Abstract

Kearifan lokal merupakan warisan budaya nilai-nilai dari satu nenek moyang ke generasi selanjutya yang berkaitan antara manusia dan alam. Kearifan lokal dalam bentuk hukum adat yang diadopsi secara turun temurun oleh masyarakat nelayan Danau Tempe dianggap memiliki peran penting dalam melestarikan ekosistem yang ada diperairan Danau Tempe. Disisi lain tak bisa kita pungkiri bahwa perubahan sosial tentu akan membawa dampak terhadap perubahan budaya di Masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal dan aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi. Peran kearifan lokal terhadap pelestarian sumber daya ikan Danau Tempe Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2023 dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal yaitu: Maccera tappareng, maduppa wai, elong bale larangan menangkap ikan pada malam jumat, larangan membawa dua parewa pakkaja (alat tangkap), larangan bertengkar di danau, larangan menangkap di wilayah tertentu, larangan menyeberangkan mayat di danau, larangan menangkap ikan tanpa penutup kepala, serta larangan bermesraan dua orang muda-mudi.

Abstract

Telur yang disimpan pada suhu ruang biasanya dapat bertahan sekitar 10-14 hari. Setelah periode tersebut, telur mengalami perubahan seperti penguapan air melalui pori kulit telur yang menyebabkan penurunan berat telur, perubahan komposisi kimia, dan pengenceran isi telur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kualitas telur ayam ras setelah direndam menggunakan biji pinang (Areca catechu). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan berbeda, diulang sebanyak empat kali, dengan setiap ulangan terdiri dari lima butir telur ayam ras dan melibatkan 20 panelis semi terlatih untuk uji organoleptik. Perlakuan yang diterapkan yaitu: P0 = Telur tanpa perendaman menggunakan ekstrak biji pinang, P1 = Telur direndam dengan ekstrak biji pinang 15%, P2 = Telur direndam dengan ekstrak biji pinang 30%, dan P3 = Telur direndam dengan ekstrak biji pinang 45%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks kuning telur (IKT), indeks putih telur (IPT), bobot telur, dan Haugh Unit (HU) tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan setelah direndam dengan ekstrak biji pinang. Namun, penggunaan ekstrak biji pinang sebanyak 45% dapat mempertahankan kualitas telur ayam konsumsi selama 21 hari penyimpanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beauty influencer Di Instagram Terhadap Gaya Hidup Mahasiswi Universitas Islam Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif dengan responden yang diambil dari mahasiswi  angkatan 2017 dan 2018 dari 9 fakultas dengan responden yang didapatkan dalam penelitian sebanyak 314 melebihi dari jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan peneliti sebanyak 307 responden dari 1.329 populasi. Data didapatkan melalui kuisioner yang di bagikan peneliti dengan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS ver 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa Beauty influencer mempengaruhi gaya hidup mahasiswi Universitas Islam Makassar sebesar 0,463 atau 46,3% yang dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sedangkan sisanya 53,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This study aims to determine the effect of beauty influencers on Instagram on the lifestyle of students at the Islamic University of Makassar. The type of research used is quantitative research with respondents drawn from students of class 2017 and 2018 from 9 faculties with 314 respondents in the study that exceeded the number of samples needed by researchers as many as 307 respondents from 1,329 populations. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed by researchers with data processing using simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS ver 25 program. The results showed that Beauty influencers influenced the lifestyle of students at the Islamic University of Makassar by 0.463 or 46.3% as seen from the Adjusted R Square value, while the remaining 53.7% was influenced by other factors.Keywords: beauty influencer; instagram; lifestyle

Abstract

Salah satu dampak yang mungkin timbul akibat stroke pada remaja adalah kesulitan dalam menggerakkan mulut dengan benar, yang dapat menghambat kemampuan berkomunikasi mereka. Kendala ini dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari remaja yang mengalami stroke, sehingga perlu penanganan segera. Dengan tujuan tersebut, karya ilmiah ini disusun untuk menjelaskan mengenai salah satu terapi sederhana yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi hambatan komunikasi yang diakibatkan oleh stroke pada remaja, yakni terapi AIUEO. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah metode studi literatur dengan mengacu pada buku-buku dan jurnal yang relevan sebagai sumber informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system on the quality of financial reports at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar. This research was conducted to get an overview regarding whether the internal control system is able to influence the quality of financial reports at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar. This type of research is a case study. This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data while the data sources are primary and secondary. Methods of data collection using documentation techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with SPSS version 25 assisted testing. The results of the study indicate that the independent variable of the internal control system influences the dependent variable on the quality of financial reports. This can be seen from the magnitude of the influence of the internal control system on the quality of financial reports, which is equal to 20.5%

