Abstract

Good Corporate Governance in Indonesia has become our concern especially as a moslem manpower who work there. It is, tehrefore our responsibility to address moslem manpower as the main agenda of our development at school and campus.Curriculum of Islamic Religion at Vocational High School has become priority in our strategy, plan, and policy. This should make all element be active by involved and it include Islamic Education Institutions.Moslem manpower needs vision and political will and commitment from all social component sucah as moslem individual (including parent), scientiest, religion scholar’s as well as education institution. Without political will and united efforts the moslem manpower will be left behind.Key word : Islamic Education Institution, moslem manpower, motivation, productivity, quality, and industry

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the history of Sheikh Sya'ban in the 8th century AD. The account that will be revealed is how he brought Islam into the midst of the Banggai ethnicity and implemented Islamic education for this ethnicity. Apart from that, this research also aims to contribute to subsequent researchers to create a more in-depth study of Sheikh Sya'ban so that this history can be exposed to light and give birth to new knowledge in the world of education, especially Islamic education. For the problems studied, the researcher used a case study research type with a qualitative approach. From the results of this study, it was found that the implementation of Sheikh Sha'ban's Islamic education for the Banggai ethnic group was: (1) Teaching the basics of Islamic teachings, (2) Guiding them to become preachers, (3) Guiding them to become religious leaders. Meanwhile, the implications of Sheikh Sha'ban's Islamic education can be seen as follows: (1) Creating a predominantly Muslim community, (2) Creating a culture that is acculturated with Islamic religious teachings, (3) Creating a solid Islamic ukhuwah in the Banggai ethnicity.

Abstract

Study this aim to examine the educational process carried out in pesantren the realm of the Holy. Where is the boarding school? They must use Islamic anthropology education because of the participant base students' condition. Is a community still ethnic with their ethnicity and culture? So that needs the way it doesn't standard so you can educate them. Study This uses paradigm interpretive with a qualitative approach and uses type study ethnography. Research results found that the Modernization process socio-cultural-religious through the Anthropology of Islamic Education is carried out by (1) Using Language Kaili as Language in the primary learning process, (2) teaching materials in Islamic education, (3) giving examples of morals noble (4) teaches life peace and value unity (5) internalize teachings Islam in activity culture (6) Strengthen values monotheism. Whereas the implication namely (1) Easy learning understood, (2) knowing Islam closer, (3) behaving well and politely, (4) guarding unity and harmony (5) distancing self from superstition, heresy, and superstition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa modul pembelajaran matematika yang komunikatif  melalui pendekatan kontekstual pada pokok bahasan Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi  oleh Sugiyono. Tahapan yang dilakukan hanya tahap 1 hingga tahap 7 yaitu dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, uji coba produk, revisi produk. Berdasarkan validasi ahli materi diperoleh hasil 90,00%, ahli bahasa diperoleh 80,00%, dengan demikian produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan. Setelah dilakukan validasi produk ke dosen ahli kemudian produk diuji cobakan dengan pendidik bidang studi matematika dan siswa. Respon guru matematika Diperoleh persentase 85,33% dengan kriteria “Sangat Menarik”, untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap modul yang dikembangkan dilakukan uji coba luas ke siswa, dengan hasil respon siswa menunjukkan persentase 80,67% dengan kriteria “Menarik”. Hasil penilaian dari respon pengguna menyatakan modul yang dikembangkan menarik dan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research examines how an anthropological approach can increase interest in studying Islamic religious education at the Muhammadiyah University of Palu. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data analysis in this research uses single data analysis (individual case analysis), with a data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, through three activities that co-occur: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. In this research, it was found that the anthropological approach in Islamic Education learning at Muhammadiyah University in Palu includes (1) an approach appropriate to student culture, (2) translating scientific explanations through local cultural symbols, (3) creating students who uphold the values ​​of wisdom, locally through learning Islamic education. Meanwhile, the impacts given to students are (1) providing comfort and increasing students' interest in learning, (2) helping students understand the material explained by their lecturers, and (3) giving birth to generations of Muslims who respect and uphold local wisdom values. , especially giving birth to a generation that does not conflict between Islam and local wisdom who does not think that local wisdom can tarnish the sanctity of Islam. However, he loves both of them, positions them according to their respective portions, and views them as values ​​that support each other.

