy of 27.28% for testing the k value and testing the time needed to do the computation so as to obtain classification results with an average of 1897.5ms or 1.9 seconds.

Abstract

Paragliding is a free-flying sport using cloth wings (parachutes) that take off and land using legs that use the wind, the wind itself has several types including dynamic lift and thermal lift. The wind in the paragliding take-off area is very important for athletes and tourists who will take off. The lack of information obtained in the take-off paragliding area, especially for most people (tourists) who want to fly, has difficulty getting wind information in the paragliding take-off area. From this problem, this research was conducted to determine the wind conditions in the form of notifications using 3 parameters, namely wind speed, wind direction and the presence of raindrops and then processed using the naive bayes method on the microcontroller that produces safe, alert and hazardous output. The wind speed sensor uses a rotary encoder which has an accuracy rate of 96.4% compared to the existing anemometer, in wind direction reading using a dual axis module which has a degree difference of 7.75 ° and on a rain sensor, the sensor can detect well the presence of raindrops with the results of the whole system compared to the actual situation has an accuracy rate of 85.71%.