Abstract

This study explores the role of harmonious families in shaping attitudes of tolerance within multicultural societies, analyzed through the lens of symbolic interaction theory. In this context, a harmonious family serves as the primary social unit that provides a foundation for individuals to understand and appreciate social, cultural, and religious differences. Using a qualitative research approach based on a literature review, the study examines how symbolic interactions within the family, including open communication and constructive conflict resolution, foster tolerant attitudes toward diversity. The analyzed data indicate that harmonious families can instill values of empathy, fairness, and respect for differences, which are essential in multicultural societies. The study finds that families with open communication patterns and strong emotional support are more likely to produce individuals capable of resolving conflicts peacefully and contributing to inclusive communities. However, the study acknowledges limitations in empirical data and recommends further field research to explore the relationship between harmonious families and the development of tolerance in diverse environments. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for policymakers and educators in strengthening the role of families in creating tolerant and peaceful societies.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) an overview of the campus teaching program at 9 Baru Baru Tanga Public Elementary School, Pangkep Regency. (2) the teaching campus program in improving the literacy and numeracy of students at the 9 Baru Baru Tanga Elementary School, Pangkep Regency. (3) What factors support and hinder the implementation of the role of the teaching campus program in increasing the literacy and numeracy of students at 9 Baru Baru Tanga Public Elementary School, Pangkep Regency. This research approach is qualitative using a type of phenomenological research. To be able to achieve the research objectives, the researcher uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews using research instruments in the form of interview guides, documentation forms (filling sheets). Using triangulation and member checks as procedures to check the validity of the data. Using data reduction, data models and drawing conclusions as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) the teaching campus program includes 4 roles, namely increasing literacy, increasing numeracy, assisting technology adaptation and improving school administration. (2) the role of the campus teaching program in increasing the literacy and numeracy of students in the New Tanga State Elementary School 9 Baru Tanga Pangkep Regency is mostly done by teaching in class using modified lesson plans, using appropriate strategies according to the age of the students so that the class is more fun while additional strategies in accordance with the field of study programs/students teaching campus programs as well as additional roles such as assisting technology adaptation and improving school administration. (3) the supporting factors are massive coordination between teachers, students and field supervisor, adequate infrastructure and teaching staff and what hinders are students playing too much, being lazy, teachers not mastering the use of laptops or computers and the lack of the latest reading books.