Abstract

Literasi matematis adalah kapasitas individu untuk merumuskan, menggunakan, dan menafsirkan matematika dalam berbagai konteks. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis adalah dengan penerapan model dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning (DL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah kelas VIII-I SMPN 13 Bandung yang berjumlah 27 peserta didik. Materi dalam penelitian ini adalah bilangan berpangkat dan bentuk akar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes dan observasi. Budaya yang ditunjukkan dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) adalah angklung, batik Mega Mendung, rumah adat Julang Ngapak dan Kue awug. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning (DL) dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis peserta didik, dilihat dari rata-rata nilai kemampuan literasi matematis pada siklus I sebesar 76,85 lalu pada siklus II 80,00. Pada perhitungan skor N-Gain diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,136 yang memiliki arti bahwa peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematis tergolong rendah.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a holistic spiritual education model in higher education with a multidisciplinary approach. Spiritual education is becoming increasingly important in the context of higher education, considering the demand for the formation of individuals who not only develop intellectually, but also emotionally, spiritually and morally. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research. This research analyses the spiritual education practices at Muhammadiyah University Palu. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation. This research involved interviews with education, spirituality and multidisciplinary figures to obtain diverse points of view. The results of this research explain a holistic spiritual education model that combines principles from various scientific disciplines, such as psychology, philosophy, anthropology, and theology. This model will also provide practical guidance for other universities to integrate spiritual aspects in the curriculum and learning activities on campus. It is hoped that the development of this holistic spiritual education model can make a significant contribution in building the character and well-being of students, as well as preparing them to face complex challenges in their personal and professional lives in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang kelembagaan pendidikan Islam di Nusantara, mulai dari surau, meunasah, masjid, pesantren, dan madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis studi kepustakaan. Studi pustaka merupakan kaitan dengan kajian teoritis dan referensi lain yang berkait dengan nilai, budaya, dan norma yang berkembang pada situasi sosial yang diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwasanya Fungsi surau tidak berubah setelah kedatangan Islam, hanya saja fungsi keagamaannya semakin penting yang diperkenalkan pertama kali oleh Syekh Burhanuddin di Ulakan, Pariaman. Selanjutnya, di antara fungsi meunasah itu adalah: Sebagai tempat upacara keagamaan, penerimaan zakat dan tempat penyalurannya, tempat penyelesaian perkara agama, musyawarah dan menerima tamu. Kemudian, Kesadaran bahwa masjid bukan hanya sebagai tempat shalat dan ibadah ritual, tapi sejatinya merupakan pusat peradaban bagi umat Islam, merupakan kunci pertama kebangkitan umat Islam. Selanjutnya, Kehadiran pesantren tidak dapat dipisahkan dari tuntutan umat. Karena itu, pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan selalu menjaga hubungan yang harmonis dengan masyarakat di sekitarnya sehingga keberadaannya di tengah-tengah masyarakat tidak menjadi terasing. Dan yang terakhir, Madrasah yang didirikan di Indonesia hanya untuk mengajarkan Ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai Islam, tetapi juga memasukan pelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah-sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah Hindia Belanda, oleh Muhammadiyah, Persatuan Islam, dan PUI di Majalengka.

Abstract

This study aims to examine spirituality as a paradigm of peace education. This research presents solutions to various problems of Muslims in Indonesia today, especially the problem of the dry dimension of spirituality in their religion. The type of research used is library research. This research obtains information data by placing existing facilities in the library such as books, magazines, documents, records of historical stories or pure literature research related to the object of research. The results of this study explain that spirituality is the solution to achieving peace education. Spirituality is not a heresy in religion, but the spirit of religion itself. Religion is accompanied by an appreciation of spirituality that will get the essence of religion in the form of love for God and others. To approach the Khalik and also with his fellow beings, it is not enough just to go through the formalities. A spiritual approach full of values of love and compassion, ikhlas and ridlo will be more effective in arriving at justice and the Creator. On that basis, it is necessary to review the position and role of religion in human life.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate religious moderation in overcoming identity conflicts and creating religious harmony in Poso, Central Sulawesi, which has long plagued inter-religious conflicts. Identity conflicts very often occur, both on a national and international scale. On a national scale, no one doubts that Poso Regency is a region capable of reviving and freeing itself from the identity conflicts they have experienced. At present, Poso Regency is very suitable to be used as a laboratory for studies on religious harmony. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data collection was done by observing, interviewing, and reading from published literature. From this research, it was found that there are several ways to overcome identity conflicts and create religious harmony, 1) Respect the rituals of worship of other religions, 2) Implement noble morals between religious communities, 3) Build cooperation between religious communities, 4) Creating a broad-minded generation. The implications of what has been done are as follows, 1) A safe environment is formed, 2) it is free from identity conflicts, 3) religious harmony is created, and 4) regional development is more rapid.
