Abstract

A growing company should prioritizes discipline, compensation and employee safety and health to be able to produce employee satisfaction which can ultimately improve performance or positive results for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and health and occupational health and safety on employee job satisfaction at PT Sisirau Aceh Tamiang Regency. The sample in this study were 52 respondents, which were all employees who were in the section under study. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of the relationship between each based variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and occupational health and safety had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: work discipline, compensation, occupational health and safety, job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on customer satisfaction of sharia people's financing banks in the city of Medan. The sample in this study was 85 customers. The test tool used is Multiple Linear Regression, based on the results of research analysis there is a significant influence of service quality at Islamic People's Financing Banks in Medan City which consists of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles on customer satisfaction of Islamic people's financing banks in Medan city

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the policy of imposing bond rates with leverage as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 55 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and registered at PT. Pefindo successively during the 2018-2020 period using a sampling technique, namely census sampling where the entire population is sampled. The test results show that profitability and audit quality have positive effect on bond ratings. Liquidity variable have no effect on rating assignment, and also financial flexibility and company size have no effect on rating assignment. Leverage in this study is only able to moderate the effect of profitability and audit quality on bond ratings. Meanwhile, liquidity, financial flexibility and company size cannot be moderated by leverage on bond ratings of companies listed on the IDX and Pefindo during the 2018-2020 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work conflict on work discipline among employees at the Aceh Tamiang BKPSDM. This study uses quantitative methods with the help of the SPSS Version 26 application. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method. The sample in this study was 42 people, using the saturated sampling method, so that all populations were used as samples. The reason for all employees being sampled is because each employee has a different personality and assessment. In this study data collection used interview techniques and questionnaires, in which the questionnaires had been tested for validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show the equation Y = 153.986 - 0.460X1 - 0.351X2. The result of the t test for the effect of workload (X1) on work discipline (Y) is 0.013 ˂ 0.05. The result of the t test for the effect of work conflict (X2) on work discipline (Y) is 0.037 ˂ 0.05. The results of the F test for the simultaneous effect of workload (X1) and work stress (X2) on work discipline (Y) are 0.013 ˂ 0.05. Workload has a significant effect on work discipline, work conflict has a significant effect on work discipline and workload and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

Promosi digunakan untuk mendukung berbagai strategi pemasaran. Misalnya, beriklan di media sosial dan dari mulut ke mulut dilakukan dengan baik. Hal tersebut akan meningkatkan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk yang dijual, yang selanjutnya akan berlanjut pada keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial, Instagram, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Pengelolaan data primer menggunakan teknik analisis statistik Social Sciences Package (SPSS) dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Instagram dan word of the mouth secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial media sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Sakhi's Coffee & Resto. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya penelitian yang melibatkan transformasi digital pada dunia usaha.

Abstract

Payment transactions using financial technology products have become a habit for payment transactions today. Fintech is a financial service that uses information technology and can systematically change business models, especially payment transactions. This study aimed to find out how students are interested in using fintech payments. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Kadiri University, with a total of ninety students as respondents. The analysis technique uses the Hierarchy of Effect Model with the stages of analysis of awareness, knowledge, liking, preference, conviction, and intention. The results of the study show that at each stage the response from respondents to fintech payments and the types of products is high, which means there is already awareness, knowledge, preferences, beliefs, and decisions to use products from fintech payments.

Abstract

Attitude is a combination of motivation, emotion, and perception of an aspect of an individual's life. Consumer attitude is an emotional expression of consumers that shows whether consumers like an object or not so that attitudes can describe the level of consumer confidence in products or services. Consumer attitudes on tourism service attributes describe what priority attributes are taken into consideration in choosing and visiting tourist sites. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer attitudes towards the Langsa hutan lindung park tourism services. This research is a quantitative descriptive using Fishbein's multi-attribute method. Fishbein's Multiattribute Model can measure consumer attitudes using three components: the level of importance, trust, and attitude evaluation. There are one hundred tourists who are visiting and selected using accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that research respondents have a positive attitude towards all fourteen attributes of protected forest tourism marketing services, and two of them are very positive about two attributes: the level of crime rate and the spacious parking lots.

Abstract

To determine the influence of, work discipline and job training on the performance of security personnel at PTPN 1 Pulau Tiga. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of all security personnel at PTPN 1 Pulau Tiga, totaling 35 individuals. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling, meaning that all security personnel at PTPN 1 Pulau Tiga are included as the sample. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. (Adjusted R2).

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence digital literacy competence in students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This research found that at the Faculty of Economics, the University of Kadiri, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the number of respondents was one hundred students. The analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the results of the study show that three factors that influence the level of digital literacy competence of students, including 1) Environmental support factors consisting of the campus environment and family roles, 2) Socio-economic conditions factors which include individual financial conditions and criticality of the media, and 3) The intensity factor of media use which includes the use of digital media in daily activities and completion of academic tasks