Abstract

Pulau Kodingare yang terletak di Desa Padaelo merupakan pulau kecil dengan jumlah penduduk paling sedikit diantara ke sembilan pulau lainnya. Terdapat kelompok budidaya perikanan yang akan menjadi sasaran mitra yakni kelompok pembudidaya perikanan tunas muda yang di ketuai oleh bapak Asiswanto. Mitra menjadi sasaran pengabdian dikarenakan beberapa anggota mitra memiliki ternak kambing, namun kebutuhan pakan ternak kambing tidak terpenuhi. Sehingga kebanyakan kambing di pulau kodingare terlihat lebih kurus dibandingkan kambing pada umumnya. Kebutuhan nutrisi ternak kambing harus terpenuhi agar perfoman meningkat sehingga nilai jual ternak bisa meningkat. Peningkatan nutrisi pakan ternak kambing dapat di lakukan dengan penanaman hijauan makanan ternak (HMT) yang bisa membantu meningkatkan nutrisi pakan ternak dan juga berguna sebagai pencegah erosi tanah melalui program konservasi tanah vegetatif. Pelaksanaan konservasi tanah vegetatif dengan hijauan makanan ternak guna mencegah erosi pantai dan meningkatkan nutrisi pakan ternak kambing dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama proses persiapan, tahap kedua proses penanaman HMT, tahap ketiga adalah proses pemeliharaan HMT dan pembuatan pupuk organik dari limbah ternak kambing dan tahap terakhir berupa proses panen pupuk, pengemasan pupuk, analisis pupuk organik, pemasaran ternak kambing dan pupuk organik serta tahap monitoring dan evaluasi dari hasil penanaman HMT dan keberhasilannya dalam pencegahan erosi di pulau kodingare. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) telah tepat sasaran Kata Kunci : Pulau, Kodingare, HMT, Limbah, POC.   Abstract Kodingare Island, which is located in Padaelo Village, is a small island with the smallest population among the nine other islands. There is a fishery cultivation group that will be targeted by partners, namely the young shoot fishery cultivator group headed by Mr. Asiswanto. Partners are the target of service because several partner members have goats, but their goat feed needs are not met. So most of the goats on Kodingare Island look thinner than goats in general. The nutritional needs of goats must be met so that their performance increases so that the selling value of the livestock can increase. Increasing the nutrition of goat feed can be done by planting forage (HMT) which can help increase the nutrition of livestock feed and is also useful as preventing soil erosion through a vegetative soil conservation program. The implementation of vegetative soil conservation with forage to prevent coastal erosion and increase the nutrition of goat feed is carried out in several stages. The first stage is the preparation process, the second stage is the process of planting HMT, the third stage is the process of maintaining HMT and making organic fertilizer from goat waste and the final stage is the process of harvesting fertilizer, packaging fertilizer, analyzing organic fertilizer, marketing goats and organic fertilizer as well as the monitoring and monitoring stages. evaluation of the results of forage planting and its success in preventing erosion on Kodingare Island. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the Community Partnership Program (PKM) has been right on target. Keywords: Island, Kodingare, HMT, Waste, POC.

Abstract

The critical condition of Lake Tempe has undergone comprehensive changes over the last 10 years. Fisheries management strategy indicators with an appropriate ecosystem-based approach can reduce and prevent unbalanced environmental impacts. This research analyzes fisheries management using the Ecosystem Approach Fisheries Management (EAFM) module, the Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries Sustainability (RAPFISH) method. Six important statuses and dimensions used as attribute indicator analysis in this research are fish resource dimensions, habitat dimensions, fishing technique dimensions, economic dimensions, social dimensions, and institutional dimensions. The analysis results show that the fishery management status value for Lake Tempe is 36.072 in the unsustainable category. Based on the RAPFISH analysis, namely: (1) Economic dimensions 21.390 in the unsustainable category, (2) Habitat dimensions 36.050 in the unsustainable category, (3) Fish resource dimensions 24.483 in the moderately sustainable category, (4) Fishing technique dimensions 42.180 in the moderately sustainable category, (5) Institutional dimensions 48.070 categories are quite sustainable (6) Social dimensions 45.590 categories are quite sustainable. Based on the AHP analysis, habitat dimensions, protection of important zones for spawning grounds, nursery grounds, and water hyacinth cover problems are identified.

Abstract

Sesait Village is a village with abundant agricultural producers located in Kayangan sub-district, North Lombok district. This village is a village that has a lot of potential to be developed, especially in agriculture and animal husbandry. The livelihood of the majority of the population is farming, gardening and animal husbandry. Honey bee farming is an alternative choice for the people of Sesait village, namely the Trigona honey bee. The purpose of this study is to provide information about the role of the government and the community in dealing with the stunting problem that occurs in Sesait Village. This research partnered with the Sesait village government, Sesait village PKK women, the Dasa Wisma group, and the Santong health center. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of requests for stunting data, interviews with related parties and surveys. Stunting which began to occur in 2021 until now has been able to be overcome by the Sesait village government with an initial number of 165 children affected by stunting until the latest data in 2023 totaling 101 children still suffering from stunting. This drastic development from 2022 to mid-2023 from 134 to 101 children affected by stunting occurred due to the additional nutritional intake of Trigona honey bees for children affected by stunting. In general, giving trigona honey is a solution in dealing with stunting prevention because the content contained in the honey is useful as additional nutrition for toddlers who are stunted.
